Description

Sitting posture glasses capable of preventing head from excessively deviating during writing and reading
Technical Field
The invention relates to glasses for correcting sitting postures, in particular to glasses for correcting sitting postures, which can prevent the head from excessively deviating during writing and/or reading.
Background
As is well known, the incidence of myopia in primary and secondary school students is higher and higher, and the situation is more serious in big cities. According to statistics, the incidence rate of myopia of primary and secondary school students is even up to more than 50%. The prevention and control of myopia of primary and secondary school students is a major social concern because the myopia is easy to cause the retinal hemorrhage and detachment of the eyeground after the development reaches a certain height to cause blindness.
The german professor first demonstrated by primate models that "near" the posterior defocus phenomenon formed at the peripheral retina induces elongation of the ocular axis, which per 1mm length corresponds to an increase of 300 degrees of myopia. When the user looks close, the closer the distance between the eye and the object (such as a desktop) to be watched is, the more serious the peripheral retinal back defocus phenomenon is formed, and the higher the probability of myopia induction is.
It is understood that in the last 10 years, the central eye of Zhongshan in conjunction with the myopia research institutes at the university of Australia, USA, has also demonstrated that "near-sightedness" is a major cause of acquired myopia. Therefore, the method limits the watching distance of the students in middle and primary schools to be too close to the watching distance when the students in middle and primary schools read books, such as writing and reading under the condition of head-off watching or watching distance which is too close to a desktop, and is an effective method for preventing and controlling the acquired myopia of the students in middle and primary schools.
The current popular methods for limiting approach in the market are various, and mainly comprise five types, namely a limited near-jaw support, an ear-hanging type near-posture alarm, a forehead sleeve type sitting posture corrector, a writing board type sitting posture corrector and a bracket picture frame type. The jaw support needs to be clamped at the front edge of the table, and a user needs to place the lower jaw on the jaw support, so that the jaw support has the defect that the user needs to frequently mount and dismount the support. However, the above products all have different degrees of drawbacks:
1. the limit jaw holds in the palm, because the crookedness of neck receives the jaw to hold in the palm the restriction, in order to see the image and characters on the desktop paper of below clearly, the user often needs both eyes to rotate downwards with strength just can see the books on the desktop clearly, so neither facilitate the use, also arouse the eye fatigue easily and aggravate myopia.
2. The principle of the ear-hung type proximity limiter is that a short circuit formed between a small steel ball and a switch of a wind buzzer is utilized to turn on to generate an alarm, when a user rotates the head downwards to read a book to a certain degree, the steel ball rolls forwards, the switch is turned on, and a buzzing alarm is generated. After the head is lifted, the steel ball rolls backwards, namely the switch is turned off, and the buzzer stops. The disadvantage is that it does not give an alarm when the head or chest moves forward in parallel close to the fixation target, and is therefore extremely unreliable.
3. The forehead sleeve type or writing board radar ranging sitting posture corrector utilizes the radar ranging alarm principle to detect the linear distance between a head probe and a desktop or the linear distance between the desktop probe and the head, and when the distance is smaller than a certain number, a buzzing alarm is given out. Therefore, it is not a precise writing posture corrector.
4. The forehead is covered with the gravity type writing posture corrector: the eye-shade is slid forwards when the user lowers his head by using a weight worn on the forehead, and the eye-shade is rotated upwards along the horizontal plane of the eye-shade by the left and right connecting rods, so that the user can be forced to write without excessively lowering his head. The defects are that the distance between eyes and the written book cannot be accurately adjusted to be more than 30cm, and the head-biased writing cannot be prevented.
5. A frame-type writing posture corrector with a supporting frame is characterized in that a supporting frame fixed on the edge of a desk is used, the end of the desk top extends out by about 30cm to mark the position of a book, the upper end of the supporting frame is connected with a glasses frame, and a user can watch and write on a front lower part of the glasses frame. The disadvantages are that the use is very inconvenient, the neck cannot be bent naturally, the lower writing can be seen only by forcibly rotating the eyeball downwards, the fatigue of the eyeball and the neck is easily caused, and therefore, the product sale can not be seen on the market.
In addition, it has been investigated that the situation where more than 90% of the elementary and middle school students "see near" excessively occurs when writing on the desk to complete the job. About 80% of middle and primary school students with myopia are accompanied by a habit of looking aside. It is known that when the head is close to the book for writing and reading, because the two eyes bear inconsistent vision adjusting burden, one or two eyes are more easily myopic, or the two eyes are caused with refractive error, which causes more serious visual impairment.
Despite the above, no wearable posture corrector has been available to date that can simultaneously correct both off-head and over-close gaze writing postures. Therefore, there is a need to develop a wearable mirror-frame type writing posture corrector, which can effectively correct the writing while watching the head, and can limit the writing of books on the desktop from being excessively close to the desktop.

In describing the specific form of the invention, it is to be noted that the correct sitting position refers to: the window of the glasses is not shielded by the horizontal sight-shielding sheet of the horizontal gravity swing mechanism; under the natural neck bending state of users with different heights, the sight line is accurately positioned to 30cm or more from the rear edge of the desktop to the book.
Example 1
When the horizontal gravity swing mechanism is used to adjust the sitting posture. The user wears the sitting posture glasses to write or read, and adjusts the correct sitting posture after wearing. When the head of a user excessively deviates leftwards or rightwards in the process of writing or reading, a horizontal sector gear in the horizontal gravity swing mechanism rotates towards the direction of head deviation under the action of a horizontal gravity piece, then a driven gear on one side and a rack of the horizontal sector gear are driven to rotate actually and timely, the driven sector gear connected with the driven gear rotates downwards, so that the driven sector gear which is arranged oppositely on the other side and meshed with the driven sector gear rotates downwards, and finally a horizontal viewing sheet positioned below a viewing window is driven to rotate upwards, so that part or all of the viewing window is shielded, and the user can immediately correct head deviation and reset the horizontal gravity swing mechanism to the initial position; it should be noted that the degree of blocking of the horizontal viewing mask is linearly related to the degree of head deviation.
It should be further noted that the rack of the horizontal sector gear is provided with two end parts, and the middle part is a hollow part, so that the rotation of the horizontal viewing mask triggered by the natural deviation of the head position can be avoided.
Example 2
When the user lowers the head excessively, the sight line is positioned to be lower than the 30cm from the rear edge of the desktop to a book, the user sees the vertical shielding piece through the window, the sight line shielding formed by the sight line shielding is enough to remind the user to adjust the sitting posture in time, concretely speaking, when the user lowers the head excessively, the vertical sector gear is influenced by gravity, the vertical sector gear and the vertical gravity piece rotate forwards, a first driven wheel meshed with the vertical sector gear starts to rotate at the moment, a second driven wheel also starts to rotate, secondly, the rotating second driven wheel drives the connecting shaft to rotate, the connecting shaft drives the rotation of the clutch silica gel sleeve, and then, the clutch silica gel sleeve simultaneously drives the rotating shaft of the vertical shielding piece to rotate, and finally, the rotation of the vertical shielding piece to the direction of the window is.
The sight line position adjusting button is used for adjusting the rotation angle of the vertical viewing sheet, and particularly, the sight line position can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the vertical viewing sheet due to the fact that the sight line position adjusting button is arranged in the adjusting mechanism. Specifically, when the sight position adjusting button is rotated, the vertical viewing sheet is driven to rotate, at the moment, the connecting shaft connected with the other end of the vertical viewing sheet rotates in the clutch silica gel sleeve, and the rotating shaft connected with the outer side of the clutch silica gel sleeve is connected with the gear set and does not rotate, so that the vertical viewing sheet is accurately adjusted. It should be noted that, since one end of the vertical viewing plate is connected to the gear set through the clutch silicone sleeve, when the user adjusts the degree of shielding of the vertical viewing plate by using the sight line position adjustment button, only the angle of the vertical viewing plate is changed, but the gear set is not moved. Therefore, the accurate distance that the sight of users with different heights falls on the desktop books can be ensured, and the running state of the gear set can not be changed. .
In addition, when a user writes or reads, the front defocusing lens can be used for strengthening the effect of preventing and controlling the occurrence and the development of myopia.
Various other changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments and concepts will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the above description, and all such changes and modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
