对所述混匀组合物进行预热的温度上限为130℃。
对所述混匀组合物进行热压定型的温度范围为140~150℃、压力范围为5~40MPa。
所述用于岩茶类水金龟高端茶包装的包装盒或罐,采用上述制造工艺方法制成。

用于岩茶类水金龟高端茶包装的包装盒或罐制造工艺方法,工艺步骤和条件如下:(1)将粉碎后的岩茶类水金龟茶碎末或者粉碎后的岩茶类水金龟茶碎末、黄片、茶梗混合物,餐具级脲醛模塑粉原料按质量比为(5~8)∶(2~5)的比例混合均匀,得到混匀组合物;(2)对所述混匀组合物进行预热;(3)将预热好的所述混匀组合物加入加热模腔中热压定型,得到茶叶包装盒或罐粗胚;(4)对所述茶叶包装盒或罐粗胚的表面进行打磨抛光处理或进行切削加工得到茶叶包装盒或罐成品。
对所述混匀组合物进行预热的温度上限为130℃。
对所述混匀组合物进行热压定型的温度范围为140~150℃、压力范围为10~40MPa。
