本发明公开了一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，包括盒体，所述盒体的背面设置有凹槽状的进缆槽，所述进缆槽的中部上侧设置有进缆口，所述进缆口的上方设置有一个有坡度的帽檐结构。本发明的有益效果在于，光缆布置整齐有序，开户方便快捷，维护简单易操作，防水性能好。

一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，属于通信网络设备技术领域。
背景技术
现阶段农村光纤到户建设中，室外光缆交接箱的光纤通过外缆引到抱杆式分光分纤箱进行分光，用户开通时用自承式蝶形引入光缆引入到用户室内的86信息面板盒里面。由于农村每家每户都比较分散，多个用户就有多根自承式蝶形引入光缆，导致分纤箱出来的光缆比较分散，有些用户需要很长的光缆才能接入，施工较为麻烦，维护极为不方便。
发明内容
针对传统农村FTTH产品的不足，本发明提供一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，通过分布式的设计，将分光点由传统的分光分纤箱改为一种分布式的出纤盒。
要解决的技术问题：布线整齐有序，施工便捷，开户方便，发生故障后容易查找。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，包括盒体，所述盒体的背面设置有凹槽状的进缆槽，所述进缆槽的中部上侧设置有进缆口，所述进缆口的上方设置有一个有坡度的帽檐结构。
作为优选方案，所述进缆槽两端设置有扎缆支架；所述进缆口为长条形。
作为优选方案，所述盒体内自上而下顺序设置有绕纤轮、一对适配器卡槽、熔接芯片卡座以及出纤口；所述绕纤轮的四周设置有若干挡缆柱和挡杆；所述出纤口上设置有密封圈。
作为优选方案， 所述盒体的背面设置有四个安装支架，所述安装支架上设置有安装孔。
作为优选方案，还包括盒盖，所述盒体与盒盖的一侧通过铰链连接，另外一侧通过锁具锁紧固定。
本发明的有益效果在于，光缆布置整齐有序，开户方便快捷，维护简单易操作，防水性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施实例对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，本发明安装于村庄地区，一次性安装布放，每户或者一排多户（≤4户）可以安装1个，每个室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒最多支持4户。
如图2、图3、图4、图5所示，本发明设置有盒体2-1与盒盖2-2，盒体2-1与盒盖2-2通过铰链2-13连接，可自由翻转打开，另外一侧通过锁具2-12锁紧固定。光缆2-3通过进缆口3-1穿入盒体2-1内部，进缆口3-1处设置帽檐结构4-1，起到防水作。光缆2-3进入盒体2-1内部后，在绕纤轮2-4上盘绕一周，可以预留出220mm长开剥长度，挡缆柱2-5和挡杆2-6起到约束光缆2-3不脱出绕纤轮2-4。光缆2-3在盒体2-1外的部分卡入进缆槽4-2，并在两侧的扎线支架4-3上绑扎。盒体2-1内中部位置左右两边设置有两组适配器卡槽2-7，以及其下方的两组熔接芯片卡座2-8，上面可以卡入SC-APC叠联短耳适配器2-9或熔接芯片5-1。光缆2-3开剥后，抽取出来的裸线（1到4芯可选）用0.9SC-APC快接连接器2-14快接后，插入SC-APC叠联短耳适配器2-9中。当用户需要开通业务时，通过皮线光缆，两端做好连接器，一端通过密封圈（出纤口）2-10进入盒体2-1内，插入SC-APC叠联短耳适配器2-9中，另一端与永和室内的ONU设备接续，最大支持4个用户。根据实际需要SC-APC叠联短耳适配器2-9可以换成熔接芯片5-1，采用直熔模式。

1.一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，包括盒体，其特征在于，所述盒体的背面设置有凹槽状的进缆槽，所述进缆槽的中部上侧设置有进缆口，所述进缆口的上方设置有一个有坡度的帽檐结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，其特征在于，所述进缆槽两端设置有扎缆支架；所述进缆口为长条形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，其特征在于，所述盒体内自上而下顺序设置有绕纤轮、一对适配器卡槽、熔接芯片卡座以及出纤口；所述绕纤轮的四周设置有若干挡缆柱和挡杆；所述出纤口上设置有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，其特征在于，所述盒体的背面设置有四个安装支架，所述安装支架上设置有安装孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外分布式沿途下线出纤盒，其特征在于，还包括盒盖，所述盒体与盒盖的一侧通过铰链连接，另外一侧通过锁具锁紧固定。
