技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高，传统的防水面料只具备单一的功能，且缺乏立体感，因此寻求一种具有多种功能的防水面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有立体感，具有多种功能的防水面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种抗静电防水面料，它包括面料本体，面料本体的上表面设置有防辐射层，防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条，所述防辐射层的上表面设置有加强层，加强层的上表面设置有上防水层，所述面料本体的下表面设置有抗菌层，抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层的下表面设置有防火层，防火层的下表面设置有下防水层；所述下防水层的下表面设置有衬里层，所述衬里层，由100D/36F的平针线圈和32ST/R的拉长沉降弧的毛圈线圈和150D/96F的拉长沉降弧的毛圈线圈经过纬编依次串套而成，所述双色衬里层上附着有一层保暖药剂，所述衬里层上印有花纹。
所述上防水层包括上防水面料层本体，所述上防水面料层本体的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条，梯形凸条上设置有上下贯通的透水孔，所述透水孔的上端连通空气，所述透水孔的下端连通上防水面料层本体，上防水面料层本体内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔，相邻两个梯形凸条之间的上防水面料层本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空，所述条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条；
所述下防水层包括下防水面料层本体，所述下防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜，所述下防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条，所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的下防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔。
所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层，弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组，所述防辐射金属丝组包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明防水面料具有立体感，还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水等功能。
本发明保暖性好，抗静电。

参见图1~2，本发明涉及的一种抗静电防水面料，它包括面料本体1，面料本体1的上表面设置有防辐射层2，防辐射层2内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条3，所述防辐射层2的上表面设置有加强层4，加强层4的上表面设置有上防水层8，所述面料本体1的下表面设置有抗菌层5，抗菌层5由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层5的下表面设置有防火层6，防火层6的下表面设置有下防水层7。
所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3，弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2，所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍，由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设，使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好，因此面料整体柔软度较好，另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的，避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结，确保柔软度。
所述上防水层8包括上防水面料层本体8.1，所述上防水面料层本体8.1的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条8.2，梯形凸条8.2上设置有上下贯通的透水孔8.3，所述透水孔8.3的上端连通空气，所述透水孔8.3的下端连通上防水面料层本体8.1，上防水面料层本体8.1内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔8.4，相邻两个梯形凸条8.2之间的上防水面料层本体8.1的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空8.5，所述条形镂空8.5内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8.6，聚氨酯防皱条8.6具有记忆功能，可以防止面料变形。
所述下防水层7包括下防水面料层本体7.1，所述下防水面料层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2，所述下防水面料层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3，所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的下防水面料层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔7.4。
所述下防水层的下表面设置有衬里层，所述衬里层，由100D/36F的平针线圈和32ST/R的拉长沉降弧的毛圈线圈和150D/96F的拉长沉降弧的毛圈线圈经过纬编依次串套而成，所述双色衬里层上附着有一层保暖药剂，所述衬里层上印有花纹。
