本发明揭示了一种双重复合耐磨耐用零件,包括内部的塑料管材和外部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由聚氯乙烯塑料、耐磨剂、增塑剂、填充剂以及润滑剂组成,所述耐磨剂为有机硅油,所述增塑剂为季戊四醇,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述润滑剂为石蜡,所述金属管材由铁、铜、镍以及铬组成。本发明采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材加工方便,强度大,导热性小,化学性能稳定,金属管材耐磨损,强度高,不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双重复合耐磨耐用零件。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备、制芯设备、砂处理设备、浇注设备等在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种管状零部件大多为单一材质制成,如塑料管材或金属管材,使用领域比较单一,无法满足当下日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材加工方便,强度大,导热性小,化学性能稳定,金属管材耐磨损,强度高,不易损坏的双重复合耐磨耐用零件。
本发明的技术方案是,一种双重复合耐磨耐用零件,包括内部的塑料管材和外部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由聚氯乙烯塑料、耐磨剂、增塑剂、填充剂以及润滑剂组成,所述耐磨剂为有机硅油,所述增塑剂为季戊四醇,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述润滑剂为石蜡,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯塑料占45-55份,所述有机硅油占10-14份,所述季戊四醇占3-6份,所述滑石粉占21-26份,所述石蜡占2-5份,所述金属管材由铁、铜、镍以及铬组成,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占33-38份,所述铜占11-15份,所述镍占6-9份,所述铬占5-8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯塑料占54份,所述有机硅油占13份,所述季戊四醇占5份,所述滑石粉占25份,所述石蜡占4份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占37份,所述铜占14份,所述镍占8份,所述铬占7份。
