Abstract

本发明总体涉及效果器(effect pedal),更具体地说,涉及一种用于操作吉他的效果器的系统和方法。
背景技术
效果器在现有技术中是已知的,它是一种放置在吉他弹奏者面前的地板上用于为吉他增加效果和调节效果的装置。这种效果器具有踏板、用脚激活的开关、以及调节旋钮。
在现有技术中,专利US2013/0058507公开了一种系统和方法,其中,智能电话控制音频系统,其中智能电话的声频信号以无线方式传送至麦克风或吉他。在该专利中未公开与效果器的直接连接。
专利US2013/0177176公开了一种用于开关效果器的开关,该开关优选使用继电器。在该专利中未公开改变效果器的参数。
标准GB 2472022公开了一种混频器,该混频器可开启和关闭效果,但是不能控制效果器。
最后,专利US2013/0312588公开了一种虚拟效果器。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
由于吉他弹奏者常常使用一套很大的效果器,因此在希望进行当众表演时,效果的调节很麻烦,并且很耗时。这还意味着吉他弹奏者不得不靠近效果器,尤其是在进行变更时;另外,吉他弹奏者还必须俯身以进行这种变更。
因此,本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种用于便捷地操作不只一个效果器的系统和方法。
解决问题的方法
本发明的目的是通过由权利要求1的前序部分限定的效果器遥控装置实现的,该遥控装置具有由权利要求1的特征部分限定的特征。
附属权利要求限定了本发明的一些示例性实施方式、变化形式或替代形式。
本发明通过一种可由吉他弹奏者操作的遥控装置实现了上述目的。所述系统包括由吉他弹奏者使用的遥控装置以及至少一个效果器,其中,所述的至少一个效果器可从所述遥控装置控制。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述遥控装置可附接至吉他、吉他背带或肩带。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述遥控装置利用无线通信操作至少一个效果器。在可替代实施方式中,所述遥控装置使用超声波或红外装置进行通信。
本发明的效果
本发明与传统效果器相比的技术差异是,吉他弹奏者现在能够从遥控装置控制不只一个效果器。而且,吉他弹奏者不再受限于效果器附近的区域,而是能够更自由地走动。
这些效果又提供了多种进一步的有利效果:
·能够随时改变效果器;
·不再需要俯身去调节通常放置在地板上的效果器。

下面结合在附图中示意性地示出的示例性实施方式进一步说明本发明。
构成本发明的基础的原理
图1和图2分别示出了无线控制装置10和相应的无线效果器20。遥控装置10附接至吉他、吉他背带或肩带,因而吉他弹奏者可快捷地操作该遥控装置10。
本发明的最佳实施方式
在本发明的设备的一种实施方式中,无线控制装置10在吉他的琴弦附近附接至吉他,以便操作,而效果器20放置在地板上。图1详细示出了遥控装置10,该遥控装置10具有易于读取的表盘和控制按钮。在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述遥控装置包括不同的控制功能,包括:效果参数旋钮、节奏按钮、开关按钮、前一个/下一个按钮、无线通信等。效果参数旋钮布置在无线吉他控制装置10上,并且还是用于控制节奏的组合按钮。轻按此按钮两次,可设置时基效果参数的速度/节奏,例如延时效果的两次回响之间的间隔。预设按钮允许用户存储效果组合的不同预设值,并可在表演过程中的任何时候以无线方式从吉他调用这些预设值。无线控制装置10与吉他效果器20之间的通信是采用超声波通信或红外通信的无线通信方式。
图2示出了放置在地板上的效果器20,该效果器20具有读取显示屏,便于吉他弹奏者读取,而无需俯身。在本发明的一种实施方式中,效果器20包括不同的控制功能,包括:前一个/下一个脚踏选择开关(FX选择)、效果参数旋钮、脚踏开关等。开关允许用户选择使吉他效果器20上的不同效果参数之中的哪一个变为活跃状态(亮起),以便从无线吉他控制装置10上的效果参数旋钮进行控制。
所述系统优选包括由吉他弹奏者使用的一个遥控装置10和不只一个遥控效果器20。它可连接至现有的常规设备,例如扩音器以及外部模拟和数字效果装置。
系统或遥控装置10优选可配置为能同时调节不只一个效果器20。
可替代实施方式
可考虑上述实施方式的多种变化形式。例如,所述系统还可包括用于视觉反馈的装置,例如平板电脑。该装置可用于向吉他弹奏者通知当前状态,以及用于控制系统。该装置可通过不引人注意的方式附接至原有设备,例如麦克风架。
在一种优选实施方式,该装置是运行应用程序的平板电脑或智能电话。在一种更优选的实施方式中,该装置利用无线通信与系统的其余部分通信。
除了可操作一个遥控装置10来控制多个效果器20的配置外,还可考虑可操作多个遥控装置10来控制一个或多个效果器20的配置。在至少一个效果器20可由不只一个遥控装置10控制的系统中,比较有利的方式是确保在调节过程中效果器20锁定至一个遥控装置10。还可考虑从系统经由遥控装置10向吉他弹奏者提供反馈,例如触觉反馈。
工业实用性
本发明可由吉他弹奏者在当众演出时以及在演播室中演奏时使用。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于操作效果器(20)的系统,包括可由吉他弹奏者操作的遥控装置(10),其中,所述遥控装置(10)配有用于设置效果器(20)的至少一个参数的装置,
其特征在于,遥控装置(10)放置在吉他弹奏者手边位置,并且效果器(20)中的至少一个效果器(20)可从所述遥控装置控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,遥控装置(10)配有用于选择多个效果器(20)之中的一个效果器(20)的装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,遥控装置(10)配有用于附接至吉他、吉他背带和肩带中至少一个上的装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,遥控装置(10)使用从包括无线通信、超声波通信和红外通信的组中选择的至少一种方式操作至少一个效果器(20)。
5.如权利要求4所述的系统,其中,遥控装置(10)操作不只一个效果器(20)。
6.如权利要求5所述的系统,其中,遥控装置(10)可配置为同时调节不只一个效果器(20)。
7.一种与如权利要求1所述的系统结合使用的效果器(20),其中,所述效果器(20)可由遥控装置(10)控制操作。
8.如权利要求7所述的效果器(20),其中,所述效果器(20)还可由不只一个遥控装置(10)控制操作。
9.如权利要求8所述的效果器(20),其中,所述效果器(20)可选择为按下列模式控制进行操作:
第一模式,其中,效果器(20)可由一个遥控装置(10)控制,和
第二模式,其中,效果器(20)可由不只一个遥控装置(10)控制。
