The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the bean grinding coffee machine, a user can take or place the bean grinding mixing device from the side, the operation is convenient, the bean grinding mixing device can be more stably arranged in the machine shell, the service life of the bean grinding coffee machine is prolonged, and the structure is compact.

a housing; the side surface of the shell is provided with a mounting groove, and the top of the shell is provided with a vent hole;
the water tank, the second switch valve and the water pipe; the water tank is detachably arranged on the outer side of the mounting groove, the water pipe is positioned in the machine shell, a water inlet of the water pipe is communicated with the bottom of the water tank through a switch valve structure, and the second switch valve is arranged on a water outlet of the water pipe and positioned in the mounting groove;
a bean grinding and mixing device and a first switch valve; the bean grinding and mixing device is detachably arranged on the inner side of the mounting groove, a pressure relief hole is formed in the bean grinding and mixing device and is communicated with the vent hole, a water inlet and a water outlet are respectively formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the bean grinding and mixing device, the water inlet of the bean grinding and mixing device is inserted into the water outlet of the second switch valve, so that the bean grinding and mixing device is positioned and mounted in the mounting groove, the second switch valve is opened, and the first switch valve is arranged in the water outlet of the bean grinding and mixing device;
a coffee pot and a third switch valve; the coffee maker is movably placed on the machine shell, and the third switch valve is opened when the water inlet at the top of the coffee maker and the water outlet of the third switch valve are matched with each other; and
a crushing knife and a power output device; the power output device is fixedly arranged in the casing, the crushing knife is arranged in the bean grinding mixing device and can rotate, and the input end of the crushing knife is connected with the output end of the power output device.

In the technical scheme, the switch valve structure comprises a fourth switch valve arranged at the bottom of the water tank and a fifth switch valve arranged at a water inlet of the water pipe; the fourth switch valve comprises a fourth valve core, a second sealing cover and a fourth reset spring, a limiting sleeve is arranged at the water outlet at the bottom of the water tank, the fourth valve core is movably arranged at the water outlet of the water tank, the second sealing cover is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the fourth valve core so as to open or close the water outlet of the water tank, the fourth reset spring is sleeved on the fourth valve core and is positioned in the limiting sleeve, one end of the fourth reset spring abuts against the water outlet of the water tank, and the other end of the fourth reset spring abuts against the fourth valve core so as to control the fourth valve core; the fifth switch valve comprises a fifth valve body, a fifth valve core and a fifth reset spring, the fifth valve body is fixedly arranged at a water inlet of the water pipe, a water outlet of the fifth valve body is communicated with the water inlet of the water pipe, the fifth valve core is movably arranged at the water inlet of the fifth valve body, a waterproof edge is arranged at the middle upper part of the fifth valve core, the waterproof edge can seal or open the water inlet of the fifth valve body, the fifth reset spring is sleeved on the fifth valve core, two ends of the fifth reset spring respectively abut against the waterproof edge and the fifth valve body so as to control the fifth valve core, when the water tank is filled, the water inlet of the fifth valve body is in butt joint with the water outlet of the water tank, and the fifth valve core pushes the fourth valve core upwards so as to enable the water inlet of the fifth valve body to be communicated with the water outlet of the water tank.
In the technical scheme, the first switch valve comprises a first reset spring, a first valve core and a sealing rubber ring, the first reset spring is sleeved on the first valve core and is positioned in a water outlet of the bean grinding mixing device, one end of the first reset spring is abutted against the water outlet of the bean grinding mixing device, the other end of the first reset spring is fixed on the first valve core so as to control the first valve core, and the sealing rubber ring is sleeved on the first valve core so as to close the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding mixing device 3; the third switch valve comprises a third valve body, a third return spring, a sealing cover and a third ejector rod, the third valve body is arranged in the machine shell, a boss is arranged at a water inlet of the third valve body, the boss can push the right end of the first valve core inwards to enable the third valve body to be communicated with a water outlet of the bean grinding mixing device, the third ejector rod is movably arranged at a water outlet of the third valve body, the sealing cover is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the third ejector rod to open or close the water outlet of the third valve body, the third return spring is arranged in the third valve body, the lower end of the third return spring is arranged at the top of the sealing cover, a water leakage hole is formed in the bottom of the third ejector rod, and the bottom of the third ejector rod can be abutted against the top of the coffee pot to enable the third valve body to be communicated with the coffee pot.
In the technical scheme, the second switch valve comprises a second valve body, a second valve core and a second return spring, the second valve body is fixedly arranged at the water outlet of the water pipe, the water inlet of the second valve body is communicated with the water outlet of the water pipe, the second valve core is arranged at the water outlet of the second valve body and can move, a sealing end cover is arranged at the left end of the second valve core, the sealing end cover can seal or open the water outlet of the second valve body, the second return spring is sleeved on the second valve core, two ends of the second return spring are respectively abutted against the sealing end cover and the second valve body to drive the second valve core, and when the water inlet of the bean grinding mixing device is inserted into the second valve body, the water inlet of the bean grinding mixing device pushes the second valve core to move upwards to enable the water inlet of the bean grinding mixing device to be communicated with the second valve body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the user can take or place the mill beans mixing arrangement from the edgewise, convenient operation, grind beans mixing arrangement can be more firm establish in the casing, has improved the life of grinding coffee machine, compact structure.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 9, it is a bean grinding coffee machine comprising:
a housing 2; the side surface of the machine shell 2 is provided with a mounting groove 22, and the top of the machine shell 2 is provided with a vent hole 21;
a water tank 4, a second switch valve 9 and a water pipe 11; the water tank 4 is detachably mounted on the outer side of the mounting groove 22, the water pipe 11 is located in the machine shell 2, a water inlet of the water pipe 11 is communicated with the bottom of the water tank 4 through a switch valve structure, and the second switch valve 9 is mounted on a water outlet of the water pipe 11 and located in the mounting groove 22;
a bean grinding and mixing device 3 and a first switch valve 5; the bean grinding and mixing device 3 is detachably mounted on the inner side of the mounting groove 22, a pressure relief hole 311 is formed in the bean grinding and mixing device 3, the pressure relief hole 311 is communicated with the vent hole 21, so that air pressure in the bean grinding and mixing device 3 can be discharged to the outside through the pressure relief hole 311 and the vent hole 21, a water inlet 323 and a water outlet 322 are respectively formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the bean grinding and mixing device 3, the water inlet 323 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3 is inserted into the water outlet of the second switch valve 9, the bean grinding and mixing device 3 is fixedly mounted in the mounting groove 22, the second switch valve 9 is opened, and the first switch valve 5 is arranged in the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3;
a coffee pot 1 and a third on/off valve 10; the third switch valve 10 is arranged in the machine shell 2, the water inlet of the third switch valve 10 is positioned in the mounting groove 22, the water outlet 322 of the ground bean mixing device 3 is inserted into the water inlet of the third switch valve 10 so that the ground bean mixing device 3 is positioned and mounted in the mounting groove 22 and the first switch valve 5 is opened, the coffee pot 1 is movably placed on the machine shell 2, and the third switch valve 10 is opened when the water inlet at the top of the coffee pot 1 is matched with the water outlet of the third switch valve 10; and
a crushing knife 6 and a power output device 7; the power output device 7 is fixedly arranged in the machine shell 2, the crushing cutter 6 is arranged in the bean grinding mixing device 3 and can rotate, and the input end of the crushing cutter 6 is connected with the output end of the power output device 7.
When in use, firstly, coffee beans are put into the grinding and mixing device 3, the grinding and mixing device 3 is installed at the inner side of the installation groove 22 from the side surface, the water inlet 323 of the grinding and mixing device 3 is inserted into the water outlet of the second switch valve 9, the water inlet 323 of the grinding and mixing device 3 is communicated with the water outlet of the water pipe 11, the water outlet of the first switch valve 5 is inserted into the water inlet of the third switch valve 10, the water outlet 322 of the grinding and mixing device 3 is opened, and the grinding and mixing device 3 is also installed in the installation groove 22, then the water tank 2 is installed at the outside of the installation groove 12, so that the milling and mixing device 3 is stably installed in the installation groove 12, at the moment, the water tank 2 is communicated with the water inlet of the water pipe, the water in the water tank 2 enters the bean grinding mixing device 3, the grinding cutter 6 is rotated to sufficiently mix the coffee beans with water, the coffee maker 1 is mounted, and the processed coffee liquid flows into the coffee maker 1 from the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3 and the water outlet of the third on/off valve 10. When the bean grinding and mixing device 3 is taken out from the side surface of the machine shell 2, the second switch valve 9 seals the water outlet of the water pipe 11, so that the water in the water tank 2 cannot flow out, and the first switch valve 5 seals the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3, so that the liquid in the bean grinding and mixing device 3 cannot flow out.
In this embodiment, the bean grinding and mixing device 3 includes a top cover 31, a housing 32 and a filtering structure; casing 32 detachable installs in the inboard of mounting groove 22, is equipped with casing 32's water inlet 323 and casing 32's delivery port 322 respectively in casing 32's upper portion and lower part, casing 32's water inlet 323 is the water inlet 323 on grinding 3 upper portions of beans mixing arrangement, casing 32's delivery port 322 is the delivery port 322 of grinding 3 lower parts of beans mixing arrangement, top cap 31 detachable installs at casing 32's upper shed be equipped with pressure release hole 311 on top cap 31, pressure release hole 311 is the pressure release hole 311 of grinding beans mixing arrangement 3 promptly, thereby filtration establishes and prevents in the coffee beans entering water route in casing 32's inside. When the air conditioner is used, the pressure relief hole 311 is communicated with the outside so as to keep the air pressure inside the casing 32 consistent with the outside atmosphere, and water smoothly circulates inside the casing 32.
In this embodiment, the surface of the housing 32 is provided with a transverse positioning rib 321 and a longitudinal positioning groove 324, the mounting groove 22 is provided with a transverse positioning protrusion 221 and a longitudinal positioning protrusion 224, the transverse positioning rib 321 is in lap joint with the transverse positioning protrusion 221, and the longitudinal positioning groove 324 is in plug joint with the longitudinal positioning protrusion 224, so that the housing 32 is detachably positioned and arranged inside the mounting groove 22.
In this embodiment, the filter structure includes a filter cover 33 and a filter cover 34, the filter cover 34 is disposed in the casing 32, an upper sealing ring 36 and a lower sealing ring 35 are respectively sleeved on the upper portion and the lower portion of the filter cover 34, the upper sealing ring 36 is located below the water inlet 323 of the casing 32, the lower sealing ring 35 is located below the water outlet 322 of the casing 32, the upper sealing ring 36 and the lower sealing ring 35 enable water from the water inlet 323 of the casing 32 to enter the filter cover 34 instead of entering the filter cover 34 from a gap between the filter cover 34 and the casing 32, so as to uniformly brew coffee in the filter cover 34, and the filter cover 33 is disposed at the upper opening of the filter cover 34 to prevent coffee beans from splashing to block the pressure relief hole 311.
In this embodiment, be equipped with water tank location boss 223 on mounting groove 22, be equipped with positioning card groove 222 respectively in the both sides of mounting groove 22 the bottom surface of water tank 4 is equipped with water tank positioning groove 42, is equipped with positioning card block 41 respectively in the both sides of water tank 4, water tank location boss 223 mutually supports with water tank positioning groove 42 and positioning card groove 222 mutually supports with positioning card block 41 to make the detachable location of water tank 4 install in the outside of mounting groove 22.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the switching valve structure includes a fourth switching valve 13 provided at the bottom of the water tank 4 and a fifth switching valve 8 provided at the water inlet of the water pipe 11; the fourth switch valve 13 includes a fourth valve core 131, a second sealing cover 132 and a fourth return spring 133, a water outlet at the bottom of the water tank 4 is provided with a position-limiting sleeve 43, the fourth valve core 131 is arranged at the water outlet of the water tank 4 and can move up and down, the second sealing cover 132 is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the fourth valve core 131 so as to open or close the water outlet of the water tank 4, the fourth return spring 133 is sleeved on the fourth valve core 131 and is positioned in the position-limiting sleeve 43, one end of the fourth return spring 133 abuts against the water outlet of the water tank 4, and the other end of the fourth return spring 133 abuts against the fourth valve core 131 so as to control the fourth valve core 131 to move up and down; in order to facilitate the other end of the fourth return spring 133 to abut against the fourth valve element 131, an abutting edge 134 is provided on the fourth valve element 131. The fifth switching valve 8 includes a fifth valve body 81, a fifth spool 82, and a fifth return spring 83, the fifth valve 81 is fixedly arranged at the water inlet of the water pipe 11, the water outlet of the fifth valve 81 is communicated with the water inlet of the water pipe 11, the fifth valve core 82 is movably arranged at the water inlet of the fifth valve 81, a waterproof edge 821 is arranged at the middle upper part of the fifth valve core 82, the waterproof edge 821 can close or open the water inlet of the fifth valve body 81, the fifth return spring 83 is sleeved on the fifth valve core 82, two ends of the fifth return spring 83 respectively abut against the waterproof edge 821 and the fifth valve body 81 so as to control the fifth valve core 82, when the water tank 4 is installed, the water inlet of the fifth valve 81 is abutted to the water outlet of the water tank 4, the fifth valve element 82 pushes up the fourth valve element 131 so that the water inlet of the fifth valve 81 is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank 4, and water in the water tank 4 can flow into the water pipe 11.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the first switch valve 5 includes a first return spring 51, a first valve core 52, and a sealing rubber ring 53, the first return spring 51 is sleeved on the first valve core 52 and is located in a water outlet 322 of the bean grinding mixing device 3, one end of the first return spring 51 abuts against the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding mixing device 3, the other end of the first return spring is fixed on the first valve core 52 to control the first valve core 52, and the sealing rubber ring 53 is sleeved on the first valve core 52 to close the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding mixing device 3. The third switching valve 10 includes a third valve body 101, a third return spring 102, a sealing cap 103, and a third lift pin 104, the third valve body 101 is provided in the housing 2, a boss 1011 is arranged at the water inlet of the third valve body 101, the boss 1011 can push the right end of the first valve core 52 inwards so as to enable the third valve body 101 to be communicated with the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3, the third push rod 104 is movably arranged at the water outlet of the third valve body 101, the sealing cover 103 is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the third push rod 104 so as to open or close the water outlet of the third valve body 101, the third return spring 102 is located in the third valve body 101, the lower end of the third return spring 102 is mounted on the top of the sealing cap 103, the bottom of the third push rod 104 is provided with a water leakage hole 105, and the bottom of the third push rod 104 and the top of the coffee pot 1 can abut against each other, so that the third valve body 101 is communicated with the coffee pot 1. When the coffee grinder 3 is inserted into the mounting groove 22, the water outlet 322 of the bean grinder 3 is inserted into the third valve body 101, so that the bean grinder 3 is positioned, at this time, the boss 1011 pushes the first valve core 52 inward, the water outlet 322 of the bean grinder 3 is opened, the liquid in the bean grinder 3 can flow out from the water outlet 322 of the bean grinder 3, if the coffee maker 1 is placed in the housing 2, the third push rod 104 is pushed upward by the top of the coffee maker 1, the outlet of the third valve body 101 is opened, and the liquid in the bean grinder 3 flows into the coffee maker 1 from the outlet of the third valve body 101. When the bean grinding and mixing device 3 is taken out of the machine shell 2, the first valve core 52 moves leftwards under the action of the first return spring 51, and the sealing rubber ring 53 seals the water outlet 322 of the bean grinding and mixing device 3; the sealing cap 103 seals the outlet of the third valve body 101 by the third return spring 102.
As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, the second switch valve 9 includes a second valve body 91, a second valve core 92 and a second return spring 93, the second valve body 91 is fixedly disposed at the water outlet of the water pipe 11, the water inlet of the second valve body 91 is communicated with the water outlet of the water pipe 11, the second valve core 92 is disposed at the water outlet of the second valve body 91 and is horizontally movable, a sealing end cover 921 is disposed at the left end of the second valve core 92, the sealing end cover 921 can close or open the water outlet of the second valve body 91, the second return spring 93 is sleeved on the second valve core 92, two ends of the second return spring 93 respectively abut against the sealing end cover 921 and the second valve body 91 to drive the second valve core 92, when the water inlet 323 of the ground bean mixing device 3 is inserted into the second valve body 91, the water inlet 323 of the ground bean mixing device 3 pushes the second valve core 92 to move left to communicate the water inlet 323 of the ground bean mixing device 3 with the second valve body 91, the water pipe 11 can also prevent water leakage.
