本发明公开了一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,包括悬挂支架、舞台灯本体、LED光源板和控制盒,所述舞台灯本体的两侧通过调节旋钮安装有悬挂支架,悬挂支架的中间位置处设有悬挂固定孔,所述舞台灯本体的内部靠近电源接口的一侧安装有控制盒,所述舞台灯本体的前端通过安装有舞台灯前盖,舞台灯前盖的内侧固定有上盖玻璃,所述上盖玻璃的外侧表面上设有漫反射凸起,所述舞台灯本体的内部靠近舞台灯前盖的一侧安装有LED光源板,LED光源板的内侧安装有导热装置,所述舞台灯本体的内侧壁上固定有散热板。本发明不仅可以避免使用时出现炫光的效果,而且提高了舞台灯的散热效果,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED舞台灯设备技术领域,具体为一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯。
背景技术
舞台灯是一种用于舞台、歌厅等场所,可使场所更加美观、舞台效果更好的大功率照明设备,近几年来,随着LED技术的不断成熟,LED光源已经逐步应用于舞台灯领域了。由于LED灯的发光效率高,稳定性好,现在已经被广泛应用于舞台光效照明,但是现有的舞台灯的光源的炫光效果较严重,易导致人员的视觉疲劳,从而会损伤眼镜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,所具有的有益效果是:不仅可以避免使用时出现炫光的效果,而且提高了舞台灯的散热效果,延长了使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,包括悬挂支架、舞台灯本体、LED光源板和控制盒,所述舞台灯本体的两侧通过调节旋钮安装有悬挂支架,悬挂支架的中间位置处设有悬挂固定孔,所述舞台灯本体的后端设有电源接口,电源接口上连接有电源连接线,所述舞台灯本体的内部靠近电源接口的一侧安装有控制盒,所述舞台灯本体的前端通过安装有舞台灯前盖,舞台灯前盖的内侧固定有上盖玻璃,所述上盖玻璃的外侧表面上设有漫反射凸起,所述舞台灯本体的内部靠近舞台灯前盖的一侧安装有LED光源板,LED光源板的内侧安装有导热装置,所述舞台灯本体的内侧壁上固定有散热板。
优选的,所述舞台灯本体的外表面上设有条形散热槽。
优选的,所述上盖玻璃的直径大于LED光源板的直径。
优选的,所述LED光源板与导热装置之间填充有导热硅脂。
优选的,所述控制盒通过导线与LED光源板电连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该设备通过在舞台灯的两侧通过调节旋钮安装有悬挂支架,便于调整悬挂时的倾斜角度,使用方便,实用性强,通过在上盖玻璃上设置漫反射凸起,避免使用时出现炫光的效果,从而避免观看者出现视觉疲劳,通过在舞台灯的内部安装有导热装置和散热板,提高舞台灯的散热效果,延长了使用寿命,同时在舞台灯的外侧设置条形散热槽,增大舞台灯与外界的接触面积,进一步提高了散热效率。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,包括悬挂支架2、舞台灯本体5、LED光源板8和控制盒11,舞台灯本体5的两侧通过调节旋钮6安装有悬挂支架2,悬挂支架2的中间位置处设有悬挂固定孔1,舞台灯本体5的后端设有电源接口4,电源接口4上连接有电源连接线3,舞台灯本体5的外表面上设有条形散热槽,舞台灯本体5的内部靠近电源接口4的一侧安装有控制盒11,控制盒11通过导线与LED光源板8电连接,舞台灯本体5的前端通过安装有舞台灯前盖7,舞台灯前盖7的内侧固定有上盖玻璃12,上盖玻璃12的外侧表面上设有漫反射凸起13,舞台灯本体5的内部靠近舞台灯前盖7的一侧安装有LED光源板8,上盖玻璃12的直径大于LED光源板8的直径,LED光源板8的内侧安装有导热装置10,LED光源板8与导热装置10之间填充有导热硅脂,舞台灯本体5的内侧壁上固定有散热板9。
工作原理:使用时,通过悬挂支架2将舞台灯安装在舞台的顶部,并通过调节旋钮6调节倾斜角度,舞台灯工作时,LED光源板8发出光线,光线经过上盖玻璃12上漫反射凸起13的漫反射后打在舞台上,同时通过导热装置10和散热板9进行散热,避免工作温度过高,影响舞台灯的正常工作和使用寿命。

1.一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,包括悬挂支架(2)、舞台灯本体(5)、LED光源板(8)和控制盒(11),其特征在于:所述舞台灯本体(5)的两侧通过调节旋钮(6)安装有悬挂支架(2),悬挂支架(2)的中间位置处设有悬挂固定孔(1),所述舞台灯本体(5)的后端设有电源接口(4),电源接口(4)上连接有电源连接线(3),所述舞台灯本体(5)的内部靠近电源接口(4)的一侧安装有控制盒(11),所述舞台灯本体(5)的前端通过安装有舞台灯前盖(7),舞台灯前盖(7)的内侧固定有上盖玻璃(12),所述上盖玻璃(12)的外侧表面上设有漫反射凸起(13),所述舞台灯本体(5)的内部靠近舞台灯前盖(7)的一侧安装有LED光源板(8),LED光源板(8)的内侧安装有导热装置(10),所述舞台灯本体(5)的内侧壁上固定有散热板(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漫反射功能的悬挂式舞台灯,其特征在于:所述舞台灯本体(5)的外表面上设有条形散热槽。
