本发明公开了一种汽车用低碳合金钢,所述合金钢包含质量百分比为0.0055%的碳;并复合添加0.189%的铬、0.078%的钛、0.056%的钒、0.1%的硼,其余均为铁。本发明提供的一种汽车用低碳合金钢,因其含有特定比例的微合金元素,因此具有沉淀强化及细晶强化作用,实验时,能使得其屈服强度增加256MPa,抗拉强度增加533MPa,并且其硬度也具有明显提高,是汽车用低碳合金钢的首选材料。

本发明涉及合金钢技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车用低碳合金钢。
背景技术
通常情况下,汽车用高强度合金钢都需要经过热压加工后成型使用,热加工过程中钢材的组织性能发生变化(如动态/静态回复与再结晶等等),不同的合金元素及加热工艺对其钢材的热变行为会产生影响,从而直接影响钢材的性能。
发明内容
为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车用低碳合金钢,所述合金钢包含质量百分比为0.0055%的碳;并复合添加0.189%的铬、0.078%的钛、0.056%的钒、0.1%的硼,其余均为铁。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种汽车用低碳合金钢,因其含有特定比例的微合金元素,因此具有沉淀强化及细晶强化作用,实验时,能使得其屈服强度增加256MPa,抗拉强度增加533MPa,并且其硬度也具有明显提高,是汽车用低碳合金钢的首选材料。
