本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述高效密封型推拉窗包含有四根窗框型材(1)构成的窗框结构,相邻两根窗框型材(1)的结合面均为45°斜面,角码(2)为由两根插接杆构成的L形结构,且两根插接杆的连接处通过斜坡面(2.1)相连接,窗框型材(1)上设置的注胶孔(1.1)朝向该斜坡面(2.1),所述角码(2)的两根插接杆分别插入相邻的两根窗框型材(1)中,且插接杆的外表面上分别设置有注胶槽一(2.2)和注胶槽二(2.3)。本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,安装方便且密封效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种推拉窗,尤其是涉及一种装配方便、连接效果好且密封性能佳的高效密封型推拉窗,属于铝型材技术领域。
背景技术
目前,推拉窗是建筑领域常用的窗型结构,常规推拉窗的窗框型材在转角连接处采用转角连接件进行连接,或者采用横竖型材螺钉连接的方式;无论采用何种方式,其连接结合面处均存在渗水截面,密封性能达不到要求,而且整个安装过程效率低下,安装后外形不够美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种安装方便且密封效果好的高效密封型推拉窗。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述高效密封型推拉窗包含有四根窗框型材构成的窗框结构,相邻两根窗框型材的结合面均为45°斜面,角码为由两根插接杆构成的L形结构,且两根插接杆的连接处通过斜坡面相连接,窗框型材上设置的注胶孔朝向该斜坡面,所述角码的两根插接杆分别插入相邻的两根窗框型材中,且插接杆的外表面上分别设置有注胶槽一和注胶槽二;
所述角码的左右两侧分别贴合有L形结构的导流板,所述导流板为由两根导流片构成的L形结构,且两根导流片的连接处的外侧面斜向设置有导流槽,导流片的外表面设置有止流块一,所述止流块一贴合在注胶槽二旁;所述角码和窗框型材之间填充的组角胶凝固后形成组角胶连接块。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述导流板的导流片的内表面设置有止流块二,从而对经由导流槽向下流淌的组角胶进行限位。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述注胶槽一靠近斜坡面,所述注胶槽二远离斜坡面,且注胶槽二的槽深大于注胶槽一。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述窗框型材的外壁上向下压合有一卡条,该卡条嵌置于注胶槽二内。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述角码上设置有多个通孔。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,窗框型材采用穿条加注胶的双重断桥加工工艺,进一步提高了其防水性能。
本发明一种高效密封型推拉窗,窗框型材的外侧面设置挡板,从而使得装配时内扇经由室内向外安装,提高了安全性能,且在关闭状态,由于挡板的存在,内扇不会往外掉落,不但杜绝了高层的坠物风险,而且起到了防盗效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过角码加组角胶的设计装配窗框不但装配方便,而且注入组角胶后,整个连接部位不存在任何的渗水截面,从而保证了其密封效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1~3,本发明涉及的一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述高效密封型推拉窗包含有四根窗框型材1构成的窗框结构,相邻两根窗框型材1的结合面均为45°斜面,角码2为由两根插接杆构成的L形结构,且两根插接杆的连接处通过斜坡面2.1相连接,窗框型材1上设置的注胶孔1.1朝向该斜坡面2.1,所述角码2的两根插接杆分别插入相邻的两根窗框型材1中,且插接杆的外表面上分别设置有注胶槽一2.2和注胶槽二2.3;
所述角码2的左右两侧分别贴合有L形结构的导流板3,所述导流板3为由两根导流片构成的L形结构,且两根导流片的连接处的外侧面斜向设置有导流槽3.1,导流片的外表面设置有止流块一3.2,所述止流块一3.2贴合在注胶槽二2.3旁;所述角码2和窗框型材1之间填充组角胶凝固后形成组角胶连接块;
进一步的,所述导流板3的导流片的内表面设置有止流块二3.3,从而对经由导流槽3.1向下流淌的组角胶进行限位;
注胶时,通过注胶孔1.1注入液态的组角胶,在导流板3的导流片的外表面的引导下组角胶进入注胶槽一2.2和注胶槽二2.3内,并在止流块一3.2阻碍下停止流淌,同时组角胶在导流槽3.1的引导下向下进入窗框型材1和角码2之间的腔体内,并在止流块二3.3的阻碍下停止流淌;
优选的,所述注胶槽一2.2靠近斜坡面2.1,所述注胶槽二2.3远离斜坡面2.1,且注胶槽二2.3的槽深大于注胶槽一2.2;
进一步的,所述窗框型材1的外壁上向下压合有一卡条1.2,该卡条1.2嵌置于注胶槽二2.3内,起到定位和限位用下;当装配时可通过卡条1.2与注胶槽二2.3的配合保证装配到位,并且在通过注入组角胶后保证连接的牢固性;
进一步的,所述角码2上设置有多个通孔,起到减轻重量的作用;

1.一种高效密封型推拉窗,所述高效密封型推拉窗包含有四根窗框型材(1)构成的窗框结构,其特征在于:相邻两根窗框型材(1)的结合面均为45°斜面,角码(2)为由两根插接杆构成的L形结构,且两根插接杆的连接处通过斜坡面(2.1)相连接,窗框型材(1)上设置的注胶孔(1.1)朝向该斜坡面(2.1),所述角码(2)的两根插接杆分别插入相邻的两根窗框型材(1)中,且插接杆的外表面上分别设置有注胶槽一(2.2)和注胶槽二(2.3);
所述角码(2)的左右两侧分别贴合有L形结构的导流板(3),所述导流板(3)为由两根导流片构成的L形结构,且两根导流片的连接处的外侧面斜向设置有导流槽(3.1),导流片的外表面设置有止流块一(3.2),所述止流块一(3.2)贴合在注胶槽二(2.3)旁;所述角码(2)和窗框型材(1)之间填充的组角胶凝固后形成组角胶连接块。
2.如权利要求1所述一种高效密封型推拉窗,其特征在于:所述导流板(3)的导流片的内表面设置有止流块二(3.3),从而对经由导流槽(3.1)向下流淌的组角胶进行限位。
3.如权利要求1所述一种高效密封型推拉窗,其特征在于:所述注胶槽一(2.2)靠近斜坡面(2.1),所述注胶槽二(2.3)远离斜坡面(2.1),且注胶槽二(2.3)的槽深大于注胶槽一(2.2)。
4.如权利要求1所述一种高效密封型推拉窗,其特征在于:所述窗框型材(1)的外壁上向下压合有一卡条(1.2),该卡条(1.2)嵌置于注胶槽二(2.3)内。
5.如权利要求1所述一种高效密封型推拉窗,其特征在于:所述角码(2)上设置有多个通孔。
