Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for switching video pictures according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 11: overlaying layers on an original video picture;
step 12: adding and storing point positions of other video pictures on the layer;
step 13: when the original video picture is framed, the video picture corresponding to the point location within the framing range is opened to obtain the switched video picture.
In the video picture switching method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the layer is superimposed on the original video picture, the point locations of the rest video pictures are added and stored on the layer, and when the frame is scribed on the layer of the original video picture, the video picture corresponding to the point location within the frame scribing range is opened, so that the switched video picture is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention does not need to open the switched video pictures one by one through the video picture list, and does not need to open the switched video pictures through the frame division in the GIS map, thereby reducing the operation steps and being more convenient and faster to operate. Therefore, the video picture switching method provided by the first embodiment of the invention has better effect.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the video picture point locations added and stored on the layer 102 superimposed on the original video picture 101 include a first video picture point location 103, a second video picture point location 104, a third video picture point location 105, a fourth video picture point location 106, a fifth video picture point location 107, a sixth video picture point location 108, a seventh video picture point location 109, an eighth video picture point location 110, a ninth video picture point location 111, a tenth video picture point location 112, an eleventh video picture point location 113, and a twelfth video picture point location 114, which are twelve video picture point locations in total.
Wherein, the layer 102 is a transparent layer. Because the layer 102 is superimposed on the original video picture 101, if the layer 102 is an opaque layer, the picture effect of the original video picture 101 will be affected, and if the layer 102 is designed as a transparent layer, the picture effect of the original video picture 101 will not be blocked by the layer and the effect will be poor.
Referring to fig. 3, when a frame 115 is drawn on the layer 102 of the original video picture 101, a point located within the range of the frame 115 is a twelfth video picture point 114, the number of the corresponding video pictures is 1, that is, a twelfth video picture 116 shown in fig. 4, a video picture corresponding to the twelfth video picture point 114 located within the range of the frame 115, that is, the twelfth video picture 116 directly replaces the original video picture 101, and the switched video picture is the twelfth video picture 116 and is independently displayed on the display screen.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, when the frame 117 is drawn on the layer of the original video picture 101, there are a plurality of video pictures corresponding to the points located within the range of the frame 117, which are respectively the seventh video picture 118 corresponding to the seventh video picture point 109, the eighth video picture 119 corresponding to the eighth video picture point 110, the eleventh video picture 120 corresponding to the eleventh video picture point 113, and the twelfth video picture 121 corresponding to the twelfth video picture point 114, and the switched video pictures, i.e., the seventh video picture 118, the eighth video picture 119, the eleventh video picture 120, and the twelfth video picture 121, are displayed on the display screen in a tiled manner.
The drawing frames 115 and 117 are rectangular drawing frames, the rectangular drawing frame takes the starting point of the pointer as one end point of the diagonal line of the rectangular drawing frame, and the rectangular drawing frame takes the ending point of the pointer as the other end point of the diagonal line of the rectangular drawing frame. In this case, the pointer can draw the frame 115 by only drawing from one end point of the diagonal line of the rectangle to the other end point of the diagonal line of the rectangle, so that the original video frame 101 is switched to the twelfth video frame 116; alternatively, the method is simple and convenient to operate by dividing the dividing frame 117 to switch the original video screen 101 to the tiled video screen of the seventh video screen 118, the eighth video screen 119, the eleventh video screen 120, and the twelfth video screen 121. However, only the rectangular frame 115 or 117 can be drawn in this manner. Taking fig. 5 as an example, one of the seventh video picture point 109, the eighth video picture point 110, the eleventh video picture point 113 and the twelfth video picture point 114 cannot be yielded in this way.
Therefore, the frame can also be in any shape which is selected through the pointer path and is connected end to end, in this case, the proper frame can be selected according to the requirement of the video picture which needs to be displayed, and the limitation of the frame shape is not needed.
Example two
As an implementation of the video frame switching method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a video frame switching apparatus, where the video frame switching apparatus includes: the layer overlapping unit is used for overlapping layers on an original video picture; the video picture point adding and storing unit is used for adding and storing point positions of other video pictures on the layer; and the pointer is used for dividing a frame on the layer of the original video picture, so that the video picture corresponding to the point position within the frame dividing range is opened, and the switched video picture is obtained.
The video picture switching device provided by the second embodiment of the present invention superimposes a layer on an original video picture through the layer superimposing unit, adds and stores point locations of other video pictures on the layer through the video picture point location adding and storing unit, and when a frame is drawn on the layer of the original video picture through the pointer, a video picture corresponding to the point location within the frame drawing range is opened, so as to obtain a switched video picture. Compared with the prior art, the video picture switching device provided by the second embodiment of the invention does not need to open the switched video pictures one by one through the video picture list, and does not need to open the switched video pictures through the frame dividing in the GIS map, so that the operation steps are reduced, and the operation is more convenient. Therefore, the video picture switching device provided by the embodiment of the invention has better effect.
In this embodiment, the pointer may be a mouse; the drawing pen can be connected with a video picture in a wired communication mode and can also be connected with the video picture in a wireless communication mode; in addition, the video picture can also be a touch screen, and at the moment, the frame sliding operation can be realized through fingers.
Taking fig. 2 as an example, the layer 102 is a transparent layer.
Wherein the video frame switching unit further comprises a video frame replacing unit, as shown in fig. 3 for example,
when a frame 115 is drawn on the layer 102 of the original video picture 101, the point located within the range of the drawn frame 115 is a twelfth video picture point 114, the number of the corresponding video pictures is 1, that is, a twelfth video picture 116 shown in fig. 4, the video picture corresponding to the twelfth video picture point 114 located within the range of the drawn frame 115, that is, the twelfth video picture 116 directly replaces the original video picture 101, and the switched video picture is the twelfth video picture 116 and is independently displayed on the display screen.
Wherein, the video picture switching unit further comprises a video picture tiling unit, taking fig. 5 and fig. 6 as an example,
when a frame 117 is drawn on the layer of the original video picture 101, a plurality of video pictures corresponding to the point locations within the range of the drawn frame 117 are provided, and the video pictures are respectively a seventh video picture 118 corresponding to the seventh video picture point location 109, an eighth video picture 119 corresponding to the eighth video picture point location 110, an eleventh video picture 120 corresponding to the eleventh video picture point location 113, and a twelfth video picture 121 corresponding to the twelfth video picture point location 114, and the switched video pictures, i.e., the seventh video picture 118, the eighth video picture 119, the eleventh video picture 120, and the twelfth video picture 121, are displayed on the display screen in a tiled manner.
The pointers are diagonal pointers, and in the example shown in fig. 3 and 5, the frame 115 and the frame 117 are both rectangular frames, where the rectangular frame takes the starting point of the pointer as one end point of the diagonal line thereof, and the rectangular frame takes the ending point of the pointer as the other end point of the diagonal line thereof.
Therefore, the pointer can also be a path pointer, and the frame is any shape which is selected through a pointer path and is connected end to end. In this case, a suitable frame can be selected according to the requirement of the video picture to be displayed, without being limited by the shape of the frame.

In this case, it is necessary to return to the original video picture each time to perform the switching again.
And returning the video picture obtained after the last switching to the original video picture is realized through a return key arranged on the switched video picture. The video picture switching device further comprises a return key, and the return key is arranged on the switched video picture. In this case, a return button needs to be provided on the video screen obtained after the switching.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and returning the video picture obtained after the last switching to the original video picture is realized through a return key arranged outside the switched video picture. The video picture switching device also comprises a return key which is arranged outside the switched video picture. In this case, the operation can be realized by a return key provided on the video screen display device.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and returning the video picture obtained after the last switching to the original video picture is realized by double-clicking the switched video picture. At the moment, the video picture switching device also comprises a double-click induction unit, and the return of the video picture obtained after the last switching to the original video picture is realized through double-click of the switched video picture.
Example four
