防紫外线衬衣,它涉及服装技术领域,它由若干块面料缝制而成,面料包含面料内层、面料中间层、面料外层,面料外层为防紫外线层,所述面料内层为隔热层,面料中间层为织物层,所述面料内层的隔热层为冰丝层,面料外层的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层,面料内层、面料中间层和面料外层通过粘结贴合成为一体。本发明能有效防紫外线,且有隔热降温的效果,无环境污染,实用性强,防紫外线效果达到UPF50,UVA5%,面料外层能使温度降低3℃。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装技术领域,具体涉及防紫外线衬衣。
背景技术
紫外线,又称紫外辐射,是波长为100~400nm的电磁辐射。它分为长波紫外(UVA)、中波紫外线(UVB)、短波紫外线(UVC)。波长范围在100~400nm的太阳光紫外线辐射。紫外线A段波长范围为315~400nm,这部分生物作用较弱,主要是色素沉着作用;紫外线B段波长范围为280~315nm,此部分对人体影响较大,主要作用是抗佝偻症和红斑作用,是引起皮肤癌、白内障、免疫系统能力下降的主要原因之一;紫外线C段波长范围为100~280nm,阳光中的UVC紫外线几乎被臭氧层吸收而不能到达地面。只有在人工环境中会制造出来,如激光设备、电焊以及电磁设备。过度照射紫外线辐射:作用于皮肤是造成晒伤、肌肤老化增加皱纹、患皮肤癌;作用于中枢神经系统,可出现头痛、头晕、体温升高、脱水、中暑等;作用于眼部,可引起结膜炎、角膜炎,称为光照性眼炎,还有可能诱发白内障;在焊接过程中产生的紫外线会使焊工患上电光性眼炎。随着人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,服装面料不仅仅要满足遮蔽及美观性要求,同时也应是穿着更加舒适的。特别是对于在夏天,室外紫外线照射强烈,而紫外线对人体的伤害也更厉害。因此急需一种具有高抗紫外线的衬衣,以保护人体的皮肤免受伤害。现有技术的防紫外线衬衣是利用溶剂型涂层胶来达到防紫外线的效果,其会给我们的生活环境带来污染,且没有隔热降温的效果,实用性不强,危害人们的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防紫外线衬衣,它能有效防紫外线,且有隔热降温的效果,无环境污染,实用性强。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它由若干块面料缝制而成,面料包含面料内层、面料中间层、面料外层,面料外层为防紫外线层,所述面料内层为隔热层,面料中间层为织物层,所述面料内层的隔热层为冰丝层,面料外层的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层,面料内层、面料中间层和面料外层通过粘结贴合成为一体。
面料内层的隔热层为冰丝层能很好地起到隔热作用,面料外层的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层,起到很好的防紫外线和降温作用。
本发明能有效防紫外线,且有隔热降温的效果,无环境污染,实用性强,防紫外线效果达到UPF50,UVA5%,面料外层能使温度降低3℃。

参看图1,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它由若干块面料缝制而成,面料包含面料内层1、面料中间层2、面料外层3,面料外层3为防紫外线层,所述面料内层1为隔热层,面料中间层2为织物层,所述面料内层1的隔热层为冰丝层,面料外层3的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层,面料内层1、面料中间层2和面料外层3通过粘结贴合成为一体。
面料内层1的隔热层为冰丝层能很好地起到隔热作用,面料外层3的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层,起到很好的防紫外线和降温作用。
本具体实施方式能有效防紫外线,且有隔热降温的效果,无环境污染,实用性强,防紫外线效果达到UPF50,UVA5%,面料外层3能使温度降低3℃。

1.防紫外线衬衣,它由若干块面料缝制而成,面料包含面料内层(1)、面料中间层(2)、面料外层(3),面料外层(3)为防紫外线层,其特征在于:所述面料内层(1)为隔热层,面料中间层(2)为织物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线衬衣,其特征在于:所述面料内层(1)的隔热层为冰丝层,面料外层(3)的防紫外线层为超细TiO和纳米ATO与水性聚氨酯涂层胶的混合层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线衬衣,其特征在于:面料内层(1)、面料中间层(2)和面料外层(3) 通过粘结贴合成为一体。
