技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火海绵吸音板。
背景技术
在一些特殊房间内，吊顶板需要为防火海绵吸音板，例如影剧院、会议中心、体育馆、音 乐厅、教室、办公室、餐厅等，以保证隔音防火。目前，防火海绵吸音板通常为矿棉板和石膏板，矿棉板和石膏板由其自身特点导致其 较易老化，特别是吸潮后交易变形，导致其使用寿命较短。另外，防火海绵吸音板变形后较易脱落，砸伤人，安全隐患较大。综上所述，如何提供一种防火海绵吸音板，以提高其使用寿命，是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。。

本发明的目的在于提供一种防火海绵吸音板，具有吸音性能好，强度高，耐候性强，安全性高的优点。
本发明的技术方案是：一种防火海绵吸音板，包括防火无碱玻纤层和吸音板主体，所述防火无碱玻纤层通过胶粘剂粘结于所述吸音板主体上，所述吸音板主体为玻镁板，所述吸音板主体表面设有若干依次排列的的凹槽，所述凹槽的中心均设有吸音孔，所述凹槽的直径为2.5mm，所述吸音孔的直径为1mm，所述吸音孔的呈正方形。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述凹槽的个数为6个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述吸音板主体的厚度为10-15mm。
本发明的一种防火海绵吸音板，具有吸音性能好，强度高，耐候性强，安全性高的优点。

请参阅图1，图1是本发明一种防火海绵吸音板，包括防火无碱玻纤层2和吸音板主体1，所述防火无碱玻纤层2通过胶粘剂粘结于所述吸音板主体1上，所述吸音板主体1为玻镁板，所述吸音板主体1表面设有若干依次排列的的凹槽，所述凹槽的中心均设有吸音孔，所述凹槽的直径为2.5mm，所述吸音孔的直径为1mm，所述吸音孔的呈正方形，所述凹槽的个数为6个，所述吸音板主体的厚度为10-15mm。玻镁板（俗称氧化镁板）是以氧化镁，氯化镁，和水三元体系，经配置和加改性剂而制成的，性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料，以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料，以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。采用特殊生产工艺加工而成，具有防火、防水、无味、无毒、不冻、不腐、不裂、不变、不燃、高强质轻、施工方便、使用寿命长等特点，在全国同类产品中有复合的特殊性能。玻镁板具有耐高温、阻燃、吸声、防震、防虫、、防水防潮、轻质防腐、无毒无味无污染、可直接上油漆、直接贴面，可用气钉、直接上瓷砖，表面有较好的着色性，强度高、耐弯曲有韧性、可钉、可锯、可粘，装修方便。还可以与多种保温材料复合制成复合保温板材。产品用途：可作为墙板，吊顶板，防火板，防水板，包装箱等使用，可替代木质胶合板做墙裙，窗板、门板，家具等室内装饰用具，也可根据需要做调和漆，清水漆，并可加工成各种类型的板面，同时可用于地下室，人防和矿井等潮湿环境的工程，还可以与多种保温材料复合，制成复合保温板材。玻镁板的使用：玻镁板可以通过锯、刨、钉等加工工艺,也可制成各种装饰作品的结构,通过面饰乳胶漆、壁纸、陶瓷墙砖做终饰，完成装饰工程。本发明提供一种防火海绵吸音板，具有吸音性能好，强度高，耐候性强，安全性高的优点。
