本发明公开了一种防弹背心，属于反光防弹背心领技术领域,解决了现有防弹背心防弹能力弱，不防火没有警示功能的问题该防弹背心最内层为一层钢板层(2)，钢板层(2)的表层包裹有一层硅胶层(3)，硅胶层(3)的外部包裹有尼龙织物(4)，尼龙织物(4)外设有防火面料(5)，硅胶层(3)由若干块硅胶块构成。本发明反光、防弹效果好，对人体的冲击力小，并带有防火效果。

技术领域
本发明属于反光防弹背心领技术领域，具体涉及光警示防火防弹背心。
背景技术
防弹背心目前主要警用和军用两种，随着现在安全形势的严峻，身穿防弹背心的警察或者武警需要面对各种各样的危险，如炸弹爆炸、燃烧物爆燃等问题，所以对防弹背心的要求越来越高，现在对防弹背心的要求主要是通用性好，能防火、防弹，并带有反光警示作用，提高辨识度，并能进一步地提升防弹效果，所以必须对现有的防弹背心进行改进。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种防弹背心，反光效果好，防弹效果好，对人体的冲击力小，并带有防火效果，可以适用于不同身材的人员和不同的使用环境。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种防弹背心，所述该防弹背心最内层为一层钢板，所述钢板层的表层包裹有一层硅胶层，所述硅胶层的外部包裹有尼龙织物，所述尼龙织物外设有防火面料，所述的硅胶层由若干块硅胶块构成。
所述防弹背心钢板层和硅胶层内设有防弹板，所述防弹板包括至少2层以上的防弹层，每层防弹层包括增强纤维和基质材料，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60到120度的角度。
所述防弹板包括6层防弹层，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60度的角度。
所述增强纤维是聚乙烯纤维。
所述防弹背心还设有反光带，所述的反光带包括软性基底层和粘贴层，所述的软性基底层呈长条形，其上端面布置有若干个与其长度方向平行的反光层和荧光层，所述的反光层和荧光层沿着软性基底层的宽度方向呈间隔布置，反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层。
所述反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层采用不同颜色。
所述的硅胶层由20层防弹层代替。
本发明有益效果是:尼龙织物强度高，编织密度大，不容易破损，硅胶层可对弹头起到缓冲的作用，尽可能减少弹头对钢板的损伤，并且硅胶层可以进行修补，减少了防弹背心的报废率,同时反光效果好，防弹效果好，对人体的冲击力小，并带有防火效果。

下面对照附图，通过对实施例的描述，本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等，作进一步详细的说明，以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图所示，一种防弹背心，所述该防弹背心最内层为一层钢板层2，所述钢板层2的表层包裹有一层硅胶层3，所述硅胶层3的外部包裹有尼龙织物4，尼龙织物4强度高，编织密度大，不容易破损，所述尼龙织物4外设有防火面料5，所述的硅胶层3由若干块硅胶块构成，通过对损坏的硅胶块进行替换，硅胶层3可对弹头起到缓冲的作用，尽可能减少弹头对钢板层2的损伤，并且硅胶层3可以进行修补，减少了防弹背心的报废率。
所述防弹背心钢板层2和硅胶层3内设有防弹板，所述防弹板包括至少2层以上的防弹层，每层防弹层包括增强纤维和基质材料，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60到120度的角度，根据角度设置实现防弹板对各个方向子弹的更好的防护。
所述防弹板包括6层防弹层，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60度的角度，6层防弹层能形成360度的纤维方向的兼顾，提高了防弹层的坚韧程度。
所述增强纤维是聚乙烯纤维。所述防弹背心还设有反光带1，所述的反光带1包括软性基底层和粘贴层，所述的软性基底层呈长条形，其上端面布置有若干个与其长度方向平行的反光层和荧光层，所述的反光层和荧光层沿着软性基底层的宽度方向呈间隔布置，将反光层和荧光层相结合，提高反光的效果，反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层。
所述反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层采用不同颜色，实现视觉差异的效果。
所述的硅胶层3由20层防弹层代替，以便提高防弹背心的舒适度，减少防弹背心的重量。

1.一种防弹背心，其特征在于：所述该防弹背心最内层为一层钢板层(2)，所述钢板层(2)的表层包裹有一层硅胶层(3)，所述硅胶层(3)的外部包裹有尼龙织物(4)，所述尼龙织物(4)外设有防火面料(5)，所述的硅胶层(3)由若干块硅胶块构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防弹背心，其特征在于：所述钢板层(2)和硅胶层(3)内设有防弹板，所述防弹板包括至少2层以上的防弹层，每层防弹层为增强纤维和基质材料，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60到120度的角度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防弹背心，其特征在于：所述防弹板包括6层防弹层，每层防弹层上的纤维方向与其外层的防弹层的纤维方向形成60度的角度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防弹背心，其特征在于：所述增强纤维是聚乙烯纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防弹背心，其特征在于：所述防弹背心还设有反光带(1)，所述的反光带(1)包括软性基底层和粘贴层，所述的软性基底层呈长条形，其上端面布置有若干个与其长度方向平行的反光层和荧光层，所述的反光层和荧光层沿着软性基底层的宽度方向呈间隔布置，反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防弹背心，其特征在于：所述反光层和荧光层的上端面布置有透明颜色层采用不同颜色。
7.根据权利要求1所述的反光警示防火防弹背心，其特征在于：所述的硅胶层(3)由20层防弹层代替。
