Abstract
The invention provides a multi-purpose waist tape compounding machine which can avoid the adoption of a method of leaving white edges of a film material when waist tapes are produced and can be suitable for producing waist tapes of various structures. Under the condition that the newly-added fourth unwinding mechanism, the newly-added third glue scraping mechanism, the newly-added second slitting mechanism and the newly-added third composite mechanism are all started, the film material of the third unwinding mechanism sequentially passes through a traveling route of the film material which is added into the first unwinding mechanism and comprises the second glue scraping mechanism, the first slitting mechanism, the third composite mechanism, the third glue-carrying edge folding device, the fourth glue-carrying edge folding device and the second composite mechanism, and the film material of the fourth unwinding mechanism sequentially passes through the traveling route of the film material which is added into the third unwinding mechanism and comprises the third glue scraping mechanism, the second slitting mechanism and the third composite mechanism. The multipurpose waist paste compounding machine has the advantages of full-width glue scraping, various producible products and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waist tape production devices, in particular to a waist tape compounding machine.
Background
Conventional infant diapers, paper diapers, adult diapers and the like are all products provided with waist stickers. The function of the waist tape is to make these products easy to wear and replace, and to facilitate disposal of the roll. The waist tape compounding machine is a professional machine for producing waist tapes, and aims to glue and compound multiple layers of film materials forming the waist tapes together according to a preset sequence, shape and position to form a waist tape roll material. The waist tape roll material is at least split into two symmetrical strips which are easy to separate in the subsequent splitting process, and the two strips can be attached to the left side and the right side of the paper diaper after being cut to a proper length.
The applicant proposes a Chinese patent application number named as 'a left and right waist tape production process' on 5/15/2015: 201510249872.6, and the application number of the Chinese patent application named "a waist paste compounding machine" filed 5/15/2015: 201510249921.6, discloses a waist tape compounding machine. However, in the process of manufacturing an ideal product composed of the first film material a, the second film material B, the third film material C and the fourth film material D as shown in fig. 1, in order to prevent the glue applied to the third film material C and the fourth film material D from falling onto the second film material B, the waist tape laminating machine intentionally scrapes the glue in the full width direction of the third film material C and the fourth film material D, but only in the most width direction, as shown in fig. 2, so that the edge of the third film material C and the fourth film material D is left with a glue-free portion. Such product results are desirable and a more advanced waist tape compound machine is needed to overcome this problem.
In addition, the existing waist tape machine can only produce few kinds of products, which results in low utilization rate of the whole machine, and then the problem of how to increase the kinds of products needs to be considered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a multi-purpose waist tape compounding machine which can avoid the adoption of a method of leaving white edges of a film material when waist tapes are produced and can be suitable for producing waist tapes of various structures.
The following technical scheme is adopted:
the multipurpose waist tape compounding machine comprises a machine base vertical plate, a first unwinding mechanism, a second unwinding mechanism, a third unwinding mechanism and a winding mechanism; the glue scraping device also comprises a first glue scraping mechanism and a second glue scraping mechanism; the device also comprises a first compound mechanism and a second compound mechanism; the cutting machine also comprises a first cutting mechanism; the traveling route of the film material of the first unwinding mechanism is as follows: the winding mechanism is sequentially arranged after the first glue scraping mechanism, the first compound mechanism and the second compound mechanism; the traveling route of the film material of the second unwinding mechanism is as follows: the film material passes through the first composite mechanism and then is added into the travelling route of the film material of the first unreeling mechanism; particularly, the device also comprises a fourth unwinding mechanism, a third glue scraping mechanism, a second cutting mechanism and a third compound mechanism; the folding device comprises a first adhesive tape folding device, a second adhesive tape folding device, a third adhesive tape folding device and a fourth adhesive tape folding device; under the condition that fourth unwinding mechanism, third scrape gluey mechanism, second slitting mechanism, third combined mechanism all stop, the walking route of the membrane material of third unwinding mechanism this moment is: the film material sequentially passes through a traveling route which comprises a second glue scraping mechanism, a first cutting mechanism, a first glue folding device and a second glue folding device and then is added into the first unwinding mechanism through a second composite mechanism; under the condition that the fourth unwinding mechanism, the third glue scraping mechanism, the second slitting mechanism and the third compound mechanism are all started, the travelling route of the film material of the third unwinding mechanism is as follows: after scraping gluey mechanism, first cutting mechanism, third combined mechanism, the gluey hem device of third area and the gluey hem device of fourth area including the second in proper order, add the walking route of the membrane material of first unwinding mechanism through the second combined mechanism, the walking route of the membrane material of fourth unwinding mechanism this moment is: the film material sequentially passes through a third glue scraping mechanism and a second slitting mechanism and then is added into a travelling route of the film material of the third unreeling mechanism under the condition through a third compound mechanism.
Through the technical scheme, the processing flow that the film material of the third unwinding mechanism is firstly scraped and then folded, and then is compounded with the film material of the first unwinding mechanism can be realized, so that the problem that the edge of some film materials on the existing waist tape product is provided with a glue-free part can be solved. And the machine can be used for producing the waist sticker similar products with other structures under the conditions that the fourth unwinding mechanism, the third glue scraping mechanism, the second slitting mechanism and the third compound mechanism are all started and the travelling route of the film material of the third unwinding mechanism is only slightly changed correspondingly, so that the machine has multiple functions.
The first adhesive tape folding device, the second adhesive tape folding device, the third adhesive tape folding device and the fourth adhesive tape folding device are devices which can still implement smooth folding process under the condition that the film material is scraped, and the structures of the 4 sets of devices can be the same. The applicant filed another application for such a tape hemming apparatus.
Preferably, one or more of the second unwinding mechanism, the third unwinding mechanism and the fourth unwinding mechanism is of an automatic material changing type.
Preferably, the traveling route of the film material of the first unwinding mechanism preferably passes through a fourth composite mechanism between the second composite mechanism and the winding mechanism; the device also comprises a fifth unreeling mechanism and a fourth glue scraping mechanism; the fifth unwinding mechanism comprises a left film material unwinding mechanism and a right film material unwinding mechanism; the traveling route of the film material of the left film material unwinding mechanism is as follows: after passing through a fourth glue scraping mechanism, the film material is added into a travelling route of the film material of the first unreeling mechanism through a fourth compound mechanism; the traveling route of the film material of the right film material unwinding mechanism is as follows: after passing through the fourth glue scraping mechanism, the fourth glue scraping mechanism is added to the traveling route of the film material of the first unreeling mechanism through the fourth compound mechanism.
Preferably, the traveling route of the film material of the first unwinding mechanism also passes through a traction main machine between the second compound mechanism and the winding mechanism.
As a preferred scheme, the machine base vertical plate is formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of sub-machine base vertical plates.
The multipurpose waist paste compounding machine has the advantages of full-width glue scraping, various producible products and the like.

As shown in fig. 3, the multi-purpose waist tape complex machine of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a stand vertical plate 1, a first unwinding mechanism 2, a second unwinding mechanism 3, a third unwinding mechanism 4, a fourth unwinding mechanism 5, a fifth unwinding mechanism 6, a traction main machine 7 and a winding mechanism 8;
the glue scraping device also comprises a first glue scraping mechanism 9, a second glue scraping mechanism 10, a third glue scraping mechanism 11 and a fourth glue scraping mechanism 12;
the device also comprises a first compound mechanism 13, a second compound mechanism 14, a third compound mechanism 15 and a fourth compound mechanism 16;
further comprising: a first slitting mechanism 17 and a second slitting mechanism 18;
further comprising: a first adhesive hemming device 19, a second adhesive hemming device 20, a third adhesive hemming device 21 and a fourth adhesive hemming device 22.
Wherein:
the traveling route of the film material of the first unwinding mechanism 2 is as follows: the rolling mechanism 8 is reached after passing through a first glue scraping mechanism 9, a first compound mechanism 13, a second compound mechanism 14, a traction main machine 7 and a fourth compound mechanism 5 in sequence.
The traveling route of the film material of the second unwinding mechanism 3 is as follows: the film material passes through the first compound mechanism 13 and then enters the traveling route of the film material of the first unwinding mechanism 2.
Under the condition that the fourth unwinding mechanism 5, the third glue scraping mechanism 11, the second slitting mechanism 18 and the third compound mechanism 15 are all stopped, the traveling route of the film material of the third unwinding mechanism 4 is as follows: after sequentially passing through the second glue scraping mechanism 10, the first cutting mechanism 17, the first glue folding device 19 and the second glue folding device 20, the film materials are fed into the travelling route of the first unwinding mechanism 2 through the second compounding mechanism 14.
Under the condition that the fourth unwinding mechanism 5, the third glue scraping mechanism 11, the second slitting mechanism 18 and the third compound mechanism 15 are all started, the traveling route of the film material of the third unwinding mechanism 4 is as follows: after scraping gluey mechanism 10, first slitting mechanism 17, third combined mechanism 15, third area and gluing hem device 21 and fourth area and gluing hem device 22 including the second in proper order, through second combined mechanism 14 and add the walking route of the membrane material of first unwinding mechanism 2, the walking route of the membrane material of fourth unwinding mechanism 5 this moment is: after sequentially passing through the third glue scraping mechanism 11 and the second slitting mechanism 18, the film materials are fed into the traveling path of the third unwinding mechanism 4 through the third compound mechanism 15.
The fifth unwinding mechanism 6 comprises a left film unwinding mechanism 61 and a right film unwinding mechanism 62. It should be noted that the waist tape compound machine of the present embodiment further includes other devices or mechanisms such as a corona device, a pulling roll, a tension roll, a speed measuring device, etc., and those skilled in the art will understand where to configure these devices or mechanisms according to the known technology, and thus the detailed description of the present embodiment is omitted.
The waist tape compound machine of this embodiment can produce a waist tape of the kind shown in figure 1, or a waist tape of the kind shown in figure 4, or a pull-up pant belt of the kind shown in figure 5, or a waist tape of the kind shown in figure 6. When different types of products are switched to produce, only which unwinding mechanism, the running route of the film materials of each unwinding mechanism and the composite position among the film materials need to be started, which is a multifunctional function which cannot be realized by the existing waist tape composite machine.
