Abstract
本发明涉及钢木质隔热防火双扇门,包括两根竖框、一根横框和两扇门体,两根竖框相互平行设置,一扇门体的侧边缘铰接安装在其中一根竖框上,另一扇门体的侧边缘铰接安装在另一根竖框上,横框位于门体的上方,门体包括骨架、防火板A、防火板B和钢质盖缝搭边,防火板A和防火板B分别设置于骨架的两侧,骨架、防火板A、防火板B围合形成空腔,该空腔为空气层,在门体远离竖框的侧边缘上还固定有能够将两扇门体中间的缝隙密封起来的钢质盖缝搭边。本发明的优点在于:防火门中空隔热技术可以使防火门实现良好的阻燃、隔热性能,并通过国家防火材料检测中心检测,阻燃、隔热效果及产品完整性可达到国家标准及强制性认证要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及门扇技术领域,特别是钢木质隔热防火双扇门。
背景技术
防火门是设在防火分区间、疏散楼梯间、垂直竖井等具有一定耐火性的防火分隔物。其作用是阻止火势蔓延和烟气扩散,可在一定时间内阻止火势的蔓延,确保人员疏散。
在具体的工程实践中,普通防火门可以满足一般性工程项目的要求。 但在核电、军工等特殊工程领域,某些功能区域常常需要超出常规的防火 需求,而普通防火门无法满足这种现实需求。现有技术对于防火门的防火 效果的提升一般是通过加厚珍珠岩板的厚度来实现,但一味的增加珍珠岩 板的厚度不但大幅提升了防火门的重量和成本,而且防火的效果提升也不 十分明显,如何通过优化的结构设计,来提升防火门的防火效果,成为了本领域亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供了一种钢木质隔热防火双扇门。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:钢木质隔热防火双扇门,包括两根竖框、一根横框和两扇门体,两根竖框相互平行设置,一扇门体的侧边缘铰接安装在其中一根竖框上,另一扇门体的侧边缘铰接安装在另一根竖框上,横框位于门体的上方,且横框的两端固定在两根竖框的顶端,所述门体包括骨架、防火板A、防火板B和钢质盖缝搭边,所述骨架为长方形框架结构,防火板A和防火板B分别设置于骨架的两侧,防火板A的外侧覆盖有中纤板A,防火板B的外侧覆盖有中纤板B,骨架、防火板A、防火板B围合形成空腔,该空腔为空气层,在门体远离竖框的侧边缘上还固定有能够将两扇门体中间的缝隙密封起来的钢质盖缝搭边。
优选地,所述门体通过铰链铰接安装在竖框上,且远离所述铰链的门体的一侧设有锁体。
优选地,所述竖框上沿竖直方向设置有纵向门槽,所述门体的侧边缘能够置于纵向门槽内。
优选地,所述纵向门槽内侧设置有纵向胶条槽,纵向胶条槽内镶嵌有纵向胶条,纵向胶条的高度大于纵向胶条槽的深度。
优选地,所述横框上沿横向设置有横向门槽,所述门体的顶边缘能够置于横向门槽内。
优选地,所述横向门槽内侧设置有横向胶条槽,横向胶条槽内镶嵌有横向胶条,横向胶条的高度大于横向胶条槽的深度。
优选地,所述竖框和横框均由冷轧镀锌钢带制成。
优选地,所述钢质盖缝搭边的中部沿竖直方向设置有搭边胶条槽,在所述搭边胶条槽内镶嵌有搭边胶条。
优选地,所述骨架为阻燃木材制成。
优选地,所述防火板A和防火板B厚度范围在5~8mm。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、防火门中空隔热技术,采用单层骨架+空气层+双面防火板+双面阻燃板材的结构,因无机防火板密度是普通防火填芯板的2-3倍,阻燃材料含量远远高于普通填芯材料,防火门起到良好的阻燃效果,中间设有空气层,因空气的导热系数为0.027 W/(m.K),普通固体材料的导热系数在0.047~0.07W/(m.K),空气导热系数低于固体填芯材料,因此防火门中空隔热技术可以使防火门实现良好的阻燃、隔热性能,并通过国家防火材料检测中心检测,阻燃、隔热效果及产品完整性可达到国家标准及强制性认证要求。
2、本发明采用双扇门结构,且在双扇门连接处设置呈中心对称的钢质盖缝搭边,锁门后,两块门体的连接处实现密封,发生火灾时,门体一侧的火势或烟雾无法从两扇门体之间的缝隙进入门体的另一侧,提高双扇门的防火性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1和图2所示,钢木质隔热防火双扇门,包括两根竖框1、一根横框2和两扇门体3,两根竖框1相互平行设置,一扇门体3的侧边缘铰接安装在其中一根竖框1上,另一扇门体3的侧边缘铰接安装在另一根竖框1上,横框2位于门体3的上方,且横框2的两端固定在两根竖框1的顶端,所述门体3包括骨架6、防火板A7、防火板B9和钢质盖缝搭边18,所述骨架6为长方形框架结构,防火板A7和防火板B9分别设置于骨架6的两侧,防火板A7的外侧覆盖有中纤板A8,防火板B9的外侧覆盖有中纤板B10,骨架6、防火板A7、防火板B9围合形成空腔,该空腔为空气层11,如图5所示,在门体3远离竖框1的侧边缘上还固定有能够将两扇门体3中间的缝隙密封起来的钢质盖缝搭边18。
如图1所示,所述门体3通过铰链4铰接安装在竖框1上,且远离所述铰链4的门体3的一侧设有锁体5。如图3和图4所示,所述竖框1上沿竖直方向设置有纵向门槽12,所述门体3的侧边缘能够置于纵向门槽12内,所述纵向门槽12内侧设置有纵向胶条槽13,纵向胶条槽13内镶嵌有纵向胶条14,纵向胶条14的高度大于纵向胶条槽13的深度。如图2所示,所述横框2上沿横向设置有横向门槽15,所述门体3的顶边缘能够置于横向门槽15内,所述横向门槽15内侧设置有横向胶条槽16,横向胶条槽16内镶嵌有横向胶条17,横向胶条17的高度大于横向胶条槽17的深度。所述竖框1和横框2均由冷轧镀锌钢带制成。如图5所示,所述钢质盖缝搭边18的中部沿竖直方向设置有搭边胶条槽19,在所述搭边胶条槽19内镶嵌有搭边胶条20。所述骨架6为阻燃木材制成。所述防火板A7和防火板B9厚度范围在5~8mm,当防火板A7和防火板B9厚度为8mm时,为乙级防火门防火板,当防火板A7和防火板B9厚度为5mm时,为丙级防火门防火板。

1.钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:包括两根竖框(1)、一根横框(2)和两扇门体(3),两根竖框(1)相互平行设置,一扇门体(3)的侧边缘铰接安装在其中一根竖框(1)上,另一扇门体(3)的侧边缘铰接安装在另一根竖框(1)上,横框(2)位于门体(3)的上方,且横框(2)的两端固定在两根竖框(1)的顶端,所述门体(3)包括骨架(6)、防火板A(7)、防火板B(9)和钢质盖缝搭边(18),所述骨架(6)为长方形框架结构,防火板A(7)和防火板B(9)分别设置于骨架(6)的两侧,防火板A(7)的外侧覆盖有中纤板A(8),防火板B(9)的外侧覆盖有中纤板B(10),骨架(6)、防火板A(7)、防火板B(9)围合形成空腔,该空腔为空气层(11),在门体(3)远离竖框(1)的侧边缘上还固定有能够将两扇门体(3)中间的缝隙密封起来的钢质盖缝搭边(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述门体(3)通过铰链(4)铰接安装在竖框(1)上,且远离所述铰链(4)的门体(3)的一侧设有锁体(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述竖框(1)上沿竖直方向设置有纵向门槽(12),所述门体(3)的侧边缘能够置于纵向门槽(12)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述纵向门槽(12)内侧设置有纵向胶条槽(13),纵向胶条槽(13)内镶嵌有纵向胶条(14),纵向胶条(14)的高度大于纵向胶条槽(13)的深度。
5.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述横框(2)上沿横向设置有横向门槽(15),所述门体(3)的顶边缘能够置于横向门槽(15)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述横向门槽(15)内侧设置有横向胶条槽(16),横向胶条槽(16)内镶嵌有横向胶条(17),横向胶条(17)的高度大于横向胶条槽(17)的深度。
7.根据权利要求1、3或5所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述竖框(1)和横框(2)均由冷轧镀锌钢带制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述钢质盖缝搭边(18)的中部沿竖直方向设置有搭边胶条槽(19),在所述搭边胶条槽(19)内镶嵌有搭边胶条(20)。
9.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述骨架(6)为阻燃木材制成。
10.根据权利要求1所述钢木质隔热防火双扇门,其特征在于:所述防火板A(7)和防火板B(9)厚度范围在5~8mm。
