本发明涉及一种搅拌钻机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的V型桩与五棱柱桩相互锁扣形成V型桩墙的锁扣V型搅拌钻机。
背景技术
水泥土搅拌钻机是通过动力驱动多个钻头转动,多个钻头在转动过程中将钻头下部的泥土切削与水泥浆搅拌成水泥土桩,目前,建筑基础工程中用于地质加固的水泥土桩都是通过多个水泥土圆柱搭接而成。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种V型桩与五棱柱桩相互锁扣形成V型桩墙的锁扣V型搅拌钻机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种V型桩与五棱柱桩相互锁扣形成V型桩墙的锁扣V型搅拌钻机,包括V型搅拌钻机和五棱柱搅拌钻机。
V型搅拌钻机包括如下结构:主杆下端固定电动机五外壳上端,电动机五下端的输出轴固定有一个钻头一,主杆下部左后侧固定有横撑一,横撑一的左端下部固定于立撑一的上端,立撑一的下端固定于电动机一外壳的中间,电动机一的前端输出轴固定有前圆台一,电动机一的后端输出轴固定有后圆台一;主杆下部右后侧固定有横撑二,横撑二的右端下部固定于立撑二的上端,立撑二的下端固定于电动机二外壳的中间,电动机二的前端输出轴固定有前圆台二,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后圆台二;前圆台一和后圆台一对合成一个束腰圆柱一,束腰圆柱一的表面安装有多个搅刀;前圆台二和后圆台二对合成一个束腰圆柱二,束腰圆柱二的表面安装有多个搅刀。
五棱柱搅拌钻机包括如下结构:钻杆二的下端固定电动机六的上端,电动机六下端设有总动箱,总动箱下端的输出轴固定有钻头二;总动箱的后端、左后端、左前端、右后端、右前端分别输出一个传动轴,每个传动轴的外端分别固定一个三角转刀。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造多个水泥土V型桩与每两个相邻的水泥土V型桩之间的水泥土五棱柱桩相互锁扣的V型桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括V型搅拌钻机和五棱柱搅拌钻机。
V型搅拌钻机包括图1、图2、图3、图4中的结构;主杆1下端固定电动机五14外壳上端,电动机五下端的输出轴固定有一个钻头一15,主杆下部左后侧固定有横撑一12,横撑一的左端下部固定于立撑一2的上端,立撑一的下端固定于电动机一6外壳的中间,电动机一的前端输出轴11固定有前圆台一4,电动机一的后端输出轴11固定有后圆台一9;主杆下部右后侧固定有横撑二13,横撑二的右端下部固定于立撑二3的上端,立撑二的下端固定于电动机二7外壳的中间,电动机二的前端输出轴11固定有前圆台二5,电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后圆台二10;前圆台一和后圆台一对合成一个束腰圆柱一,束腰圆柱一的表面安装有多个搅刀8;前圆台二和后圆台二对合成一个束腰圆柱二,束腰圆柱二的表面安装有多个搅刀。
V型搅拌钻机还安装有注浆泵,工作时注浆泵对束腰圆柱一的下部、束腰圆柱二的下部以及钻头一下部分别灌注水泥浆,电动机五工作时驱动其下端的钻头一转动,电动机一工作时驱动前圆台一和后圆台一正转,电动机二工作时驱动前圆台二和后圆台二反转;钻头一在转动过程中将钻头一下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌,束腰圆柱一、束腰圆柱二在转动中将其下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌;束腰圆柱一在转动中将左后端切削搅拌成凹“〔”形,束腰圆柱二在转动中将右后端切削搅拌成凹“〔”形;主杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左后端以及右后端分别带有凹“〔”形的水泥土V型桩。
五棱柱搅拌钻机包括图5、图6中的结构;具体结构如下:钻杆二31的下端固定电动机六32的上端,电动机六下端设有总动箱33,总动箱下端的输出轴固定有钻头二34;总动箱的左端、左后端、左前端、右端、右后端、右前端分别输出一个传动轴35,每个传动轴的外端分别固定一个三角转刀36。
五棱柱搅拌钻机的具体工作方式如下:工作时注浆泵对钻头二灌注水泥浆,电动机五驱动总动箱运转,总动箱在运转过程中驱动钻头二旋转,钻头二在旋转过程中将钻头二下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌;总动箱在运转过程中分别驱动后端、左后端、左前端、右后端、右前端的传动轴分别带动一个三角转刀旋转,五个三角转刀在旋转过程中将五个角的土体切削与水泥土搅拌;钻杆二在压进过程中形成水泥土五棱柱桩。
五棱柱桩的凸“〕”形与V型桩左后端的凹“〔”形以及右后端的凹“〔”形吻合。
V型搅拌钻机与五棱柱搅拌钻机制造锁扣V型桩墙的工作方式如下:在需要成桩的位置,用V型搅拌钻机按照上述V型搅拌钻机的工作方式制造一个水泥土V型桩,在此V型桩的右侧,间隔一个五棱柱桩的距离制造另一个水泥土V型桩,如此一字排列制造多个间隔一个五棱柱桩距离的水泥土V型桩,当两边的水泥土V型桩的水泥土强度达到一定时,再在每两个V型桩之间的间距内,用五棱柱搅拌钻机按照上述五棱柱搅拌钻机的工作方式分别制造一个水泥土五棱柱桩,使每个水泥土五棱柱桩左边的V型桩右后端的凹“〔”形吻合于此五棱柱桩左前端的凸“〕”形,使每个水泥土五棱柱桩右边的V型桩左后端的凹“〔”形吻合于此五棱柱桩右前端的凸“〕”形,如此形成多个水泥土V型桩与每两个相邻的水泥土V型桩之间的水泥土五棱柱桩相互锁扣的V型桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

1.一种锁扣V型搅拌钻机,包括V型搅拌钻机和五棱柱搅拌钻机,其特征在于:
所述V型搅拌钻机的具体结构包括:主杆(1)下端固定电动机五(14)外壳上端,电动机五下端的输出轴固定有一个钻头一(15),主杆下部左后侧固定有横撑一(12),横撑一的左端下部固定于立撑一(2)的上端,立撑一的下端固定于电动机一(6)外壳的中间,电动机一的前端输出轴(11)固定有前圆台一(4),电动机一的后端输出轴(11)固定有后圆台一(9);主杆下部右后侧固定有横撑二(13),横撑二的右端下部固定于立撑二(3)的上端,立撑二的下端固定于电动机二(7)外壳的中间,电动机二的前端输出轴(11)固定有前圆台二(5),电动机二的后端输出轴固定有后圆台二(10);前圆台一和后圆台一对合成一个束腰圆柱一,束腰圆柱一的表面安装有多个搅刀(8);前圆台二和后圆台二对合成一个束腰圆柱二,束腰圆柱二的表面安装有多个搅刀;
所述V型搅拌钻机的工作方式为:工作时注浆泵对束腰圆柱一的下部、束腰圆柱二的下部以及钻头一下部分别灌注水泥浆,电动机五工作时驱动其下端的钻头一转动,电动机一工作时驱动前圆台一和后圆台一正转,电动机二工作时驱动前圆台二和后圆台二反转;钻头一在转动过程中将钻头一下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌,束腰圆柱一、束腰圆柱二在转动中将其下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌;束腰圆柱一在转动中将左后端切削搅拌成凹“〔”形,束腰圆柱二在转动中将右后端切削搅拌成凹“〔”形;主杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左后端以及右后端分别带有凹“〔”形的水泥土V型桩;
