Abstract
一种凹矩形钻机,钻搅头在转动过程中将钻搅头下端的土体切削,前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一以及前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将其下端的土体切削;前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一在转动中将左端切削成凹矩形,前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将右端切削成凹矩形;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凹矩形的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土凹矩形桩。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻机,特别是一种建筑基础工程中使用的凹矩形钻机。
背景技术
目前,其它型式的水泥土钻机所成的桩体都是多个水泥土圆柱的组合体,无法形成桩体两端带有凹矩形的水泥土桩。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种能制造桩体两端带有凹矩形的凹矩形钻机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种凹矩形钻机,钻杆下端固定电机三外壳上端,电机三下端的输出轴固定有一个钻搅头,钻杆下部左侧固定有支架一,支架一的左端下部固定于钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴固定有前半凹腰圆柱一,电机一的后端转轴固定有后半凹腰圆柱一;钻杆下部右侧固定有支架二,支架二的右端下部固定于钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴固定有前半凹腰圆柱二,电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凹腰圆柱二;前半凹腰圆柱一和后半凹腰圆柱一对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱一,凹矩形凹腰圆柱一的侧表面安装有多个搅刀;前半凹腰圆柱二和后半凹腰圆柱二对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱二,凹矩形凹腰圆柱二的侧表面安装有多个搅刀。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造两端带有凹矩形的混凝土桩、与其它方式制造的其它桩体相互插合、形成插合桩墙,用于建筑物基础挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例钻杆1下端固定电机三14外壳上端,电机三下端的输出轴固定有一个钻搅头15,钻杆下部左侧固定有支架一12,支架一的左端下部固定于钢板撑一2的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一6外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴11固定有前半凹腰圆柱一4,电机一的后端转轴11固定有后半凹腰圆柱一9;钻杆下部右侧固定有支架二13,支架二的右端下部固定于钢板撑二3的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二7外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴11固定有前半凹腰圆柱二5,电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凹腰圆柱二10;前半凹腰圆柱一和后半凹腰圆柱一对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱一,凹矩形凹腰圆柱一的侧表面安装有多个搅刀8;前半凹腰圆柱二和后半凹腰圆柱二对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱二,凹矩形凹腰圆柱二的侧表面安装有多个搅刀。
本发明还安装有灌浆泵,工作时灌浆泵对凹矩形凹腰圆柱一和凹矩形凹腰圆柱二之间的部位以及钻搅头下端分别灌注高压水,电机三工作时驱动其下端的钻搅头转动,电机一工作时驱动前半凹腰圆柱一和后半凹腰圆柱一正转,电机二工作时驱动前半凹腰圆柱二和后半凹腰圆柱二反转;钻搅头在转动过程中将钻搅头下端的土体切削,前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一以及前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将其下端的土体切削;前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一在转动中将左端切削成凹矩形,前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将右端切削成凹矩形;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凹矩形的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土凹矩形桩。

1.一种凹矩形钻机;其特征在于:
凹矩形钻机包括:钻杆(1)下端固定电机三(14)外壳上端,电机三下端的输出轴固定有一个钻搅头(15),钻杆下部左侧固定有支架一(12),支架一的左端下部固定于钢板撑一(2)的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一(6)外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴11固定有前半凹腰圆柱一(4),电机一的后端转轴(11)固定有后半凹腰圆柱一(9);钻杆下部右侧固定有支架二(13),支架二的右端下部固定于钢板撑二(3)的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二(7)外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴(11)固定有前半凹腰圆柱二(5),电机二的后端转轴固定有后半凹腰圆柱二(10);前半凹腰圆柱一和后半凹腰圆柱一对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱一,凹矩形凹腰圆柱一的侧表面安装有多个搅刀8;前半凹腰圆柱二和后半凹腰圆柱二对合成一个凹矩形凹腰圆柱二,凹矩形凹腰圆柱二的侧表面安装有多个搅刀;
凹矩形钻机工作时灌浆泵对凹矩形凹腰圆柱一和凹矩形凹腰圆柱二之间的部位以及钻搅头下端分别灌注高压水,电机三工作时驱动其下端的钻搅头转动,电机一工作时驱动前半凹腰圆柱一和后半凹腰圆柱一正转,电机二工作时驱动前半凹腰圆柱二和后半凹腰圆柱二反转;钻搅头在转动过程中将钻搅头下端的土体切削,前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一以及前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将其下端的土体切削;前半凹腰圆柱一、后半凹腰圆柱一在转动中将左端切削成凹矩形,前半凹腰圆柱二、后半凹腰圆柱二在转动中将右端切削成凹矩形;切削掉的土体混在泥浆中,高压水不断加注,泥浆不断从孔中流出,钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左右两端分别带有凹矩形的孔,在此孔中浇筑混凝土、形成混凝土凹矩形桩。
