Abstract
本发明涉及气体测试领域,尤其涉及一种气体检测装置,包括控制器、与所述控制器连接的电源、电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器、显示器、空气净化器,所述空气净化器包括风机和过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括依次叠设的静电集尘过滤、活性炭过滤网、纳米银离子过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性硅过滤网、纳米光触媒过滤网,该装置可以同时对多种气体进行浓度检测,而且可以对空气进行净化,提高了装置的实用性,实现了一机多用,功能更强大。

技术领域
本发明涉及气体测试领域,尤其涉及一种气体检测装置。
背景技术
气体检测装置是一种气体泄漏浓度检测的仪器仪表装置,主要是指便携式/手持式气体检测仪。主要利用气体传感器来检测环境中存在的气体种类。气体传感器是用来检测气体的成分和浓度的传感器。一般认为,气体传感器的定义是以检测目标为分类基础的,也就是说,凡是用于检测气体成分和浓度的传感器都称作气体传感器,不管它是用物理方法,还是用化学方法。
传统的气体检测装置多为单气体检测仪,检测气体品种单一、固定,没有历史数据记录,应用范围小,检测能力不强。通常实地检测时,需要同时对多种气体的浓度进行检测,以防止某种有毒气体对环境造成损害,如果使用传统的气体检测仪器,则需要同时使用多个,设备占用空间多,布置不方便,成本高。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种气体检测装置,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种气体检测装置,可以同时对多种气体进行浓度检测,而且可以对空气进行净化,提高了装置的实用性,实现了一机多用,功能更强大。
本发明提出的一种气体检测装置,包括控制器、与所述控制器连接的电源、电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器、显示器、空气净化器,所述空气净化器包括风机和过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括依次叠设的静电集尘过滤、活性炭过滤网、纳米银离子过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性硅过滤网、纳米光触媒过滤网。
进一步的,所述电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器的进样端设有气体过滤装置,所述气体过滤装置内设有活性炭。
进一步的,所述控制器连接有键盘。
进一步的,所述控制器连接有麦克风。
进一步的,所述控制器连接有空气报警器。
进一步的,所述控制器连接有温度报警器。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明通过设置电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器三种气体传感器,可实现同时对CO、H2S、SO2、CO2,SF6,CH4,SO2,NOx,NH3、H2等气体的检测,同时可以根据需要对空气进行净化,提高了装置的实用性,实现了一机多用,功能更强大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种气体检测装置,包括控制器、与控制器连接的电源、电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器、显示器、空气净化器,空气净化器包括风机和过滤装置,过滤装置包括依次叠设的静电集尘过滤、活性炭过滤网、纳米银离子过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性硅过滤网、纳米光触媒过滤网。
电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器的进样端设有气体过滤装置,气体过滤装置内设有活性炭,活性炭能够很好地吸附空气样品中的水份和颗粒物,保证检测气体的纯度。另外,控制器连接有键盘、麦克风、空气报警器、温度报警器。键盘和麦克风分别用于手写输入或语音输入,以对一些数据或者参数进行修改和校正。当控制器接收到气体传感器的数据结果后,进行分析和比对,如果超出标准值,空气报警器会发出蜂鸣声,以示警惕。有些使用气体检测装置的场所可能会有存在高温或低温的情况,在气体检测装置上设置温度报警器后,如果检测场所的温度超过或低于设定值,温度报警器会发出蜂鸣声,以示警惕。
综上所述,本发明通过设置电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器三种气体传感器,可实现同时对CO、H2S、SO2、CO2,SF6,CH4,SO2,NOx,NH3、H2等气体的检测,也可以根据需要单独使用其中某一气体传感器;可以根据需要对空气进行净化,提高了装置的实用性,实现了一机多用,功能更强大。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种气体检测装置,其特征在于:包括控制器、与所述控制器连接的电源、电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器、显示器、空气净化器,所述空气净化器包括风机和过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括依次叠设的静电集尘过滤、活性炭过滤网、纳米银离子过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性硅过滤网、纳米光触媒过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器的进样端设有气体过滤装置,所述气体过滤装置内设有活性炭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述控制器连接有键盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述控制器连接有麦克风。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述控制器连接有空气报警器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的气体检测装置,其特征在于:所述控制器连接有温度报警器。
