技术领域
本发明涉及泵阀制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于衬氟自吸泵的内腔体保养液。
背景技术
自吸泵的工作原理是在水泵启动前先在泵壳内灌满水,启动后叶轮高速旋转使叶轮槽道中的水流向涡壳,这时入口形成真空,使进水逆止门打开,吸入管内的空气进入泵内,并经叶轮槽道到达外缘。自吸泵属自吸式离心泵,它具有结构紧凑、操作方便、运行平稳、维护容易、效率高、寿命长,并有较强的自吸能力等优点。管路不需安装底阀,工作前只需保证泵体内储有定量引液即可,不同液体可采用不同材质自吸泵,随着科技水平的不断提高,自吸泵的使用领域也多种多样,在一些类似于化工企业中,由于大量的酸碱及高腐蚀的液体需要进行输送,因此传统的自吸泵在使用时,会出现腐蚀老化的问题,这些问题的集中出现,导致自吸泵出现老化,损坏。
衬氟自吸泵在现阶段泵阀领域中,解决了上述自吸泵的腐蚀问题,衬氟自吸泵顾名思义就是内衬氟塑料的自吸泵,衬氟自吸泵泵体采用先进的生产工艺以金属外壳紧衬氟塑料制造,主要过流部件叶轮、泵盖等均采用金属嵌件外包氟塑料一次性高温模压而成,这种方式的应用,充分的解决了自吸泵老化的问题,但是在实际的使用中还是会有一定的弊端。
氟塑料总体还是属于塑料材料,其在实际应用中,在一些特定的酸碱及污水处理领域应用时,长久使用,会在内部形成大量的污垢及油污,并且流体中含有较强硬度的颗粒物存在时,还会刮伤内衬,导致氟塑料内衬受损,影响实际使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配比合理,制作工艺简单,效果显著的。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于衬氟自吸泵的内腔体保养液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
液体石蜡60-80份、蛇油5-7份、乙醇3-5份、油酸10-20份、棕榈油15-25份、乳化剂10-20份、表面活性剂20-30份、皂甙2-4份、白油10-20份、液态氮3-5份、乙二醇15-25份、橡胶老化剂8-10份、山梨醇2-4份。
各原料的优选重量为:液体石蜡70份、蛇油6份、乙醇4份、油酸15份、棕榈油20份、乳化剂15份、表面活性剂25份、皂甙3份、白油15份、液态氮4份、乙二醇20份、橡胶老化剂9份、山梨醇3份。
所述的橡胶老化剂采用白炭黑与三甲基二氢喹啉按照1:2的重量,复配而成。
本申请中内腔体保养液的制备方法为:
(1)在室温下将液体石蜡、蛇油、油酸、棕榈油、白油加入混合釜中,将乙二醇加热至55-65℃后加入混合釜中,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)将乳化剂、表面活性剂、皂甙、橡胶老化剂、山梨醇加入混合釜中混合均匀后,加入原料中的乙醇,以2500-2600r/min的速度搅拌3-5分钟;
(3)最后将原料中液态氮加入其中,搅拌混合后,采用真空罐包装即可。
本品在使用时,直接将本品喷涂在泵阀氟塑料内衬上,即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,原料价廉且易得,制备的保养液附着在氟塑料内衬上起到对划痕修复,污渍阻隔的作用,并且对于氟塑料也没有腐蚀,安全方便,清洗效果显著。

实施例1
称取:液体石蜡60kg、蛇油5kg、乙醇3kg、油酸10kg、棕榈油15kg、乳化剂10kg、表面活性剂20kg、皂甙2kg、白油10kg、液态氮3kg、乙二醇15kg、橡胶老化剂8kg、山梨醇2kg。
实施例2
称取:液体石蜡70kg、蛇油6kg、乙醇4kg、油酸15kg、棕榈油20kg、乳化剂15kg、表面活性剂25kg、皂甙3kg、白油15kg、液态氮4kg、乙二醇20kg、橡胶老化剂9kg、山梨醇3kg。
制备上述实施例1-2的方法为:
(1)在室温下将液体石蜡、蛇油、油酸、棕榈油、白油加入混合釜中,将乙二醇加热至55-65℃后加入混合釜中,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)将乳化剂、表面活性剂、皂甙、橡胶老化剂、山梨醇加入混合釜中混合均匀后,加入原料中的乙醇,以2500-2600r/min的速度搅拌3-5分钟;
(3)最后将原料中液态氮加入其中,搅拌混合后,采用真空罐包装即可。
本品在使用时,直接将本品喷涂在泵阀氟塑料内衬上,即可。

液体石蜡60-80份、蛇油5-7份、乙醇3-5份、油酸10-20份、棕榈油15-25份、乳化剂10-20份、表面活性剂20-30份、皂甙2-4份、白油10-20份、液态氮3-5份、乙二醇15-25份、橡胶老化剂8-10份、山梨醇2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于衬氟自吸泵的内腔体保养液,其特征在于:各原料的重量为:液体石蜡70份、蛇油6份、乙醇4份、油酸15份、棕榈油20份、乳化剂15份、表面活性剂25份、皂甙3份、白油15份、液态氮4份、乙二醇20份、橡胶老化剂9份、山梨醇3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于衬氟自吸泵的内腔体保养液,其特征在于:所述的橡胶老化剂采用白炭黑与三甲基二氢喹啉按照1:2的重量,复配而成。
4.制备权利要求1或2中一种用于衬氟自吸泵的内腔体保养液,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在室温下将液体石蜡、蛇油、油酸、棕榈油、白油加入混合釜中,将乙二醇加热至55-65℃后加入混合釜中,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)将乳化剂、表面活性剂、皂甙、橡胶老化剂、山梨醇加入混合釜中混合均匀后,加入原料中的乙醇,以2500-2600r/min的速度搅拌3-5分钟;
(3)最后将原料中液态氮加入其中,搅拌混合后,采用真空罐包装即可。
