Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for assisting a user in interacting with a television, which is suitable for being executed by a robot device for assisting in television interaction, wherein the robot device can also be deployed on equipment with shooting or recording functions, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
101, starting a camera by the robot device to shoot a television screen;
for example, the robot may use a camera on the cell phone to take a picture of the television screen.
102, identifying an interactive mark in the shot television picture;
usually, when the television program is in the interactive link, the interactive mark is displayed on the screen. If the interactive operation is a pan-pan activity, the interactive mark is a pan-pan common image; if the interactive operation is scanning, a two-dimensional code image appears as an interactive mark. Therefore, whether the interactive mark exists in the television screen can be identified from the shot screen image through an image identification technology, and if the television program is in an interactive link, the interactive mark can be identified from the shot screen image.
And 103, triggering the execution of the corresponding interactive operation through the identified interactive mark.
When the interaction mark is identified, the current television can be determined to be interacting, and the user should participate, so that the robot device can automatically trigger the execution of the shaking operation on the mobile phone, and the complexity of the user in operation is avoided.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the technical means that the robot device is adopted to shoot the television screen, the interactive mark in the shot television picture is identified according to the shot television picture, and the execution of the corresponding interactive operation is triggered through the identified interactive mark can solve the technical problems of time consumption, inconvenience and the like caused by the fact that a user manually enters the interactive operation in the prior art, further the interactive link on the television can be automatically identified, the execution of the interaction is automatically triggered, the user operation is not needed, and the technical effects of quickness and convenience are achieved.
Optionally, after the interactive operation is automatically triggered and executed, the method provided by this embodiment further provides a scheme for automatically stopping the interactive operation, including:
identifying the interactive mark in real time; and when the interactive mark disappears, stopping the corresponding interactive operation. Or,
and stopping the interactive operation after the interactive operation of the budget times is executed.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the interactive operation is automatically triggered, the corresponding interactive operation is stopped when the interactive mark disappears; or after the interactive operation of the budget times is executed, stopping the interactive operation, so that the technical effect of automatically stopping the interactive operation while automatically performing the interactive operation is realized.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, in order to automatically identify that the interactive link is ongoing on the television more quickly and accurately, the method further includes: the robot device records the program played by the television.
Accordingly, the foregoing 102 may specifically include:
and identifying a shaking pattern or a shaking specific sound on the television screen according to the shot television picture and the recorded sound record.
For a detailed embodiment, reference is made to the following example two.
Example two
The embodiment specifically takes the interactive operation as shaking as an example, and provides a method for assisting a user in interacting with a television, which is suitable for being executed by a mobile phone provided with a robot device, and the robot device and the mobile phone can also be considered as a whole. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
the robot device calls a camera and a recording function on the mobile phone, shoots a television screen and records programs played by the television;
and 202, identifying a shaking pattern or a shaking specific sound on the television screen according to the shot television picture and the recorded sound record.
And 203, triggering and calling the execution of the shaking-shaking function on the mobile phone through the recognized shaking-shaking pattern or the specific sound.
And 204, identifying the shake-shake pattern in real time, and stopping the shake-shake operation when the shake-shake pattern disappears.
After the shake-shake pattern is recognized, the shake-shake is triggered to start to be executed, but since an interaction link on the television may be ended at any time, the shake-shake cannot be executed all the time. However, when the interactive link on the tv is finished, the shaking pattern on the screen usually disappears, so that the shaking interactive link is considered to be finished by recognizing that there is no shaking pattern on the tv screen as a time point, and thus a process of stopping the shaking operation is triggered.
Alternatively, 204 can be implemented as follows:
presetting the execution times of the shaking, and stopping the shaking after the shaking operation of the budget times is executed.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the technical means that the robot device is adopted to shoot the television screen, the interactive mark in the shot television picture is identified according to the shot television picture, and the execution of the corresponding interactive operation is triggered through the identified interactive mark can solve the technical problems of time consumption, poor convenience and the like caused by the fact that a user manually enters the interactive operation in the prior art, further realize the automatic identification of the interactive link on the television and the automatic triggering of the execution of the interaction, do not need the user operation, and have the technical effects of quickness and convenience.
EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
the shooting module 31 is used for starting the camera to shoot the television screen;
the identification module 32 is used for identifying the interactive mark in the shot television picture;
and the interaction module 33 is configured to trigger execution of a corresponding interaction operation through the identified interaction flag.
Optionally, the interactive operation is a pan-tilt activity.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the recording module is used for recording the programs played by the television.
Correspondingly, the recognition module 32 is specifically configured to recognize a pan-tilt pattern or a pan-tilt specific sound on the current screen of the television according to the television picture captured by the capturing module 31 and the recording recorded by the recording module.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the stopping module is used for identifying the interactive mark in real time; and when the interactive mark disappears, stopping the corresponding interactive operation. And/or
And the stopping module is used for stopping the interactive operation after the interactive operation of the budget times is executed.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the robot device is adopted to shoot the television screen, the interactive mark in the shot television picture is identified according to the shot television picture, and the execution of the corresponding interactive operation is triggered through the identified interactive mark, so that the technical problems of time-consuming, inconvenient and inconvenient operation, inconvenience and the like caused by the fact that a user manually enters the interactive operation in the prior art can be solved, the interactive link on the television can be automatically identified, the execution of the interaction can be automatically triggered, the operation of the user is not needed, and the technical effects of quickness and convenience are achieved.
