本发明涉及一种单元线圈相互串套竹纤维纱巾织物,由棉纤维纱线(1)作经线与竹纤维纱线(2)作纬线经纬交织而成。所述竹纤维纱巾织物背面复合有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种针织物,由连续的单元线圈相互串套而成,连续的单元线圈由不锈钢纤维制成。本发明不仅透明性和透气性好,而且具有抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭等保健功能,另外手感特别好。本发明单元线圈相互串套。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种制作纱巾的织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
随着人们健康生活意识的提高,户外休闲活动也日益增多。但到户外运动就必然经受风吹和日晒,裸露的肌肤就会因受到紫外线的照射而出现皮肤提早老化、皱纹、黑色素等皮肤疾病症状,甚至诱发皮肤癌。纱巾具有良好的透明性和透气性,受到女士们的青睐。但现有的纱巾是用丝线或纱线编织而成,不具有抗紫外线功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有抗紫外线功能的竹纤维纱巾织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种单元线圈相互串套竹纤维纱巾织物,所述竹纤维纱巾织物由棉纤维纱线作经线与竹纤维纱线作纬线经纬交织而成。竹纤维纱线是竹纤维经过彻底的脱脂、脱糖、脱蛋白处理而成。制成的竹纤维纱巾织物具有竹纤维纱线的抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭功能,对皮肤有天然保健作用。所述竹纤维纱巾织物背面复合有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种针织物,由连续的单元线圈相互串套而成,连续的单元线圈由不锈钢纤维制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
竹纤维纱巾织物不仅保留了纱巾良好的透明性和透气性,而且具有抗紫外线功能和天然的抗菌抑菌、除螨、防臭等保健功能,另外其特有的丝绒感,也使手感特别好。
本发明所提供的针织物,通过使用不锈钢纤维,使用其所制备的针织物具有致密的金属网络,可以有效屏蔽电磁波,屏蔽效能在50dB-80dB。并且具有强度高、柔软性好,耐600℃~1000℃高温,耐各种酸碱的化学腐蚀强的优势,使其能够应用于强腐蚀、高温烟气等高温环境及军工领域。
