Abstract

本发明涉及一种安神无烟蚊香的制备方法,属于日用品技术领域。本发明针对目前蚊香在燃烧过程中会产生难闻的异味,药液本身也有一定的刺激性气味,同时产生的烟雾污染环境的问题,本发明首先通过对酸枣仁进行处理,去除其中的胶质类物质,使其可以充分燃烧,同时添加无烟煤、高锰酸钾,辅助燃烧,同时使酸枣仁和朱砂产生的气味具有安神气味,再通过提取丁香、石菖蒲等物质内有效杀蚊成分,同时提取液气味清香,将其与燃烧基质混合,以海藻酸钠为结合剂,以松节油作为稀释剂,漂白土做阻燃剂,使制备得蚊香气味清淡,无烟,同时具有安神的作用。本发明所制得的蚊香杀蚊效果好,对人体无害,不产生环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安神无烟蚊香的制备方法,属于日用品技术领域。
背景技术
蚊香是人们常用的驱赶蚊子的有效工具,蚊香是利用燃烧含有驱灭蚊子的物质成分扩散到空气中而驱杀蚊子。由于蚊香中的驱蚊物质对人健康也有一定的危害性,所以蚊香中化学成分受到一定的限制。蚊香的烟雾虽然没有受到限制,但烟雾作为空气污染的原因之一,作为蚊香的生产厂家,应尽量减少蚊香烟雾的产生。随着工业的发展和人们生活水平的提高,各种木材加工业也兴旺发达起来,产生了大量的木材锯屑和植物垃圾碎屑,这些碎屑很多被当作燃料或废物,不但造成资源的浪费,还产生环境的污染。一般的蚊香也利用了大量的垃圾植物碎屑,但烟雾过大,不适合环保的要求。
目前蚊香的主要原材料由炭粉,木粉,粘合剂,阻燃剂,药液配料及香精等组成,其中粘合剂主要由淀粉类物质组成,在燃烧过程中容易产生难闻的异味,药液本身也有一定的刺激性气味,尤其是配料中作为稀释剂的煤油。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前蚊香在燃烧过程中会产生难闻的异味,药液本身也有一定的刺激性气味,同时产生的烟雾污染环境的问题,本发明首先通过对酸枣仁进行处理,去除其中的胶质类物质,使其可以充分燃烧,同时添加无烟煤、高锰酸钾,辅助燃烧,同时使酸枣仁和朱砂产生的气味具有安神气味,再通过提取丁香、石菖蒲等物质内有效杀蚊成分,同时提取液气味清香,将其与燃烧基质混合,以海藻酸钠为结合剂,以松节油作为稀释剂,漂白土做阻燃剂,使制备得蚊香气味清淡,无烟,同时具有安神的作用。本发明所制得的蚊香杀蚊效果好,对人体无害,不产生环境污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
(1)取酸枣仁放入80℃的烘箱中干燥10~12h,再进行粉碎,过100目筛,按固液比1:2,取过筛所得颗粒与质量分数为10%的碳酸钠溶液放入反应釜中,加热至110~120℃,抽真空至400~600Pa,以200r/min搅拌2~3h,升压至标准大气压,向反应釜中加入酸枣仁质量5~7%的漂白土,继续搅拌20~30min;
(2)在上述搅拌结束后,趁热出料并过滤,使用5℃的无水乙醇冲洗过滤物直至过滤物温度至室温,按重量份数计,取60~70份冲洗后的过滤物、10~12份朱砂、20~24份无烟煤及6~8份高锰酸钾,放入球磨机中进行碾磨,过200目筛,得安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质,备用;
(3)按重量份数计,取40~50份丁香、20~25份石菖蒲、18~22份200目琥珀及32~36份苍术放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过200目筛,将过筛颗粒、水和环己烷按质量比2:2:1,混合均匀放入回流装置中,在70~80℃下回流10~12h后趁热过滤,收集过滤液放入离心机中,在2000r/min下离心分离,收集上清液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60~70份安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质、30~40份上述所得的上清液、7~8份松节油、10~15份海藻酸钠及3~6份硫酸软骨素放入混合机中混合均匀后,放入模具中挤压成型,即可得到安神无烟蚊香。
本发明的应用方法:在房间面积80m2,体积130m3,释放蚊虫100~150只,点燃本发明所得的蚊香1~3小时,检测得杀蚊率达96~99%,气味清香,无烟,同时在夜晚睡眠时点燃本发明所得的蚊香,深度睡眠率提高了40~60%,无有害物质产生。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果:
(1)本发明使用天然物质或其提取物,无有害物质,燃烧时无烟,气味清淡,且可保持室内空气洁净,无环境污染,在在驱蚊杀蚊的同时,促进人的水面;
(2)本发明制备简单,易于操作。
具体实施方式

取酸枣仁放入80℃的烘箱中干燥11h,再进行粉碎,过100目筛,按固液比1:2,取过筛所得颗粒与质量分数为10%的碳酸钠溶液放入反应釜中,加热至15℃,抽真空至500Pa,以200r/min搅拌2h,升压至标准大气压,向反应釜中加入酸枣仁质量6%的漂白土,继续搅拌25min;在上述搅拌结束后,趁热出料并过滤,使用5℃的无水乙醇冲洗过滤物直至过滤物温度至室温,按重量份数计,取65份冲洗后的过滤物、11份朱砂、22份无烟煤及7份高锰酸钾,放入球磨机中进行碾磨,过200目筛,得安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质,备用;按重量份数计,取45份丁香、23份石菖蒲、20份200目琥珀及34份苍术放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过200目筛,将过筛颗粒、水和环己烷按质量比2:2:1,混合均匀放入回流装置中,在75℃下回流11h后趁热过滤,收集过滤液放入离心机中,在2000r/min下离心分离,收集上清液;按重量份数计,取65份安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质、35份上述所得的上清液、7份松节油、13份海藻酸钠及4份硫酸软骨素放入混合机中混合均匀后,放入模具中挤压成型,即可得到安神无烟蚊香。

在房间面积80m2,体积130m3,释放蚊虫140只,点燃本发明所得的蚊香2小时,检测得杀蚊率达97%,气味清香,无烟,同时在夜晚睡眠时点燃本发明所得的蚊香,深度睡眠率提高了50%,无有害物质产。

Claims (1)

1.一种安神无烟蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)取酸枣仁放入80℃的烘箱中干燥10~12h,再进行粉碎,过100目筛,按固液比1:2,取过筛所得颗粒与质量分数为10%的碳酸钠溶液放入反应釜中,加热至110~120℃,抽真空至400~600Pa,以200r/min搅拌2~3h,升压至标准大气压,向反应釜中加入酸枣仁质量5~7%的漂白土,继续搅拌20~30min;
(2)在上述搅拌结束后,趁热出料并过滤,使用5℃的无水乙醇冲洗过滤物直至过滤物温度至室温,按重量份数计,取60~70份冲洗后的过滤物、10~12份朱砂、20~24份无烟煤及6~8份高锰酸钾,放入球磨机中进行碾磨,过200目筛,得安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质,备用;
(3)按重量份数计,取40~50份丁香、20~25份石菖蒲、18~22份200目琥珀及32~36份苍术放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过200目筛,将过筛颗粒、水和环己烷按质量比2:2:1,混合均匀放入回流装置中,在70~80℃下回流10~12h后趁热过滤,收集过滤液放入离心机中,在2000r/min下离心分离,收集上清液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60~70份安神无烟蚊香燃烧基质、30~40份上述所得的上清液、7~8份松节油、10~15份海藻酸钠及3~6份硫酸软骨素放入混合机中混合均匀后,放入模具中挤压成型,即可得到安神无烟蚊香。
