本发明公开了一种潜水泵,包括壳体、电机、传动轴和叶轮,电机位于壳体内部上方,传动轴一端与电机相连,另一端连接叶轮,所述壳体包括底座和出水口,出水口位于底座上方且对准叶轮,所述底座上设有进水口,其特征是:所述底座上设有过滤盘,并且与底座构成一个环形空腔,所述过滤盘上设有滤网,进水口和滤网设置在过滤盘侧壁上,所述进水口、滤网、出水口构成流动路径,所述的空腔内设有清理叶轮,清理叶轮上设有有与滤网配合的清理刷毛。本发明具有以下特点:能够自动清理进水口滤网杂物且抽水效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,具体涉及一种潜水泵。
背景技术
潜水泵是深井提水的重要设备,井底的环境较为复杂,潜水泵工作时容易吸进很多杂物,因此人们在潜水泵进水口上设有滤网,但是使用滤网的时候,随着潜水泵长时间的使用,容易导致滤网被杂物堵住,而导致潜水泵工作困难,另外,由于深井的原因,潜水泵的抽水效率较低。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够自动清理进水口滤网杂物且抽水效率高的潜水泵。
为此,本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
一种潜水泵,包括壳体、电机、传动轴和叶轮,电机位于壳体内部上方,传动轴一端与电机相连,另一端连接叶轮,所述壳体包括底座和出水口,出水口位于底座上方且对准叶轮,所述底座上设有进水口,其特征是:所述底座上设有过滤盘,并且与底座构成一个环形空腔,所述过滤盘上设有滤网,进水口和滤网设置在过滤盘侧壁上,所述进水口、滤网、出水口构成流动路径,所述的空腔内设有清理叶轮,清理叶轮上设有有与滤网配合的清理刷毛。
作为优选,过滤盘底部设有锥形突起。
采用上述技术方案后,清理叶轮被水流带动会发生旋转,清理叶轮与滤网之间发生相对运动,通过清理毛刷将滤网上的杂物除去,有效防止杂物在滤网上堆积而影响潜水泵工作,另外,过滤盘底部的锥形突起具有导向作用,使水流更易流向叶轮,进而提高了潜水泵的抽水效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的潜水泵包括壳体1、电机2、传动轴3和叶轮4,电机2位于壳体1内部上方,传动轴3一端与电机2相连,另一端连接叶轮4,壳体1包括底座5和出水口6,出水口6位于底座5上方且对准叶轮4,底座5上设有进水口7,底座5上设有过滤盘8,并且与底座5构成一个环形空腔10,过滤盘8上设有滤网9,进水口7和滤网9设置在过滤盘8侧壁上,进水口7、滤网9、出水口6构成流动路径,环形空腔10内设有清理叶轮11,清理叶轮11上设有有与滤网9配合的清理刷毛12,过滤盘8底部设有锥形突起13。

1.一种潜水泵,包括壳体、电机、传动轴和叶轮,电机位于壳体内部上方,传动轴一端与电机相连,另一端连接叶轮,所述壳体包括底座和出水口,出水口位于底座上方且对准叶轮,所述底座上设有进水口,其特征是:所述底座上设有过滤盘,并且与底座构成一个环形空腔,所述过滤盘上设有滤网,进水口和滤网设置在过滤盘侧壁上,所述进水口、滤网、出水口构成流动路径,所述的空腔内设有清理叶轮,清理叶轮上设有有与滤网配合的清理刷毛。
