背景技术
猕猴桃是一种营养价值丰富,经济价值极高的水果,被誉为“绿色金矿”、“水果之王”等美称,有很好的食用、医疗、美容和保健作用,在国内国际果品消费市场上均有很大的发展潜力。
现在大多数植物的生长均离不开农药的施加,农药广义的定义是指用于预防、消灭或者控制危害农业、林业的病、虫、草和其他有害生物以及有目的地调节植物、昆虫生长的化学合成或者来源于生物、其他天然物质的一种物质或者几种物质的混合物及其制剂。是指在农业生产中,为保障、促进植物和农作物的成长,所施用的杀虫、杀菌、杀灭有害动物(或杂草) 的一类药物统称。特指在农业上用于防治病虫以及调节植物生长、除草等药剂。猕猴桃植物的生长也不例外,合理农药的施加可增加产量,并能改善猕猴桃质量。不过现在农药多数为化学制剂,气味浓烈难闻,且容易危及人畜安全,严重影响了环境卫生和安全,从绿色、环保、生态来说,都非常不利。此外,长期施加此类农药易产生抗病性,降低农药的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药,由如下重量份的物质制成:
12份桉树叶、6份雷公藤、8份苦楝叶、4份槐根、5份断肠草、3份地榆、4份生姜、4份八角、7份黄连、5份白芍、4份改性淀粉溶液;所述改性淀粉溶液由如下重量份的物质制成:35份淀粉、3份改性高岭土、0.3份羧甲基纤维素钠、0.5份山梨醇脂肪酸酯、0.4份没食子酸丙脂、0.5份维生素A、0.5份维生素B1、0.8份维生素C、0.5份甲壳素、1份酒石酸、0.5份山梨酸钾。
进一步的,所述改性高岭土的制备方法为:先将高岭土放入质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡清洗20min,取出后放入860℃环境下煅烧2h,取出后用球磨机粉碎至颗粒大小为450~550目即可。
进一步的,所述改性淀粉溶液的制备方法为:
(1)将淀粉与其总质量3倍的清水共同混合,加热保持水温为85~88℃,糊化30~40min后得溶液A备用,期间不断搅拌;
(2)将改性高岭土与其质量2.5倍的清水共同混合,加热保持水温为40~45℃,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、没食子酸丙脂,混合搅拌20min后,再将维生素A、维生素B1、维生素C、甲壳素、酒石酸和山梨酸钾加入,继续搅拌20min,得溶液B备用;
(3)保持溶液B的温度为43~46℃,保持溶液A的温度为85~88℃,将溶液B加入到溶液A中,并以300~350转/min的转速进行搅拌,待溶液温度恒定、成分分散均匀后即得改性淀粉溶液。将溶液A、溶液B以不同温度进行混合对冲,利用温度差增强分子间的混合,增强了分子间的交联融合程度,进而提高了溶液的稳定性与均匀性。
一种猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将桉树叶、雷公藤、苦楝叶、槐根、断肠草、地榆、生姜、八角、黄连和白芍共同放入地窖中,保持地窖的温度为43~45℃,放置5~7天后取出备用;将上述成分放入地窖中中温储藏一段时间,可祛除中药的刺激性以及有毒成分,同时又能避免对有益成分的损害;
(2)用清水对步骤(1)处理后的成分进行冲洗、晾干备用;
(3)将槐根、生姜和白芍共同放入盛有炒砂的砂锅中,加热保持温度为95~103℃,不断翻炒,15~18min后取出得炒制药A备用;
(4)将雷公藤、八角和黄连共同放入盛有黄心土的砂锅中,加热保持温度为98~105℃,不断翻炒,10~15min后取出得炒制药B备用;针对药物的药性进行砂炒和土炒,可改善、提升药物的药性,并有利于后续的提取操作;
(5)将桉树叶、苦楝叶、断肠草、地榆和炒制药A、炒制药B共同混合,粉碎后过80目,然后放入其总质量3倍的质量分数为80%的乙醇溶液中循环提取20~24h,得提取液备用;将药物粉碎后用乙醇溶液进行提取,不仅能提高有益成分的含量,又能避免传统水提损害有益成分的问题,进一步保证了提取物的使用效果;
(6)将步骤(5)所得的提取液与改性淀粉溶液共同混合均匀即得成品。

12份桉树叶、6份雷公藤、8份苦楝叶、4份槐根、5份断肠草、3份地榆、4份生姜、4份八角、7份黄连、5份白芍、4份改性淀粉溶液;所述改性淀粉溶液由如下重量份的物质制成:35份淀粉、3份改性高岭土、0.3份羧甲基纤维素钠、0.5份山梨醇脂肪酸酯、0.4份没食子酸丙脂、0.5份维生素A、0.5份维生素B1、0.8份维生素C、0.5份甲壳素、1份酒石酸、0.5份山梨酸钾。

由上表可以看出,本发明农药可很好的提升猕猴桃的产量与品质,其果实中的有益成分含量得到提高,增强了其食用价值,此外,其对猕猴桃常见病的治愈率与传统农药相比,效果相差无几,但又具有安全无残留的优点,且长期使用又不会产生抗药性;而未添加改性淀粉溶液的一组,其效果在各方面相比本发明农药均有所下降。

12份桉树叶、6份雷公藤、8份苦楝叶、4份槐根、5份断肠草、3份地榆、4份生姜、4份八角、7份黄连、5份白芍、4份改性淀粉溶液;所述改性淀粉溶液由如下重量份的物质制成:35份淀粉、3份改性高岭土、0.3份羧甲基纤维素钠、0.5份山梨醇脂肪酸酯、0.4份没食子酸丙脂、0.5份维生素A、0.5份维生素B1、0.8份维生素C、0.5份甲壳素、1份酒石酸、0.5份山梨酸钾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药,其特征在于,所述改性高岭土的制备方法为:先将高岭土放入质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡清洗20min,取出后放入860℃环境下煅烧2h,取出后用球磨机粉碎至颗粒大小为450~550目即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉溶液的制备方法为:
(1)将淀粉与其总质量3倍的清水共同混合,加热保持水温为85~88℃,糊化30~40min后得溶液A备用,期间不断搅拌;
(2)将改性高岭土与其质量2.5倍的清水共同混合,加热保持水温为40~45℃,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、没食子酸丙脂,混合搅拌20min后,再将维生素A、维生素B1、维生素C、甲壳素、酒石酸和山梨酸钾加入,继续搅拌20min,得溶液B备用;
(3)保持溶液B的温度为43~46℃,保持溶液A的温度为85~88℃,将溶液B加入到溶液A中,并以300~350转/min的转速进行搅拌,待溶液温度恒定、成分分散均匀后即得改性淀粉溶液。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃用桉树叶植物源农药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将桉树叶、雷公藤、苦楝叶、槐根、断肠草、地榆、生姜、八角、黄连和白芍共同放入地窖中,保持地窖的温度为43~45℃,放置5~7天后取出备用;
(2)用清水对步骤(1)处理后的成分进行冲洗、晾干备用;
(3)将槐根、生姜和白芍共同放入盛有炒砂的砂锅中,加热保持温度为95~103℃,不断翻炒,15~18min后取出得炒制药A备用;
(4)将雷公藤、八角和黄连共同放入盛有黄心土的砂锅中,加热保持温度为98~105℃,不断翻炒,10~15min后取出得炒制药B备用;
(5)将桉树叶、苦楝叶、断肠草、地榆和炒制药A、炒制药B共同混合,粉碎后过80目,然后放入其总质量3倍的质量分数为80%的乙醇溶液中循环提取20~24h,得提取液备用;
(6)将步骤(5)所得的提取液与改性淀粉溶液共同混合均匀即得成品。
