随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的耐老化面料只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的耐老化面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的耐老化面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:

具体实施方式
参见图1~3,本发明涉及的一种反光闪色耐老化面料,它包括耐老化面料本体1,耐老化面料本体1的上表面设置有防辐射层2,防辐射层2内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条3,所述防辐射层2的上表面设置有加强层4,加强层4的上表面设置有防静电层8,所述耐老化面料本体1的下表面设置有抗菌层5,抗菌层5由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层5的下表面设置有防火层6,防火层6的下表面设置有柔软层7。所述柔软层7由经线和纬线制成,经线和纬线的密度分别为50~60根/cm和30~50根/cm,经线和纬线的表面涂覆抗紫外线涂层。
所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3,弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2,所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好,因此面料整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。
所述防静电层8从上至下依次包括TPU涂层8.1、导电纤维层8.2、和锦纶纺织层8.3,所述TPU涂层8.1上设置有上下贯通的通孔8.4,所述通孔8.4为上大下小的锥形孔,所述通孔8.4的下端和导电纤维层8.2连通,所述通孔8.4的上端与外界连通。
所述柔软层下表面设置有衬里层,所述衬里层,由经纱和纬纱交互浮沉编织为组织而成,所述经纱和纬纱的材质都为尼龙长丝,所述经纱为纤度40丹尼并由36根纤维构成,所述纬纱为纤度70丹尼并由24根纤维构成,所述经纱为四根一筘。
Claims (3)
1.一种反光闪色耐老化面料,其特征在于它包括耐老化面料本体(1),耐老化面料本体(1)的上表面设置有防辐射层(2),防辐射层(2)内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条(3),所述防辐射层(2)的上表面设置有加强层(4),加强层(4)的上表面设置有防静电层(8),所述耐老化面料本体(1)的下表面设置有抗菌层(5),抗菌层(5)由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层(5)的下表面设置有防火层(6),防火层(6)的下表面设置有柔软层(7),所述柔软层(7)由经线和纬线制成,经线和纬线的密度分别为50~60根/cm和30~50根/cm,经线和纬线的表面涂覆抗紫外线涂层,所述防静电层(8)从上至下依次包括TPU涂层(8.1)、导电纤维层(8.2)、和锦纶纺织层(8.3),所述TPU涂层(8.1)上设置有上下贯通的通孔(8.4),所述通孔(8.4)为上大下小的锥形孔,所述通孔(8.4)的下端和导电纤维层(8.2)连通,所述通孔(8.4)的上端与外界连通;所述柔软层下表面设置有衬里层,所述衬里层,由经纱和纬纱交互浮沉编织为组织而成,所述经纱和纬纱的材质都为尼龙长丝,所述经纱为纤度40丹尼并由36根纤维构成,所述纬纱为纤度70丹尼并由24根纤维构成,所述经纱为四根一筘。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的一种反光闪色耐老化面料,其特征在于所述防辐射条(3)包括中心的弹性纤维(3.1)、绕设于弹性纤维(3.1)表面的防辐射金属丝组(3.2)以及包覆于外层的保护层(3.3),弹性纤维(3.1)上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2),所述防辐射金属丝组(3.2)包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
3.根据权利要求(1)所述的一种反光闪色耐老化面料,其特征在于所述柔软层(7)包括防水面料层本体(7.1),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的中间设置有一层防水膜(7.2),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条(7.3),所述防水膜(7.2)与导流凸条(7.3)之间的防水面料层本体(7.1)内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔(7.4)。
