本发明公开了具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器,灯管无级调光旋钮开关控制正常照明所需的亮度调节;除尘时,启动电机开关,电机转动工作带动螺纹转轴旋转使旋转螺母在螺纹转轴上走动,旋转螺母碰触行程开关一或行程开关二时,自动来回返程工作,旋转螺母走动时通过短连接件带动圆环体同步走动,通过圆环体内壁的毛刷将LED节能灯管上的灰尘刮落,实现自动除尘;超过设定的温度值时,由控制器自动控制抽风扇抽风,将外面冷风吸入,将灯管内热气排走,实现自动化降温,提高灯珠的使寿命;灯管无级调光旋钮开关用于调节电源电压,通过降低电压实现所需的光亮度,实现节省电量;当需要弱光照明时,通过灯珠开关控制某颗灯珠或部分灯珠亮,实现节省电量。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能照明器,具体是一种具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器。
背景技术
1、照明灯管一般安装在较高建筑物内顶部或墙壁上,当用了一段时间后,灯管上会有一层灰尘,灯管由于安装得较高及在地面看不到灯管灰尘或清洁工具的限制,一般不会清洁或极少做清洁,灰尘越积越多,灰尘覆盖后照明的亮度降低,影响光度及照射的距离;2、现有家用、商业照明都只有一个开关,没有亮度调节或者只亮其中部分的LED灯珠,在不需要较光亮度的情况下浪费较多电;3、现有的LED灯管通电控制要么全亮,要么关电后全灭,当需要较弱灯光或当小夜灯用时无法调节;4、现有的灯管都是通过铝基板、铝散热片及在灯管两端设散热孔散热,由于空气不流通,大量热气聚焦在管内,使灯珠因温度过高或照明时受长时间高温而容易烧坏,严重影响使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构合理、自动除尘、通过自动除尘保持原有亮度、无级调节光亮度、可以控制某颗灯珠或部分灯珠亮、自动抽风扇降温的具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器。
解决上述技术问题的方案为:
具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器,所述LED节能照明器包括左端壳件(1)、右端壳件(2),右端壳件(2)与左端壳件(1)之间固定连接有长条壳件(3);所述左端壳件(1)内固定有电机(11)、左螺纹转轴支架(12)、控制器(13)、左灯管固定接头(14);所述右端壳件(2)内固定有右螺纹转轴支架(21)、右灯管固定接头(22);所述左螺纹转轴支架(12)与右螺纹转轴支架(21)上串有螺纹转轴(4),螺纹转轴(4)的一端连接在电机(11)的转轴上;所述左螺纹转轴支架(12)上固定有行程开关一(121),靠近右端壳件(2)的长条壳件(3)末端内固定有行程开关二(122);所述左灯管固定接头(14)与右灯管固定接头(22)之间上固定有LED节能灯管(5);所述长条壳件(3)顶部设有长条通槽(31);所述螺纹转轴(4)上穿接有旋转螺母(41),旋转螺母(41)上连接有一短连接件(42),短连接件(42)上连接有一圆环体(43),圆环体(43)内壁粘贴有毛刷(44),圆环体(43)串在LED节能灯管(5)上,毛刷(44)的毛与LED节能灯管(5)外壁接触;所述LED节能灯管(5)包括管体(51),管体(51)两端连接有端盖(52),端盖(52)上设有通风孔(521)及固定连接柱(522);所述管体(51)内顶壁粘贴有带LED灯珠的电路板(53),电路板(53)上固定有温度传感器(54);所述管体(51)内其中一端固定抽风扇(55),抽风扇(55)、温度传感器(54)、带LED灯珠的电路板(53)分别与控制器(13)电连接。
本发明的具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器有益效果为:1、本产品结构合理,通过电机开关控制电机工作,使旋转螺母在螺纹转轴上来回走动,通过旋转螺母带动圆环体同步走动,通过圆环体内壁的毛刷将LED节能灯管上的灰尘刮落,实现自动除尘(清洁灯管),除尘后保持原有的亮度;2、温度传感器实时监测电路板的温度变化,当温度超过设定的温度值时,温度传感器反馈温度值给控制器,由控制器自动控制抽风扇抽风,将外面冷风吸入,将灯管内热气排出(通过两端的通风孔实现空气流通对流的吸入及排出),实现自动化降温,提高灯珠的使寿命;3、通过灯管无级调光旋钮开关调节电源电压,通过降低电压实现所需的光亮度,实现节省电量;4、当需要弱光照明时,通过灯珠开关控制某颗灯珠或部分灯珠亮,实现节省电量;

具体实施方式
具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器,所述LED节能照明器包括左端壳件1、右端壳件2,右端壳件2与左端壳件1之间固定连接有长条壳件3;所述左端壳件1内固定有电机11、左螺纹转轴支架12、控制器13、左灯管固定接头14;所述右端壳件2内固定有右螺纹转轴支架21、右灯管固定接头22;所述左螺纹转轴支架12与右螺纹转轴支架(21)上串有螺纹转轴4,螺纹转轴4的一端连接在电机11的转轴上;所述左螺纹转轴支架12上固定有行程开关一121,靠近右端壳件2的长条壳件3末端内固定有行程开关二122;所述左灯管固定接头14与右灯管固定接头22之间上固定有LED节能灯管5;所述长条壳件3顶部设有长条通槽31;所述螺纹转轴4上穿接有旋转螺母41,旋转螺母41上连接有一短连接件42,旋转螺母41布置在长条壳件3内,短连接件42通过长条通槽31穿出在外,短连接件42上连接有一圆环体43,圆环体43内壁粘贴有毛刷44,圆环体43串在LED节能灯管5上,毛刷44的毛与LED节能灯管5外壁接触;所述控制器13通过电源线连接有开关控制盒131,开关控制盒131上设有电机开关、灯管无级调光旋钮开关、用于控制某颗或其中一部分灯珠亮的灯珠开关;所述LED节能灯管5包括管体51,管体51两端连接有端盖52,端盖52上设有通风孔521及固定连接柱522;所述管体51内顶壁粘贴有带LED灯珠的电路板53,电路板53上固定有温度传感器54,抽风扇55的工作设定为电路板53的温度超过60℃时即启动抽风(当温度传感器54所反馈控制器13的温度值高于60℃时,控制器13自动控制抽风扇55实施抽风工作降温);所述管体51内其中一端固定抽风扇55,抽风扇55、温度传感器54、带LED灯珠的电路板53分别与控制器13电连接。
所述带LED灯珠的电路板53上固定有若干颗LED灯珠,LED灯珠之间为并联连接或串联连接或单独的电源连接。
所述带LED灯珠的电路板53上设有与控制器13、灯珠开关配合控制某颗或其中一部分灯珠亮的电路。
所述的控制器13与电机11、LED灯带上的灯珠、行程开关一121、行程开关二122电连接。
所述的电路板53为铝基电路板。
工作过程:
当需要正常照明时,通过灯管无级调光旋钮开关控制照明,照明所需的亮度自由调节;控制器13内设有电机11工作延时电路模块,当需要除尘时,启动电机开关,电机11转动工作带动螺纹转轴4旋转使旋转螺母41在螺纹转轴4上走动,旋转螺母41碰触行程开关一121或行程开关二122时,自动来回返程工作,旋转螺母41走动时通过短连接件42带动圆环体43同步走动,通过圆环体43内壁的毛刷44将LED节能灯管5上的灰尘刮落,实现自动除尘(清洁灯管),除尘后保持原有的亮度,当关闭电机开关时,通过延时电路模块继续供电给电机11,当返回的旋转螺母41碰触行程开关一121时,复位成功,电机11停止工作,除尘工作停止,旋转螺母41、圆环体43停靠在左端壳件1内;当温度超过设定的温度值时,温度传感器54反馈温度值给控制器13,由控制器13自动控制抽风扇55抽风,将外面冷风吸入,将灯管内热气排走(通过两端的通风孔521实现空气流通对流的吸入及排出),实现自动化降温,提高灯珠的使寿命;灯管无级调光旋钮开关用于调节电源电压,通过降低电压实现所需的光亮度,实现节省电量;当需要弱光照明时,通过灯珠开关控制某颗灯珠或部分灯珠亮(根据灯珠开关与灯珠之间的电路控制设定实现),实现节省电量。

1.具体自动除尘及自动降温的LED节能照明器,其特征在于:所述LED节能照明器包括左端壳件(1)、右端壳件(2),右端壳件(2)与左端壳件(1)之间固定连接有长条壳件(3);所述左端壳件(1)内固定有电机(11)、左螺纹转轴支架(12)、控制器(13)、左灯管固定接头(14);所述右端壳件(2)内固定有右螺纹转轴支架(21)、右灯管固定接头(22);所述左螺纹转轴支架(12)与右螺纹转轴支架(21)上串有螺纹转轴(4),螺纹转轴(4)的一端连接在电机(11)的转轴上;所述左螺纹转轴支架(12)上固定有行程开关一(121),靠近右端壳件(2)的长条壳件(3)末端内固定有行程开关二(122);所述左灯管固定接头(14)与右灯管固定接头(22)之间上固定有LED节能灯管(5);所述长条壳件(3)顶部设有长条通槽(31);所述螺纹转轴(4)上穿接有旋转螺母(41),旋转螺母(41)上连接有一短连接件(42),短连接件(42)上连接有一圆环体(43),圆环体(43)内壁粘贴有毛刷(44),圆环体(43)串在LED节能灯管(5)上,毛刷(44)的毛与LED节能灯管(5)外壁接触;所述LED节能灯管(5)包括管体(51),管体(51)两端连接有端盖(52),端盖(52)上设有通风孔(521)及固定连接柱(522);所述管体(51)内顶壁粘贴有带LED灯珠的电路板(53),电路板(53)上固定有温度传感器(54);所述管体(51)内其中一端固定抽风扇(55),抽风扇(55)、温度传感器(54)、带LED灯珠的电路板(53)分别与控制器(13)电连接。
