一种音乐香药枕，头枕和颈枕内分别设有中药包，将金银花、野菊花、天竺花、薰衣草、远志、决明子和九节菖蒲粉碎成粒状，再加入檀香粉和荞麦混合即为头枕中药包。冬藤、葛根、木瓜和防风打成粗末，再加入干姜细粉、伸筋草和艾叶进行混合即为颈枕中药包。优点是：根本改变了传统的治疗方法‑‑靠外在干预治病；而是靠音乐、香味及药物外用等，激发人体的自我调节机能（内因），促进康复；对各种原因引起的精神焦虑，心情烦躁，失眠多梦，头昏脑胀，各种疼痛等诸多不适都有明显效果，而且可以稳定血压，血糖，消除因为疾病引起的焦虑情绪，促进康复。

技术领域
本发明涉及药枕领域，具体涉及一种音乐香药枕。
背景技术
目前医生治病主要是依靠外在的干预（药物、手术和仪器治疗），忽略了人体自身的修复机能，现在却面临着越来越复杂的疾病、越来越差的药效和越来越多的副作用。实际上人体有着强大的自我修复机能（内在的因素），需要调动和激发，而中医中药、音乐和气味（主要是香味）在这方面有独到优势。这里中医治疗主要是靠中药的药性和药味；而香味和音乐主要靠调节神经系统，影响内分泌，激发自身的抗病能力，虽然音乐和香味治病在我国古代就有应用，近代在世界（近些年在国内）也已开始用音乐治病和用香味养生（如香薰等），但都是散在的单一的应用，虽有作用，但效果不甚明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述之不足，而提供一种音乐香药枕。
本发明包括包括头枕和颈枕，头枕和颈枕是一体的或分离的，头枕和颈枕内分别设有中药包，其特征在于头枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
金银花45-55 野菊花 45-55 天竺花45-55
薰衣草 45-55 远志45-55 决明子 45-55
九节菖蒲45-55 檀香粉18-22 荞麦 1-10；
颈枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
忍冬藤18-22 葛根 18-22 木瓜 18-22
防风18-22 干姜细粉 13-17 伸筋草 45-55
艾叶45-55。
具体加工工艺如下：
将金银花、野菊花、天竺花、薰衣草、远志、决明子和九节菖蒲粉碎成粒状，再加入檀香粉和荞麦混合即为头枕中药包。
颈枕中药包具体加工工艺如下：
冬藤、葛根、木瓜和防风打成粗末，再加入干姜细粉、伸筋草和艾叶进行混合即为颈枕中药包。
所述头枕或颈枕上设置有播放音乐的播放器。
本发明的优点是：（1）根本改变了传统的治疗方法--靠外在干预治病；而是靠音乐、香味及药物外用等，激发人体的自我调节机能（内因），促进康复；（2）辨证施方，实行定制，一人一方，针对性强，效果好；（3）对人体没有任何损害，真正的绿色疗法（自然疗法）；（4）比单一方法明显提高了康复效果，该方法有显著的调节情绪作用，对各种原因引起的精神焦虑，心情烦躁，失眠多梦，头昏脑胀，各种疼痛等诸多不适都有明显效果，而且可以稳定血压，血糖，消除因为疾病引起的焦虑情绪，促进康复，甚至对各种原因造成的心理障碍也有疏导作用，可有效缓解家庭及社会矛盾。
具体实施方式
本发明包括头枕和颈枕，头枕和颈枕是一体的，头枕和颈枕内分别设有中药包，头枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
金银花50 野菊花 50 天竺花50
薰衣草 50 远志50 决明子 50
九节菖蒲50 檀香粉20 荞麦 1-10
颈枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
忍冬藤20 葛根 20 木瓜 20
防风20 干姜细粉 15 伸筋草 50
艾叶50。
具体加工工艺如下：
将金银花、野菊花、天竺花、薰衣草、远志、决明子和九节菖蒲粉碎成粒状，再加入檀香粉和荞麦混合即为头枕中药包。
颈枕中药包具体加工工艺如下：
冬藤、葛根、木瓜和防风打成粗末，再加入干姜细粉、伸筋草和艾叶进行混合即为颈枕中药包。
所述头枕或颈枕上设置有播放音乐的播放器。
在使用上述一种药香枕时，可同时配以轻音乐，本方法旨在将音乐、香味及中药外用进行有机结合，取长补短，组成合理的搭配，发挥共同的效应；而且可因人因病而异，实行定制，达到更好的效果。当药物外用时，香味缭绕，音乐回旋，沁人心脾，舒缓心情，调节情绪，消除烦恼，激发免疫机能，促进自我修复。
当头枕和颈枕分开使用时，头枕作用：镇静安神，平肝明目，舒缓情绪，放松心情，恢复精力。
适用人群：
1）睡眠障碍，失眠多梦的人；
2）心情烦躁，焦虑不安的人；
3）头昏头晕，血压偏高的人：
4）精神障碍的人（狂躁症，抑郁症，强迫症等）；
5）恢复精力，以利再战的上班族和学生。
颈枕作用：舒筋通络，行气活血，祛风除湿。
适用于：颈肩疼痛，麻木，头昏头晕，头颈部及上肢活动不利的人。
临床病例：
实例1:高xx，男，50岁，长期失眠，心情焦虑，血压偏高，以上述方法（药枕配音乐）用约半月，睡眠好，情绪稳定，血压有所下降。
实例2:张女士，32岁，因工作压力大，精神紧张，睡不安神，整天头昏脑涨，没精打采，用药枕加轻音乐，既调心，又安神，精神状态也好了。
实例3:朱先生，28岁，设计师，由于长期伏案工作，导致颈肩部疼痛，严重时头部转动都困难，睡眠也不好，以护颈方加药枕，一周明显减轻，半月不适全部消失。

1. 一种音乐香药枕，包括头枕和颈枕，头枕和颈枕是一体的或分离的，头枕和颈枕内分别设有中药包，其特征在于头枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
金银花45-55 野菊花 45-55 天竺花45-55
薰衣草 45-55 远志45-55 决明子 45-55
九节菖蒲45-55 檀香粉18-22 荞麦 1-10；
颈枕中药包由以下原料重量份配比组成：
忍冬藤18-22 葛根 18-22 木瓜 18-22
防风18-22 干姜细粉 13-17 伸筋草 45-55
艾叶45-55。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种音乐香药枕，其特征在于头枕中药包具体加工工艺如下：
将金银花、野菊花、天竺花、薰衣草、远志、决明子和九节菖蒲粉碎成粒状，再加入檀香粉和荞麦混合即为头枕中药包。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种音乐香药枕，其特征在于颈枕中药包具体加工工艺如下：
冬藤、葛根、木瓜和防风打成粗末，再加入干姜细粉、伸筋草和艾叶进行混合即为颈枕中药包。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种音乐香药枕，其特征在于所述头枕或颈枕上设置有播放音乐的播放器。
