本发明涉及一种柔发组合物及其制备方法，属于化妆品领域，其采用桑葚提取物5‑15份，葛根提取物3‑8份，覆盆莓提取物6‑10份，PEG‑26甘油醚5‑10份，丝肽蛋白1‑4份，硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱12‑18份，经蜡硬脂醇/PEG‑20硬脂酸酯10‑20份，乳酸壳聚糖4‑8份，水杨酸锌4‑9份，维生素E 2‑9份，蜂胶2‑7份，二甲基硅油18‑36份，柠檬醛0.02‑0.04份，尼泊金甲酯0.01‑0.03份，尼泊金乙酯0.02‑0.04份，精制水余量的配方，柔发效果显著。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，具体涉及一种柔发组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
桑葚，又叫桑果，为桑科落叶乔木桑树的成熟果实，性味甘、酸，寒。桑葚果实中含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分，营养是苹果的5-6倍，是葡萄的4倍，具有多种功效，被医学界誉为“二十一世纪的最佳保健果品”，其具有显著的提高人体免疫力，具有延缓衰老，嫩白肌肤，美容养颜的功效。
葛根为豆科植物野葛的干燥根，习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖，趁鲜切成厚片或小块；干燥。甘、辛，凉。有解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热，项背强痛，麻疹不透，热病口渴，阴虚消渴，热泻热痢，脾虚泄泻。葛根含有20多种异黄酮成分(如葛根素Puerarin、大豆黄酮daidzein等)、葛根甙类、三萜类及其它活性成分,另外还含有丰富的淀粉。葛根异黄酮具有清除氧自由基及抗脂质过氧化之功效,可显著抑制氧化损伤引起的红细胞溶血,抑制对微粒体的活性氧类造成的过氧化反应发生发展,并提高体内SOD活性强度,调节体内氧自由基与自由基清除剂的平衡,所以说葛根有较好的抗衰老作用。葛根的异黄酮成分对人类皮肤黑色素的发生与形成也具有抑制作用。
覆盆莓为蔷薇科植物华东覆盆子Rubus chingii Hu的干燥果实，其与山莓类似，富含有机酸、糖类及少量维生素C，果实中还含有三萜成分、覆盆子酸、鞣花酸和β-谷甾醇，具有优异的嫩白肌肤和抗衰老功效。

本发明的目的是提供一种效果显著的柔发组合物，其组成按重量份配比如下
桑葚提取物5-15份
葛根提取物3-8份
覆盆莓提取物6-10份
PEG-26甘油醚5-10份
丝肽蛋白1-4份
硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱12-18份
鲸蜡硬脂醇/PEG-20硬脂酸酯10-20份
乳酸壳聚糖4-8份
水杨酸锌4-9份
维生素E 2-9份
蜂胶2-7份
二甲基硅油18-36份
柠檬醛0.02-0.04份
尼泊金甲酯0.01-0.03份
尼泊金乙酯0.02-0.04份
精制水余量。
所述桑葚提取物、葛根提取物和覆盆莓提取物可以通过本领域的常规方法进行制备，例如：
所述桑葚提取物的制备方法为：将桑葚打浆，按料液比1:15-20加入蒸馏水，浸提2h，混合物进行抽滤,滤液浓缩，用95％乙醇醇析，沉淀离心，干燥，即得。
所述葛根提取物的制备方法为：将葛根粉碎过80目，至于10-15倍量的蒸馏水中，超声提取后过滤，3000r/min离心1-2h，浓缩，干燥，即得。
所述覆盆莓提取物的制备方法为：将覆盆莓打浆，按料液比1:10-20加入95％乙醇，用超声波辅助提取3次，每次1h，过滤，收集合并滤液，减压浓缩，干燥即得。
本发明的柔发组合物可以采用本领域洗发露的常规方法进行制备。
本发明的柔发组合物通过将桑葚提取物、葛根提取物和覆盆莓提取物进行复配组合，产生了预料不到的柔发效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将桑葚打浆，按料液比1:18加入蒸馏水，浸提2h，混合物进行抽滤,滤液浓缩，用95％乙醇醇析，沉淀离心，干燥，即得桑葚提取物；
将葛根粉碎过80目，至于12倍量的蒸馏水中，超声提取后过滤，3000r/min离心2h，浓缩，干燥，即得葛根提取物；
将覆盆莓打浆，按料液比1:15加入95％乙醇，用超声波辅助提取3次，每次1h，过滤，收集合并滤液，减压浓缩，干燥即得覆盆莓提取物。

按本领域常规方法制备成乳液。

按本领域常规方法制备成乳液。
实施例5
柔发效果试验：
选取120名志愿者进行试验，男女各半，试验者测试前2个月没有使用过皮肤外用药物，皮肤无外伤。随机分成4组，试验组1-3使用本发明实施例2-4的柔发组合物，对照组使用市售普通洗发露，进行双盲对比试验，随机试用头发的柔顺程度，分别记录洗后第3分钟，第10分钟，第30分钟头发的柔顺情况，用分值来记录，分值从1-10分，分数越高则头发越柔顺。试验结果如表1所示：

结果显示，本发明的柔发组合物柔顺效果明显，叫对照组(普通市售洗发露)具有明显提高，效果显著。

1.一种柔发组合物，其特征在于，其组成按重量份配比如下
桑葚提取物 5-15份
葛根提取物 3-8份
覆盆莓提取物 6-10份
PEG-26甘油醚 5-10份
丝肽蛋白 1-4份
硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱 12-18份
鲸蜡硬脂醇/PEG-20硬脂酸酯 10-20份
乳酸壳聚糖 4-8份
水杨酸锌 4-9份
维生素E 2-9份
蜂胶 2-7份
二甲基硅油 18-36份
柠檬醛 0.02-0.04份
尼泊金甲酯 0.01-0.03份
尼泊金乙酯 0.02-0.04份
精制水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔发组合物，其特征在于，所述桑葚提取物的制备方法为：将桑葚打浆，按料液比1:15-20加入蒸馏水，浸提2h，混合物进行抽滤,滤液浓缩，用95％乙醇醇析，沉淀离心，干燥，即得。
