Abstract
本发明公开了一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,以当地黄瓜条猪分别与长白母猪和PIC公猪杂交,得到祖代公猪和祖代母猪,从而保种得到父母代母猪,再由父母代母猪和黄瓜条公猪杂交,选育得到新黄瓜条猪。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中分别以本地优选的黄瓜条公猪、母猪进行改良杂交,得到并选择繁殖性能较好、体态特征与本地黄瓜条猪相近的祖代公猪和祖代母猪,使当地黄瓜条猪的优良品质得以保存,同时又提高了其生长速度,使其繁殖性能稳定,所得新黄瓜条猪按本发明中管理方法进行喂养,提高其营养水平及抗病能力,保持猪肉的优质性能,放牧量的逐步增加,可以提高其应激能力,有利于优质品种的保留和扩大饲养。

技术领域
本发明属于农业养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法。
背景技术
安徽是淮猪分布的主要省份,在高峰期时,全省淮猪分布今1/3县区,存栏母猪十几万头,公猪一万多头,在近年来,全省淮猪分布量大大减少,纯种公猪存栏量仅上百头,母猪也仅数千余头,为了保护安徽淮猪遗传资源得到有效保护,应该在保证类群不变的同时,保证淮猪肉质好、繁殖性能优、抗逆性强、耐粗饲等优良品质不变,适当改良淮猪的生长性能等特点,使其定向选育,建立优质的配备体系,增加猪肉商品性,从而使优质品种得到有效的保护和利用,其中,淮猪的黄瓜条猪育肥到90kg左右屠宰,屠宰率达到73.98%,瘦肉率为45.79%,腿臀比例为31.24%,油酸含量达到48.27%左右,因而风味优良,肌浆微量元素含磷58.29mmol/L,其母猪具有耐粗饲、抗病力强和繁殖性能好的特点,由于生长缓慢,杂交选优,现有纯种当地黄瓜条猪越来越少,使得肉质受到极大的影响,急需改良保种。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在当地黄瓜条猪中分别选择健康、品种特征明显的母猪和公猪;
(2)以上述所选公猪与长白母猪杂交,在所得公猪中选择体型较大,眼肌面积大,肌肉丰满的公猪,作为祖代公猪;
(3)以上述所选母猪与PIC公猪杂交,在所得母猪中选择乳头排列整齐,腿臀丰满,初次产仔数达到11头及以上的母猪,作为祖代母猪;
(4)将上述祖代公猪与祖代母猪杂交,得到父母代母猪,再以步骤(1)中所选公猪为终端父本杂交,得到新黄瓜条猪。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(2)中祖代公猪的选择标准为:成年公猪体长120cm左右,体高65cm左右,在40-90公斤阶段日增重为750g左右,性欲旺盛,每日可配种2次,精液品质良好,发情期受胎率达到92.5%以上。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中祖代母猪的选择标准为:成年母猪体长115cm左右,体高60cm左右,初次产仔11头及以上,平均产仔12.8头,双月断奶窝重116.42kg,哺育率为90.4%,乳房发育良好,有效乳头8-9对,分布均匀,平均泌乳力为28.57kg。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述新黄瓜条猪在断奶后即可以放牧和饲喂相结合的方式喂养,随着体重的增加,饲喂相应种类的饲料,并逐渐减少饲料在日饲总量中的占比。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述饲喂饲料种类及饲喂量具体内容如下:
(1)当新黄瓜条猪体重在10-20kg时,饲料的消化能为12.92%MJ/kg,营养比重如下:粗蛋白质17.2%,赖氨酸0.82%,蛋氨酸0.31%,胱氨酸0.14%,钙0.46%,磷0.72%,镁0.53%;饲料占日饲总重的70-80%;
(2)当新黄瓜条猪体重在20-60kg时,饲料的消化能为12.42%MJ/kg,营养比重如下:粗蛋白质15.6%,赖氨酸0.86%,蛋氨酸0.32%,胱氨酸0.18%,钙0.52%,磷0.62%,镁0.46%;饲料占日饲总重的45-55%;
(3)当新黄瓜条猪体重在60-90kg时,饲料的消化能为12.85%MJ/kg,营养比重如下:粗蛋白质13.2%,赖氨酸0.64%,蛋氨酸0.24%,胱氨酸0.12%,钙0.48%,磷0.68%,镁0.42%;饲料占日饲总重的25-35%。
当地的主要牧草主要为紫花苜蓿、沙打旺、红豆草、草木樨、无芒雀麦、羊草、偃麦草、菊苣等,还可以适当增加甜高粱、饲料菜以及当地部分野菜。
本发明中祖代公猪和祖代母猪的选择标准是与本地黄瓜条公猪和母猪的性能相似,但哺乳和生长性能都有一定提高,在保留优良品质的同时适当增强其繁殖性能。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中分别以本地优选的黄瓜条公猪、母猪进行改良杂交,得到并选择繁殖性能较好、体态特征与本地黄瓜条猪相近的祖代公猪和祖代母猪,使当地黄瓜条猪的优良品质得以保存,同时又提高了其生长速度,使其繁殖性能稳定,所得新黄瓜条猪按本发明中管理方法进行喂养,提高其营养水平及抗病能力,保持猪肉的优质性能,放牧量的逐步增加,可以提高其应激能力,有利于优质品种的保留和扩大饲养。

一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在当地黄瓜条猪中分别选择健康、品种特征明显的母猪和公猪;
(2)以上述所选公猪与长白母猪杂交,在所得公猪中选择体型较大,眼肌面积大,肌肉丰满的公猪,作为祖代公猪;

为了证明本发明中保种选育达到相应效果,检验父母代母猪的繁殖性能,将其所育新黄瓜条猪按本发明中方法进行管理,对其生长性能进行检测,记录相应数据如下:

通过表1中数据可以看出,本发明中所育父母代母本与原母本性能相似,产仔成活率、哺乳率和泌乳力都有一定提高,说明本发明为当地黄瓜条猪保种率高,有助当地优质品种的保留及扩大;

通过表2中数据可以看出,本发明中选育的新黄瓜条猪比当地黄瓜条猪瘦肉率和增长速度都得到了优化,经检测,肉中油酸含量高达49.36%,虽然不及原黄瓜条猪肉中油酸含量,但相差无几,得到肉质商品性与当地黄瓜条猪肉相同,但培育时间平均缩短了15天左右,经济效益显著。

1.一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在当地黄瓜条猪中分别选择健康、品种特征明显的母猪和公猪;
(2)以上述所选公猪与长白母猪杂交,在所得公猪中选择体型较大,眼肌面积大,肌肉丰满的公猪,作为祖代公猪;
(3)以上述所选母猪与PIC公猪杂交,在所得母猪中选择乳头排列整齐,腿臀丰满,初次产仔数达到11头及以上的母猪,作为祖代母猪;
(4)将上述祖代公猪与祖代母猪杂交,得到父母代母猪,再以步骤(1)中所选公猪为终端父本杂交,得到新黄瓜条猪。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中祖代公猪的选择标准为:成年公猪体长120cm左右,体高65cm左右,在40-90公斤阶段日增重为750g左右,性欲旺盛,每日可配种2次,精液品质良好,发情期受胎率达到92.5%以上。
3.如权利要求1所述一种新黄瓜条猪的保种选育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中祖代母猪的选择标准为:成年母猪体长115cm左右,体高60cm左右,初次产仔11头及以上,平均产仔12.8头,双月断奶窝重116.42kg,哺育率为90.4%,乳房发育良好,有效乳头8-9对,分布均匀,平均泌乳力为28.57kg。
