本发明公开一种电池电路连接器及使用方法,包括壳体,所述壳体内开设有两个方孔,两个所述方孔之间开设有绝缘隔离带,所述壳体上开设有卡口,所述壳体下端开设有第一支撑块,所述壳体内开设有卡块,所述卡块之间形成有卡槽,两个所述卡槽内分别卡接有正极接触片和负极接触片,所述正极接触片和负极接触片下部开设有焊接针,所述绝缘隔离带下端开设有第二支撑块,所述壳体左右两侧下端分别开设有固定叉,所述固定叉中间开设有插接口。本发明所述的一种电池电路连接器及其使用方法,方便和外置电池接通,使线路更加稳定可靠,防止出现接触不良的情况,同时也方便更换电池或者检修电路,节约成本,更加经济,精度更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及电能表、水表、燃气表等计量表技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池电路连接器及使用方法。
背景技术
目前国内的单相表时钟电池大多数内置于表计内部,电池电路连接多采用将电池正负极导电铜片直接焊接于PCB板上,在使用运输或者更换电池的过程中,经常触碰容易电池正负极导电铜片,导致电池正负极导电铜片与PCB板的焊接点容易松动,出现接触不良的情况,甚至导致焊接点脱落,接触可靠性较低,不稳定,容易影响整表的稳定性,增加维修更换的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电池电路连接器及使用方法,方便和外置电池接通,使线路更加稳定可靠,防止出现接触不良的情况,同时也方便更换电池或者检修电路,节约成本,更加经济,精度更高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:包括长方体形的塑料壳体,所述壳体内开设有两个方孔,两个所述方孔之间的壳体内开设有绝缘隔离带,所述方孔顶部的壳体上开设有卡口,所述方孔和卡口相通,所述壳体正面下端开设有两个第一支撑块,所述方孔左右两侧下部的壳体内开设有卡块,所述卡块之间形成有卡槽,两个所述卡槽内分别卡接有正极接触片和负极接触片,所述正极接触片和负极接触片上部卡接于卡口内并伸出卡口,所述正极接触片和负极接触片伸出卡口分别折弯成倒V型,所述正极接触片和负极接触片下部开设有焊接针,所述绝缘隔离带下端开设有第二支撑块,所述壳体左右两侧下端分别开设有固定叉,所述固定叉中间开设有插接口。
所述第二支撑块和焊接针的高度相等。
所述正极接触片和负极接触片均为导电铜片。
两个所述第一支撑块之间的壳体上开设有凹槽。
根据权利要求1所述一种电池电路连接器的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)安装接触片,将预先定型好的正极接触片和负极接触片分别压入两个方孔的卡槽内,使其上端伸出卡口并折弯成倒V型;
2)焊接,将焊接针焊接在电能表的PCB板上,并和PCB板的电路相连,将正极接触片和负极接触片倒V型顶端对准电池盒上的正负接触片。
本发明的有益效果是:一种电池电路连接器及其使用方法,方便和外置电池接通,使线路更加稳定可靠,防止出现接触不良的情况,同时也方便更换电池或者检修电路,节约成本,更加经济,精度更高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-4所示一种电池电路连接器及其使用方法,包括长方体形的塑料壳体1,所述壳体1内开设有两个方孔2,两个所述方孔2之间的壳体1内开设有绝缘隔离带3,所述方孔2顶部的壳体1上开设有卡口4,所述方孔2和卡口4相通,所述壳体1正面下端开设有两个第一支撑块5,所述方孔2左右两侧下部的壳体1内开设有卡块6,所述卡块6之间形成有卡槽7,两个所述卡槽7内分别卡接有正极接触片8和负极接触片9,所述正极接触片8和负极接触片9上部卡接于卡口4内并伸出卡口4,所述正极接触片8和负极接触片9伸出卡口4分别折弯成倒V型,所述正极接触片8和负极接触片9下部开设有焊接针10,所述绝缘隔离带3下端开设有第二支撑块11,所述壳体1左右两侧下端分别开设有固定叉12,所述固定叉12中间开设有插接口13。
所述第二支撑块11和焊接针10的高度相等。
所述正极接触片8和负极接触片9均为导电铜片。
两个所述第一支撑块5之间的壳体1上开设有凹槽14。
一种电池电路连接器的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)安装接触片,将预先定型好的正极接触片8和负极接触片9分别压入两个方孔2的卡槽7内,使其上端伸出卡口4并折弯成倒V型;
2)焊接,将焊接针10焊接在电能表15的PCB板16上,并和PCB板16的电路相连,将正极接触片8和负极接触片9倒V型顶端对准电池盒17上的正负接触片。
导电铜片为高锡磷青铜镀镍,电池电路连接器整体采用高精度工艺制造,电池电路连接器整体精度高,结构设计合理,接触稳定可靠。
本实施例的一种电池电路连接器及其使用方法,方便和外置电池接通,使线路更加稳定可靠,防止出现接触不良的情况,同时也方便更换电池或者检修电路,节约成本,更加经济,精度更高。
Claims (5)
1.一种电池电路连接器,其特征在于:包括长方体形的塑料壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内开设有两个方孔(2),两个所述方孔(2)之间的壳体(1)内开设有绝缘隔离带(3),所述方孔(2)顶部的壳体(1)上开设有卡口(4),所述方孔(2)和卡口(4)相通,所述壳体(1)正面下端开设有两个第一支撑块(5),所述方孔(2)左右两侧下部的壳体(1)内开设有卡块(6),所述卡块(6)之间形成有卡槽(7),两个所述卡槽(7)内分别卡接有正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9),所述正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)上部卡接于卡口(4)内并伸出卡口(4),所述正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)伸出卡口(4)分别折弯成倒V型,所述正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)下部开设有焊接针(10),所述绝缘隔离带(3)下端开设有第二支撑块(11),所述壳体(1)左右两侧下端分别开设有固定叉(12),所述固定叉(12)中间开设有插接口(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电池电路连接器,其特征在于:所述第二支撑块(11)和焊接针(10)的高度相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电池电路连接器,其特征在于:所述正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)均为导电铜片。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种电池电路连接器,其特征在于:两个所述第一支撑块(5)之间的壳体(1)上开设有凹槽(14)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述一种电池电路连接器的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)安装接触片,将预先定型好的正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)分别压入两个方孔(2)的卡槽(7)内,使其上端伸出卡口(4)并折弯成倒V型;
2)焊接,将焊接针(10)焊接在电能表(15)的PCB板(16)上,并和PCB板(16)的电路相连,将正极接触片(8)和负极接触片(9)倒V型顶端对准电池盒(17)上的正负接触片。
