本发明为除草组合物及其应用,涉及一种含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂,其特征在于由以下组分组成,草铵膦1‑20%;甲磺草胺5‑10%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.1‑5%;乳化剂:3‑20%;分散剂:1‑5%;结构调节剂:1‑5%;抗冻剂:1‑5%;载体油补足100%。本发明的油悬浮剂组分合理,润湿性及耐雨水冲刷效果好,对环境无污染,对人畜安全,增效作用显著,特别适用于防治香附子和异型莎草等难防治的杂草的防除,适宜推广。

除草组合物及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体的涉及一种含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂。
背景技术
草铵膦(Glufosinate ammonium),CAS登记号为:77182-82-2,可以用于防治一年生和多年生双子叶及禾本科杂草,例如看麦娘、马唐、稗、狗尾草、野小麦等。
甲磺草胺(Sulfentrazone),又称磺酰三唑酮,CAS登记号为:122836-35-5,结构式如下:
甲磺草胺是由FMC公司开发的三唑啉酮类除草剂,原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,通过抑制叶绿素生物合成过程中原卟啉原氧化酶而引起细胞膜破坏,使叶片迅速干枯、死亡。用于防治一年生阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草例如牵牛、反枝苋、藜、马唐,狗尾草、香附子等,对较难防治的牵牛,香附子等杂草有卓效。
氯吡嘧磺隆(Halosulfuron-methyl),CAS登记号为:100784-20-1,结构式如下:
氯吡嘧磺隆是孟山都公司开发的磺酰脲类除草剂,属于乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂。通过杂草根和叶吸收,在植物体内传导。可以用于防治阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草例如反枝苋、苍耳,香附子,马齿苋,龙葵等。
油悬浮剂是具有渗透性、铺展性、耐雨水冲刷等优点,可以减少雾滴飘移,增加药剂的效能,改善药剂喷洒液的物理性状,是一种新兴的剂型,其研究和开发引起了国内外企业的广泛关注。
本发明人发现,现有技术中还没有含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂的报道,更没有涉及本发明的助剂体系的油悬浮剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分体系合理,无刺激性气味,耐雨水冲刷且表面张力好的含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂,对于难防的香附子,异型莎草等具有很好的防效。本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂,其特征在于,由如下的组分组成(重量百分比):草铵膦1-20%;甲磺草胺5-10%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.1-5%;乳化剂:3-20%,分散剂:1-5%,结构调节剂:1-5%,抗冻剂:1-5%;载体油补足100%;其中,所述的乳化剂为失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,所述分散剂为苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐,所述结构调节剂为有机膨润土和气相二氧化硅,所述抗冻剂为尿素,所述载体油为油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油的一种或多种的组合。本发明优选的技术方案为:草铵膦20%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2-4%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1-2%;有机膨润土1-3%,气相二氧化硅0.5-2%;尿素1-5%;油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油的一种或多种补足100%;本发明的又一优选技术方案为:草铵膦15%;甲磺草胺5.6%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.4%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2-4%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1-2%;有机膨润土1-3%,气相二氧化硅0.5-2%;尿素1-5%;油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油补足100%。
制备方法为:
通过常规的制备方法:原料经混合,高速剪切分散1小时左右,用砂磨机砂磨后既得。
本发明的油悬浮剂的优点为:
1、表面张力低,润湿好,更易达到靶标叶面并充分黏着、润湿、展布、渗透;
2、油酸甲酯等载体油能提供良好的保湿效果,干旱条件下药效更突出,在植物叶面粘着性强,能提供更好的耐雨水冲刷效果;
3、增效作用显著,对特别难防的香附子、水蜈蚣、异型莎草等杂草效果极好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量比,但本发明并不局限于此。
1、制剂实施例
实施例1 26%草铵膦·甲磺草胺·氯吡嘧磺隆油悬浮剂
草铵膦20%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚5%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐2%;有机膨润土3%,气相二氧化硅2%;尿素2%;油酸甲酯补足100%;
制备方法为:上述原料按照重量份称好后,混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后既得。
实施例2 21%草铵膦·甲磺草胺·氯吡嘧磺隆油悬浮剂
草铵膦15%;甲磺草胺5.6%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.4%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1%;有机膨润土1%,气相二氧化硅0.5%;尿素2%;矿物油补足100%;制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3 16%草铵膦·甲磺草胺·氯吡嘧磺隆油悬浮剂
草铵膦10%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1%;有机膨润土1%,气相二氧化硅0.5%;尿素1%;玉米补足100%;制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1 26%草铵膦·甲磺草胺·氯吡嘧磺隆油悬浮剂
草铵膦20%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐5%,农乳500 4%,聚羧酸盐5%;吐温80 2%;有机膨润土3%,气相二氧化硅2%;尿素2%;油酸甲酯补足100%;制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2 26%草铵膦·甲磺草胺·氯吡嘧磺隆油悬浮剂
草铵膦20%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;聚氧乙烯脂肪酸脂5%,聚丙烯酸甲酯5%,聚氧乙烯脂肪氨4%,十二烷基磺酸钙5%;甘油单月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚2%;有机膨润土3%,气相二氧化硅2%;尿素2%;油酸甲酯补足100%;制备方法同实施例1。
2、油悬浮剂的主要物理指标测试
对制备的油悬浮剂主要物理指标测试,测试结果见表1。

从上述表1可以看出,本发明的油悬浮剂最终评价级别为一级,而对比例的评价级别为二级,说明本发明的油悬浮剂的助剂体系优于对比例,从而使本发明的油悬浮剂在分散状态和乳化状态方面优于对比例,同时本发明的油悬浮剂在物理稳定性上也优于对比例。
3、田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-3及对比例1-2的复配除草剂。
对照药剂:20%草铵膦水剂(对照药剂1),48%甲磺草胺悬浮剂(对照药剂2),50%氯吡嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂(对照药剂3)。
防除对象:香附子、看麦娘、异型莎草、狗尾草。
试验方法:试验于非耕地内进行,每个组别处理3次重复,处理面积约为20m2,按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,喷雾处理。统计给药后30d杂草死亡情况,比较各种药剂的除草活性。结果见表2。

大田试验结果表明,本发明的除草剂对杂草的防治效果较好,特别是使用本发明的助剂后,对香附子和异型莎草的防治效果明显的优于对比例1-2。原因在于本申请的油悬浮剂的助剂体系优于对比例1和2,由于表面活性剂的组分选择合理,使本发明的油悬浮剂表面张力低,润湿好。与本申请实施例1均采用了相同活性成分的对比例1-2,其大田防治效果却不如实施例1-3,说明实施例1-3的助剂体系是最优助剂体系。与单剂相比,本发明的油悬浮剂除草活性有了较大的提高,增效作用明显。
综上所述,本发明的油悬浮剂稳定性好,组分合理,润湿性及耐雨水冲刷效果好,对环境无污染,对人畜安全,适宜推广,特别适用于防治香附子和异型莎草等难防治的杂草的防除。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种含草铵膦、甲磺草胺和氯吡嘧磺隆的油悬浮剂,其特征在于,由如下的组分组成(重量百分比):
草铵膦1-20%;甲磺草胺5-10%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.1-5%;乳化剂:3-20%;分散剂:1-5%;结构调节剂:1-5%;抗冻剂:1-5%;载体油补足100%,其中乳化剂为失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚的一种或多种的混合物;分散剂为苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐;结构调节剂为有机膨润土和气相二氧化硅;所述抗冻剂为尿素,所述载体油为油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油的一种或多种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油悬浮剂,其特征在于由如下的组分组成:草铵膦20%;甲磺草胺5%;氯吡嘧磺隆1%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2-4%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1-2%;有机膨润土1-3%,气相二氧化硅0.5-2%;尿素1-5%;油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油的一种或多种补足100%。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的油悬浮剂,其特征在于由如下的组分组成:草铵膦15%;甲磺草胺5.6%;氯吡嘧磺隆0.4%;失水山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯3-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2-4%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5%;苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物铵盐1-2%;有机膨润土1-3%,气相二氧化硅0.5-2%;尿素1-5%;油酸甲酯、大豆油、玉米油、矿物油的一种或多种补足100%。
4.权利要求1-3任一所述的油悬浮剂在用于防除非耕地、果园、香蕉、蔬菜行间禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草、莎草科杂草的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述杂草为香附子、水蜈蚣、异型莎草。
