本发明公开了一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，包括电动滚筒、绞钢丝盘、卷闸门底梁、导槽、钢丝、顶部滑轮和槽型滑轮，该装置结构简单，使用时不易发生卡死现象，不易失去控制，阻力作用后能切断电源自动停止，安全系数更高。

本发明属于电动门技术领域，具体涉及一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置。
技术背景
电动卷闸门可以实现电动开关门，并且与传感装置配合实现自动开关门，因此得到了广泛的应用，现有的电动门结构复杂，使用时容易发生卡死现象，容易失控，也容易发生故障，存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，该装置结构简单，使用时不易发生卡死现象，不易失去控制，安全系数更高。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，包括电动滚筒、绞钢丝盘、卷闸门底梁、导槽、钢丝和槽型滑轮，
绞钢丝盘安装在电动滚筒上，卷闸门底梁安装在导槽底部，顶部滑轮安装在导槽顶部，槽型滑轮安装在导槽底部，钢丝一端从导槽上端穿出与安装在电动滚筒上的绞钢丝盘相连，另一端经过安装在导槽底部的槽型滑轮。
所述的绞钢丝盘，安装在电动滚筒的两端；
所述的钢丝，与电动滚筒、槽型滑轮形成一个传送带式的转动装置；
所述的防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，安装在电动卷闸门的两端。
一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，该装置结构简单，使用时不易发生卡死现象，不易失去控制，安全系数更高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明内容作进一步的阐述，但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例：
如图1所示，一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，包括电动滚筒1、绞钢丝盘2、卷闸门底梁6、导槽4、钢丝3、顶部滑轮和槽型滑轮5，其中绞钢丝盘2安装在电动滚筒1上，卷闸门底梁6安装在导槽4底部，顶部滑轮安装在导槽4顶部，槽型滑轮5安装在导槽4底部，钢丝3一端从导槽4上端穿出经顶部滑轮与安装在电动滚筒1上的绞钢丝盘2相连，另一端经过安装在导槽4底部的槽型滑轮5。
所述的绞钢丝盘2，安装在电动滚筒1的两端；
所述的钢丝3，与绞钢丝盘2和槽型滑轮5形成一个传送带式的转动装置；
本例的防卡死的电动卷闸门装置安装在电动卷闸门的两端；
当本例电动门启动时钢丝在电动滚筒的带动下，形成皮带轮式的转动，开关自如，门处于闭合状态时，钢丝正常拉紧门底梁，避免了以往稍微一抬门就被拉开，同时也避免了以往电动门遇到轻微阻力就卡死的现象。

1.一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，其特征在于，包括电动滚筒、绞钢丝盘、卷闸门底梁、导槽、钢丝和槽型滑轮，绞钢丝盘安装在电动滚筒上，卷闸门底梁安装在导槽底部，顶部滑轮安装在导槽顶部，槽型滑轮安装在导槽底部，钢丝一端从导槽上端穿出与安装在电动滚筒上的绞钢丝盘相连，另一端经过安装在导槽底部的槽型滑轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，其特征在于，所述的绞钢丝盘，安装在电动滚筒的两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，其特征在于，所述的钢丝，与电动滚筒、槽型滑轮形成一个传送带式的转动装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，其特征在于，所述的防卡死的电动卷闸门装置，安装在电动卷闸门的两端。
