本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,具体的说是一种编织袋涂覆方法,该方法包括以下步骤:先在圆织机上将采用纤维材料制成的经线和纬线织造成筒状纤维编织层,接着将涂料喷涂在编织层内侧形成内衬,所述的涂料包括以下组分(质量份)和含量:聚四氯乙烯16‑20;二硫化钼5‑15;异氰酸酯16‑25;乙酸乙酯5‑15;二乙基甲苯二胺7‑11;干燥后得到内喷涂的编织袋产品。本发明克服现有编织袋表面涂覆方法的不足,提供了一种耐磨、耐腐蚀、强度高、使用寿命长,同时生产工艺简单、效率高、无污染的编织袋涂覆方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,具体的说是一种编织袋涂覆方法。
背景技术
编织袋是工业、农业、建筑等行业广泛使用的输送粉状产品的包装。编织袋通常是由交叉编织丝编织而成,在编织丝的交叉部位具有微小的缝隙。为了弥补此缺陷,人们曾将聚乙烯树脂用于编织袋表面涂层。这种涂层易老化脱落,也不耐磨,使用寿命较短。该种表面涂层编织袋的制造方法为:先在圆织机上织造纤维筒状物,然后将涂覆树脂加入到挤出机里,经过挤出机挤出热熔膜,涂覆到编织筒状物的外表面而成为产品。这种生产方法需要较多的生产设备,能源消耗较大,对厂房也有要求;同时对环境和操作人员的健康均带来不利影响。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明中所述的一种编织袋涂覆方法,克服现有编织袋表面涂覆方法的不足,提供了一种耐磨、耐腐蚀、强度高、使用寿命长,同时生产工艺简单、效率高、无污染的编织袋涂覆方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种编织袋涂覆方法,该方法包括以下步骤:先在圆织机上将采用纤维材料制成的经线和纬线织造成筒状纤维编织层,接着将涂料喷涂在编织层内侧形成内衬,所述的涂料包括以下组分(质量份)和含量:
干燥后得到内喷涂的编织袋产品。
优选的,所述涂料喷涂的温度是55℃~75℃,压力是8~10MPa。
优选的,所述内衬的厚度是0.2~0.7mm。
