技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能吸热涂料,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
太阳能光热应用是人类利用太阳能最简单、最直接、最有效的方法之一,但简单的太阳能吸收、转化效果差,并不能够很好的吸热。太阳能吸热涂料对提高太阳能吸收有很好的效果,通过在低辐射材质铝,铜,不锈钢上涂装吸热涂层,根据所涂涂层厚度,辐射系数可达28%-49%,对太阳能的吸收率可达到90%,吸热效应优异。太阳能吸热涂料对底材具有优良的附着性,涂膜的耐冲击性、耐弯曲性、耐湿性、耐热性(可达500℃)、耐蒸汽性、耐老化性均优良,受热无气体挥发,抗紫外线退化。因此,太阳能吸热涂料应用越来越普遍。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种太阳能吸热涂料,能够很好的吸收太阳光能,且能够很好的杜绝热量的散失,且涂膜均匀,可长期使用。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种太阳能吸热涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钴蓝粉9-17份,十二碳醇酯3-8份,硒硫化镉粉7-10份,硼酸钠4-6份,流平剂2-5份,光引发剂2-4份,表面活性剂3-6份,分散剂3-5份,高岭土7-11份,防腐剂2-4份,三偏磷酸钠2-4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-13份,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1,3- 戊二醇二异丁酸酯2-5份,硅改性丙烯酸树脂3.5-8份,聚氨酯聚醚多元醇3.2-6份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的太阳能吸热涂料,能够很好的吸收太阳光能,且能够很好的杜绝热量的散失,且涂膜均匀,可长期使用。

钴蓝粉17份,十二碳醇酯8份,硒硫化镉粉10份,硼酸钠6份,流平剂5份,光引发剂4份,表面活性剂6份,分散剂5份,高岭土11份,防腐剂4份,三偏磷酸钠4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚13份,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1,3- 戊二醇二异丁酸酯5份,硅改性丙烯酸树脂8份,聚氨酯聚醚多元醇6份。

钴蓝粉9-17份,十二碳醇酯3-8份,硒硫化镉粉7-10份,硼酸钠4-6份,流平剂2-5份,光引发剂2-4份,表面活性剂3-6份,分散剂3-5份,高岭土7-11份,防腐剂2-4份,三偏磷酸钠2-4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-13份,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1,3- 戊二醇二异丁酸酯2-5份,硅改性丙烯酸树脂3.5-8份,聚氨酯聚醚多元醇3.2-6份。
