Abstract

本发明涉及一种太阳能电池板固定架,包括底座,所述底座上焊接有左支架以及右支架,左支架中部与右支架中部之间具有横杆,横杆上固定安装有太阳能电池板;横杆连接有大带轮,右支架下部安装有一号电机,一号电机连接有小带轮,大带轮与小带轮之间具有与皮带;左支架上端与右支架上端之间设有滑轨架,滑轨架上滑动安装有总控制块,左支架上固装有二号电机,二号电机连接有丝杠;左支架前端、后端均焊接有架体,架体上均固定有布幕,总控制块上前侧、后侧均固装有弧形架,布幕一端均固定在弧形架上。本发明不仅能维持太阳能电池板的恒定低速旋转,使得太阳能电池板能够得到最大效率地吸收光源,还具有防止雨淋的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定用的器械,具体的说是一种太阳能电池板固定架。
背景技术
众所周知,能源就是向自然界提供能量转化的物质,也是人类活动的物质基础。其中,石油、天然气、煤属于难以再生的矿物质资源,随着人类的开发和使用已变得越来越少。在此情形下,人们开始越来越重视节约能源与对可再生资源的开发和利用。
光能是可再生资源中较为普遍利用的能源之一,在家家户户以及公路两侧,太阳能电池板的使用是随处可见的。人们在具体使用时,只是将太阳能电池板以固定在某处的方式进行时用,而太阳东升西落,一天内大部分时间太阳光都难以对太阳能电池板上的吸光面进行直射,使得太阳能电池板的使用效率大大降低。此外,遇到突发的下雨,雨水会给太阳能电池板造成一定的侵蚀伤害。
发明内容
为提高太阳能电池板的吸光效率以及防止太阳能电池板被雨水所侵蚀,本发明提出了一种太阳能电池板固定架。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种太阳能电池板固定架,包括底座,所述底座上焊接有左支架以及右支架,所述左支架中部与右支架中部之间具有与二者通过轴承连接的横杆,所述横杆上固定安装有太阳能电池板。太阳能电池板能够围绕横杆进行转动,使得太阳能电池板的吸光面能够每天随太阳的移动而转动,使得太阳能电池板的光能吸收达到最大效率。
所述横杆右端连接有大带轮,所述右支架下部安装有一号电机,所述一号电机连接有小带轮,所述大带轮与小带轮之间具有与二者传动相连的皮带。太阳每天东升西落,需要太阳能电池板随着横杆在白天内缓慢旋转180度来保证太阳能电池板的吸光面与太阳光直射线相垂直。由于太阳能电池板的转速过慢,所以需要一号电机以最小速度驱动,并根据需要调节大带轮与小带轮的传动比,通过皮带传动进行进一步的减速,以达到控制太阳能电池板的缓慢额定转速的效果。
所述左支架上端与右支架上端之间设有滑轨架,所述滑轨架上滑动安装有总控制块,所述左支架上端固定安装有二号电机,所述二号电机连接有与总控制块螺纹连接的丝杠;所述左支架前端、后端均焊接有架体,所述架体上均固定包裹有布幕,所述总控制块上前侧、后侧均固定安装有弧形架,所述布幕在背离弧形架的一端均对应固定包裹在弧形架上。常规状态下,布幕呈压缩褶皱状态。
所述底座上开有两条将弧形架进行对应滑动安装的横槽。
本使用新型可在底座上外接湿度感应器,在遇到突发的下雨天时,湿度感应器能够传递信号来启动二号电机带动丝杠旋转,进而使得两个弧形架随着总控制块向右滑动,即将两块布幕由压缩褶皱状态向右展开延伸,使得两块布幕正下方形成一个相对较为密封的空间,来对太阳能电池板,达到防止雨淋的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明控制方便,通过电机低速驱动以及皮带传动,达到维持太阳能电池板的恒定低速旋转,使得太阳能电池板能够得到最大效率地吸收光源。此外,本发明还能够在下雨时,通过丝杠螺母传动,使得两块布幕正下方形成一个相对较为密封的空间,达到防止雨淋的效果,具有一定的保护功能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种太阳能电池板固定架,包括底座1,所述底座1上焊接有左支架2以及右支架3,所述左支架2中部与右支架3中部之间具有与二者通过轴承连接的横杆4,所述横杆4上固定安装有太阳能电池板5。太阳能电池板5能够围绕横杆4进行转动,使得太阳能电池板5的吸光面能够每天随太阳的移动而转动,使得太阳能电池板5的光能吸收达到最大效率。
所述横杆4右端连接有大带轮6,所述右支架3下部安装有一号电机7,所述一号电机7连接有小带轮8,所述大带轮6与小带轮8之间具有与二者传动相连的皮带9。太阳每天东升西落,需要太阳能电池板5随着横杆4在白天内缓慢旋转180度来保证太阳能电池板5的吸光面与太阳光直射线相垂直。由于太阳能电池板5的转速过慢,所以需要一号电机7以最小速度驱动,并根据需要调节大带轮6与小带轮8的传动比,通过皮带9传动进行进一步的减速,以达到控制太阳能电池板5的缓慢额定转速的效果。
所述左支架2上端与右支架3上端之间设有滑轨架10,所述滑轨架10上滑动安装有总控制块11,所述左支架2上端固定安装有二号电机12,所述二号电机12连接有与总控制块11螺纹连接的丝杠13;所述左支架2前端、后端均焊接有架体14,所述架体14上均固定包裹有布幕15,所述总控制块11上前侧、后侧均固定安装有弧形架16,所述布幕15在背离架体14的一端均对应固定包裹在弧形架16上。其中图1所示的布幕15呈压缩褶皱状态。
所述底座1上开有两条将弧形架16进行对应滑动安装的横槽1a。
本发明可在底座1上外接湿度感应器,在遇到突发的下雨天时,湿度感应器能够传递信号来启动二号电机12带动丝杠13旋转,进而使得两个弧形架16随着总控制块11向右滑动,即将两块布幕15由压缩褶皱状态向右展开延伸,使得两块布幕15正下方形成一个相对较为密封的空间,来对太阳能电池板5,达到防止雨淋的效果。

1.一种太阳能电池板固定架,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上焊接有左支架(2)以及右支架(3),其特征在于:所述左支架(2)中部与右支架(3)中部之间具有与二者通过轴承连接的横杆(4),所述横杆(4)上固定安装有太阳能电池板(5);
所述横杆(4)右端连接有大带轮(6),所述右支架(3)下部安装有一号电机(7),所述一号电机(7)连接有小带轮(8),所述大带轮(6)与小带轮(8)之间具有与二者传动相连的皮带(9);
所述左支架(2)上端与右支架(3)上端之间设有滑轨架(10),所述滑轨架(10)上滑动安装有总控制块(11),所述左支架(2)上端固定安装有二号电机(12),所述二号电机(12)连接有与总控制块(11)螺纹连接的丝杠(13);所述左支架(2)前端、后端均焊接有架体(14),所述架体(14)上均固定包裹有布幕(15),所述总控制块(11)上前侧、后侧均固定安装有弧形架(16),所述布幕(15)在背离架体(14)的一端均对应固定包裹在弧形架(16)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板固定架,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上开有两条将弧形架(16)进行对应滑动安装的横槽(1a)。
