一种抗静电多用途led散热涂料的制备方法,由下列组份按照重量份数制备而成:混合树脂60‑75重量份,钠基蒙脱土3‑4.5份,羧基丁苯胶乳4‑6.5份,硅树脂甲基支链硅油1.5‑2份,聚乙二醇0.7‑1.2份,正戊烷0.7‑1.8份,纳米二氧化硅1‑2.5份,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维7‑9份,石墨烯5‑6.5份,气相二氧化硅1‑2份,阻燃剂5.5‑7份等,本发明不仅具有良好散热效果,还可释放负离子,具有一定的去除甲醛、甲苯、TVOC等装修污染物的功效。

LED节能灯实际上就是一种紧凑型、自带镇流器的LED灯,灯管两端电压直接经过等离子态导通并发出253.7nm的紫外线,紫外线激起荧光粉发光,由于荧光灯工作时灯丝的温度在1160K 左右,比白炽灯工作的温度2200-2700K 低很多,所以它的寿命也大大延长,到达5000小时以上,由于它运用效率较高的电子镇流器,同时不存在白炽灯那样的电流热效应,荧光粉的能量转换效率也很高,到达每瓦50流明以上,节约电能。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,将空气负离子技术运用于节能灯产品中,使用后的节能灯在室内长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力;同时,负氧离子能够和甲醛、甲苯、TVOC等装修污染物发生反应,产物为无毒无味的二氧化碳和水,无二次污染的产生,具有一定的净化室内空气的功效,例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统灯具散热涂料产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫和释放负离子保健功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED灯具的散热结构及灯具,不仅具有较好的散热效果,还可以驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,清新空气,同时气味芳香,性质温和,具有一定的驱蚊、抗菌及去除甲醛、甲苯、TVOC等装修污染物的功效。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种抗静电多用途led散热涂料的制备方法,所述的散热涂料由下列组份按照重量份数制备而成:混合树脂60-75重量份,钠基蒙脱土3-4.5重量份,羧基丁苯胶乳4-6.5重量份,硅树脂甲基支链硅油1.5-2重量份,聚乙二醇0.7-1.2重量份,正戊烷0.7-1.8重量份,纳米二氧化硅1-2.5重量份,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维7-9重量份,石墨烯5-6.5重量份,气相二氧化硅1-2重量份,阻燃剂5.5-7重量份,改性芳香胺固化剂4-6重量份,溶剂15-20重量份,二氧化铈0.1-0.15重量份,活性矿物质粉1.5-2重量份,中药精油1.5-2.5重量份;其中,所述混合树脂为酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的质量比为2:1-3:1;所述聚丙烯腈基碳纤维长度为0.01mm;所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺以及膨胀型石墨的混合物,所述聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺以及膨胀型石墨的质量比2:1.5:1.3;所述的溶剂为二丙酮醇和丁酯的混合物,所述二丙酮醇和丁酯的质量比为3:1-3:2;所述的活性矿物质粉为锗石、萤石、电气石、锌尖晶石按重量比2.5:3:3.5:1.7的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比4:3的混合物,所述活性矿物质粉的粒径≤15μm,所述散热涂料通过如下步骤制备而成:
S1、按重量份称取混合树脂,钠基蒙脱土,羧基丁苯胶乳,硅树脂甲基支链硅油,聚乙二醇,正戊烷,纳米二氧化硅,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,石墨烯,气相二氧化硅,阻燃剂以及溶剂置于搅拌机中,在80℃下集中高速搅拌调匀,搅拌时间为40分钟,待混合均匀后从搅拌机中取出,即制得混合物A,备用;
S2、将物料使君子65-85重量份,芦荟20-25重量份,覆盆子3-5重量份,薰衣草15-20重量份,打破碗花花3-5重量份,马齿苋3-4重量份,丹参3-4重量份,辣蓼草3-4重量份,百部5-8重量份去杂质,一起置于-20℃的真空釜2-3小时,然后再置于微波干燥机进行预处理,其中干燥时间为30-40分钟,微波功率为17kw;
S3、将步骤S2处理后的物料一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力28MPa,萃取温度45℃,二氧化碳流量为1100L/h,动态萃取2小时,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集粗油,备用;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的粗油置于5℃环境中冷冻70分钟,再将冷冻后的粗油置于转速为17000r/min的高速冷冻离心机中离心25分钟,去除杂质后置于85℃真空箱抽真空3小时,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S6、将藿香3-4重量份,狼毒3-4重量份,栀子3-4重量份,板蓝根15-18重量份,酸枣仁3-4重量份,夜交藤3-5重量份,薄荷1-3重量份,小蘖1-3重量份,五味子1-3重量份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5重量份,香子兰1.5-2重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至30目,然后加去离子水浸泡5小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的7倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S7、将步骤S6制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2.5:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠0.13-0.2重量份进行干燥处理,即制得挥发油C,备用;
S8、将步骤S5和S7所制挥发油B和挥发油C混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌45分钟,静置30分钟,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5;
S9、将步骤S8制得的中药精油与步骤S1制得的混合物A,在70-80℃下,在搅拌机中集中搅拌混合15分钟,得到预混料,备用;
S10、将步骤S9制得的预混料投入球磨机,然后再加入二氧化铈、活性矿物质粉以及改性芳香胺固化剂,在70-80℃下,集中研磨4.5小时,过滤去杂质,即得到散热涂料。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S8中的中药精油还包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂3-5重量份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2、丁酸丁酯9-15重量份、桉树油10-13重量份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15重量份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3重量份。
需要说明的是,经实验证明,在活性矿物质粉中加入适量的二氧化铈(CeO2),利用该稀土元素的辐射能量高,半衰减期限长的特点,可以大幅增加活性矿物质粉的负离子产率,其原理如下:二氧化铈中的Ce4+在光照环境下转化成Ce3+,在转化过程中,电子-空穴的复合几率降低,再在活性矿物质粉中电气石等物质电场的作用下,部分电子被动随电场方向定向移动,电子-空穴复合几率降低,从而在电气石/ CeO2复合粉末表面积聚了大量的电解空气分子的能量,进而产生了高浓度的空气负离子,同时Ce3+又氧化成为Ce4+,继而重复前述的转化过程;同时,经实践检测,在经过本发明复合配比的活性矿物质粉中添加二氧化铈组分,比未经添加二氧化铈的活性矿物质粉负离子的浓度高10倍以上,r射线与自然环境相同。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组重量份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
使君子:为古今中外著名的驱虫药,于治疗小儿病患上至少已有1600多年历史,可抗皮肤真菌,甘温,归脾胃经。驱虫消积。
芦荟:《本草经疏》:芦荟,寒能除热,苦能泄热燥湿,苦能杀虫,至苦至寒,故为除热杀虫之要药。其主热风烦闷,胸胁间热气,明目,镇心,小儿癫痫凉风,疗五疳,杀三虫者,热则生风,热能使人烦闷,热除则风热烦闷及胸膈间热气自解。
覆盆子:又名复盆子、树倭泡、树莓、麦泡(小麦收获季时结果,故名)等,是一种蔷薇科悬钩子属的木本植物,抑菌作用100%煎剂用平板打洞法,对葡萄球菌有抑制作用,对霍乱弧菌也有抑制作用。
薰衣草 能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。”解毒,排脓生肌,消肿散瘀,具有杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
马齿苋:马齿苋科一年生草本植物。肥厚多汁,无毛,高10-30cm, 生于田野路边及庭园废墟等向阳处。国内各地均有分布。该种为药食两用植物。全草供药用,有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用。
丹参:性味苦,微寒。归心、肝经。《滇南本草》记载:补心定志,安神宁心。治健忘怔冲,惊悸不寐,有祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦之功效,用于月经不调,经闭痛经,症瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡。
辣蓼草:对各种痢疾杆菌于试管内均有抑制作用,现代临床医学研究表明,辣蓼具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化等功效。
丹参:性味苦,微寒。归心、肝经。《滇南本草》记载:补心定志,安神宁心。治健忘怔冲,惊悸不寐,有祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦之功效,用于月经不调,经闭痛经,症瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡。
百部:可驱除蚊虫,抗病原微生物作用,对乙型溶血性链球菌、脑膜炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、肺炎杆菌、鼠疫杆菌、炭疽杆菌等多种致病真菌有一定的抑制作用,其水浸液对蚊蝇幼虫、头虱、衣虱及臭虫等均有杀灭作用。
藿香:味辛,性微温。功效:化湿和中,解表、解署的功效,主治湿阻脾胃,胸脘闷胀,食欲不香,恶心、呕吐;夏季暑湿困倦,胸闷不舒,以及外感风寒.恶寒胸闷等病症,具有有较强的抑制真菌作用和抗菌作用。
狼毒:别名川狼毒、续毒、绵大戟、山萝卜、闷花头、热加巴、一扫光、搜山虎、一把香、药罗卜、生扯拢、红火柴头花、猴子根、断肠草,中医学上用其根祛痰、止痛、消积、杀虫。
栀子:其果实是传统中药,属卫生部颁布的第l批药食两用资源,具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用,对白喉杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌有抑制作用,对多种皮肤真菌也有不同程度的抑制作用。
板蓝根:对多种细菌有抑制作用,水浸液对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八联球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾(志贺、弗氏)杆菌、肠炎杆菌等都有不同程度的抑制作用;丙酮浸出液也有类似作用, 且对溶血性链球菌有效。
酸枣仁:有显著的镇静和催眠作用以及抗惊厥作用,据《本草再新》记载:平肝理气,润肺养阴,温中利湿,敛气止汗,益志,聪耳明目。
夜交藤: 夜交藤性平无毒,味甘微苦,入心、肝经,有安神养血、祛风通络的功效,主治阴虚血少、虚烦不眠、风湿痹痛、皮肤痒疹等症。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
小蘖:常绿灌木,高1-2米。老枝圆柱形,暗灰色,幼枝淡黄色,具棱槽及疣点;茎刺三分叉,无槽,长1.5-2厘米,与枝同色。主治: 去心腹中热气,杀诸虫,治血崩。释名子蘖、山石榴。气味: 苦、大寒、无毒。
五味子:为木兰科植物,具有抗菌作用,对炭疽杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、霍乱弧菌等均有抑制作用。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
香子兰:有特殊的香气,具有抗疲劳和心情郁闷、助荷尔蒙分泌、舒缓焦虑及改善失眠等功效。具有强心、补脑、健胃、解毒、驱风、增强肌肉力量的功效,作芳香型神经系统兴奋剂和补肾药,用来治疗癔病、忧郁症 、阳痿、虚热和风湿病。
需要说明的是,经实践证明,将一定重量份的丹参、辣蓼草和百部进行复配后,不仅可显著提高除菌抗菌的能力,还会产生一种无毒副作用的清香味道,沁人心脾,具有一定的提神效果;同时,经实践证明,将一定重量份的使君子、芦荟、小蘖和打破碗花花进行复配后,使该组合物的驱蚊虫能力得到显著提高;另外,覆盆子、栀子、板蓝根和五味子等组分进行配伍后,大大提高了组合物的抗菌除菌能力,经实践检测,复配后的组合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、炭疽杆菌、流感杆菌、卡他球菌、肺炎球菌、大肠杆菌、乙型链球菌、白喉杆菌、伤寒杆菌、绿脓肝菌、痢疾杆菌等40余种病菌具有一定的抑制和杀灭作用。
本发明的效果:
本发明采用中药与活性矿物质复配,使本发明不仅具有较好的散热效果,还可以驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,清新空气,同时气味芳香,性质温和,具有驱蚊,抗菌及保健的功效。

S2、将物料使君子65重量份,芦荟25重量份,覆盆子3重量份,薰衣草20重量份,打破碗花花3重量份,马齿苋4重量份,丹参3重量份,辣蓼草4重量份,百部5重量份去杂质,一起置于-20℃的真空釜2小时,然后再置于微波干燥机进行预处理,其中干燥时间为30分钟,微波功率为17kw;
S3、将步骤S2处理后的物料一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力28MPa,萃取温度45℃,二氧化碳流量为1100L/h,动态萃取2小时,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集粗油,备用;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的粗油置于5℃环境中冷冻70分钟,再将冷冻后的粗油置于转速为17000r/min的高速冷冻离心机中离心25分钟,去除杂质后置于85℃真空箱抽真空3小时,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S6、将藿香4重量份,狼毒3重量份,栀子4重量份,板蓝根15重量份,酸枣仁4重量份,夜交藤3重量份,薄荷3重量份,小蘖1重量份,五味子3重量份,甜马郁兰1.5重量份,香子兰2重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至30目,然后加去离子水浸泡5小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的7倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S7、将步骤S6制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2.5:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠0.13重量份进行干燥处理,即制得挥发油C,备用;
S8、将步骤S5和S7所制挥发油B和挥发油C混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌45分钟,静置30分钟,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5;
S9、将步骤S8制得的中药精油与步骤S1制得的混合物A,在70℃下,在搅拌机中集中搅拌混合15分钟,得到预混料,备用;
S10、将步骤S9制得的预混料投入球磨机,然后再加入二氧化铈、活性矿物质粉以及改性芳香胺固化剂,在73℃下,集中研磨4.5小时,过滤去杂质,即得到散热涂料。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S8中的中药精油还包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂3重量份、避蚊胺0. 2重量份、丁酸丁酯9重量份、桉树油4重量份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15重量份和苯甲酸钠0.1重量份。
实施例2:

S7、将步骤S6制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2.5:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠0.18重量份进行干燥处理,即制得挥发油C,备用;
S8、将步骤S5和S7所制挥发油B和挥发油C混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌45分钟,静置30分钟,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5;
S9、将步骤S8制得的中药精油与步骤S1制得的混合物A,在75℃下,在搅拌机中集中搅拌混合15分钟,得到预混料,备用;
S10、将步骤S9制得的预混料投入球磨机,然后再加入二氧化铈、活性矿物质粉以及改性芳香胺固化剂,在80℃下,集中研磨4.5小时,过滤去杂质,即得到散热涂料。
在一较佳实施例中,在步骤S8中的中药精油还包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂5重量份、避蚊胺0.1重量份、丁酸丁酯15重量份、桉树油7重量份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10重量份和苯甲酸钠0.3重量份。
其余同实施例1。
本发明实施例1和实施例2的测试指标如下:
(1)气味检查:感官,无刺激性异味。
(2)驱蚊效果测试。
依据现有技术中的普通灯具散热涂料与上述实施例1和实施例2的驱蚊效果进行对比测试,测试数据请见表1。
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2均能起到较好的驱蚊作用,与市场上普通灯具散热涂料相比较,本发明具有非常明显的驱蚊效果。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表2。
结论:本发明实施例1、实施例2可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通灯具的散热涂料相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗静电多用途led散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的散热涂料由下列组份按照重量份数制备而成:混合树脂60-75重量份,钠基蒙脱土3-4.5重量份,羧基丁苯胶乳4-6.5重量份,硅树脂甲基支链硅油1.5-2重量份,聚乙二醇0.7-1.2重量份,正戊烷0.7-1.8重量份,纳米二氧化硅1-2.5重量份,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维7-9重量份,石墨烯5-6.5重量份,气相二氧化硅1-2重量份,阻燃剂5.5-7重量份,改性芳香胺固化剂4-6重量份,溶剂15-20重量份,二氧化铈0.1-0.15重量份,活性矿物质粉1.5-2重量份,中药精油1.5-2.5重量份;其中,所述混合树脂为酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的质量比为2:1-3:1;所述聚丙烯腈基碳纤维长度为0.01mm;所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺以及膨胀型石墨的混合物,所述聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺以及膨胀型石墨的质量比2:1.5:1.3;所述的溶剂为二丙酮醇和丁酯的混合物,所述二丙酮醇和丁酯的质量比为3:1-3:2;所述的活性矿物质粉为锗石、萤石、电气石、锌尖晶石按重量比2.5:3:3.5:1.7的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比4:3的混合物,所述活性矿物质粉的粒径≤15μm,所述散热涂料通过如下步骤制备而成:
S1、按重量份称取混合树脂,钠基蒙脱土,羧基丁苯胶乳,硅树脂甲基支链硅油,聚乙二醇,正戊烷,纳米二氧化硅,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,石墨烯,气相二氧化硅,阻燃剂以及溶剂置于搅拌机中,在80℃下集中高速搅拌调匀,搅拌时间为40分钟,待混合均匀后从搅拌机中取出,即制得混合物A,备用;
S2、将物料使君子65-85重量份,芦荟20-25重量份,覆盆子3-5重量份,薰衣草15-20重量份,打破碗花花3-5重量份,马齿苋3-4重量份,丹参3-4重量份,辣蓼草3-4重量份,百部5-8重量份去杂质,一起置于-20℃的真空釜2-3小时,然后再置于微波干燥机进行预处理,其中干燥时间为30-40分钟,微波功率为17kw;
S3、将步骤S2处理后的物料一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至60目,制得原料药粉末,备用;
S4、将步骤S3中制得的原料药粉末投入超临界二氧化碳萃取装置的萃取釜中,调节萃取压力28MPa,萃取温度45℃,二氧化碳流量为1100L/h,动态萃取2小时,直接在分离釜出口用三角瓶收集粗油,备用;
S5、将步骤S4中制得的粗油置于5℃环境中冷冻70分钟,再将冷冻后的粗油置于转速为17000r/min的高速冷冻离心机中离心25分钟,去除杂质后置于85℃真空箱抽真空3小时,即制得挥发油B,备用;
S6、将藿香3-4重量份,狼毒3-4重量份,栀子3-4重量份,板蓝根15-18重量份,酸枣仁3-4重量份,夜交藤3-5重量份,薄荷1-3重量份,小蘖1-3重量份,五味子1-3重量份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5重量份,香子兰1.5-2重量份洗净烘干,一起投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至30目,然后加去离子水浸泡5小时,加水量为所浸泡原料药质量的7倍,搅拌分散调匀,制得中药混合物,备用;
S7、将步骤S6制得的中药混合物于80℃煎煮2小时,收集蒸馏液,并加入乙醚萃取,蒸馏液与乙醚的体积比为2.5:1,取上层油相,然后加无水硫酸钠0.13-0.2重量份进行干燥处理,即制得挥发油C,备用;
S8、将步骤S5和S7所制挥发油B和挥发油C混合调匀制得混合油,再边搅拌边依次加入小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油,充分搅拌45分钟,静置30分钟,过滤除杂,即得中药精油,其中,所述混合油与小麦芽精油、天竺葵精油、雪莲花精油、柠檬精油和葡萄柚精油的质量比为2:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.4:0.5;
S9、将步骤S8制得的中药精油与步骤S1制得的混合物A,在70-80℃下,在搅拌机中集中搅拌混合15分钟,得到预混料,备用;
S10、将步骤S9制得的预混料投入球磨机,然后再加入二氧化铈、活性矿物质粉以及改性芳香胺固化剂,在70-80℃下,集中研磨4.5小时,过滤去杂质,即得到散热涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电多用途led散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S8中的中药精油还包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂3-5重量份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2重量份、丁酸丁酯9-15重量份、桉树油4-7重量份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15重量份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3重量份。
