Abstract

本发明提供了一种环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂及其制备方法,该净水消毒泡腾片剂组分包括消毒剂、食品级聚谷氨酸以及泡腾片辅料,其中,消毒剂为稳定性二氧化氯粉剂或单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉,聚谷氨酸的含量为0.2‑0.3g,余量为泡腾片辅料。该净化剂制作工艺简单、成本低、净化效果好,适合于军事人员、野外作业人员、旅游人员和无自来水地区居民以及工业饮用水的消毒使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂及其制备方法,属于净水片加工技术领域。
背景技术
解决露天野外的饮水问题,是一个难度较大的问题,因为水质复杂,不易处理。部队在执行野战任务时,虽然江河湖中有大量淡水,却由于水体中的大量微生物和致病细菌而无法直接饮用。在抗涝救灾中,由于水体受到污染,部队和受灾群众无法饮到洁净水。有些人由于饮用了受污染的水源,而发生了痢疾等肠道传染病。所以,在野外将自然水加工成可饮用水主要有三个方面:一是消毒;二是将大量固体杂质沉淀除去;三是去除臭味。
但是,现在市面上的净水片只是针对水源的消毒,而不注意大量固体杂质处理,因为大量固体杂质微粒细小,悬浮在水中,通过长时间静置或简单过滤根本无法去除,导致经净水片消毒处理后的水悬浮物过多,有臭味,根本不适于饮用。
发明内容
鉴于上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种成本低廉,使用方便而杀菌消毒效果显著的一种新型高效水质净化剂,满足消费者需求。
具体技术方案如下:
一种环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂及其制备方法,该复合净水消毒泡腾片剂组分包括消毒剂、食品级聚谷氨酸以及泡腾片辅料,其中,消毒剂为稳定性二氧化氯粉剂或单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉,1g泡腾片中稳定性二氧化氯粉剂每片含量为800-1200mg或单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉每片含量为500-1000mg,聚谷氨酸的含量为0.2-0.3g,余量为泡腾片辅料;泡腾片的辅料配方是:柠檬酸45-55%,NaHCO3 40-45%。制粒选取PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)质量分数为10%的乙醇溶液(乙醇体积分数为75%)作为粘合剂,压片时添加2%~3%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)作为润滑剂;泡腾片剂的制备过程中,湿度环境为25-40%。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明方法独特,工艺流程简单,操作方便,成本低。
(2)将净水片加工成泡腾片,泡腾片剂崩解快速、起效迅速。
(3)由于崩解产生的大量泡沫增加了药物与杂质的直接接触,更好地发挥其消毒、絮凝作用。
(4)现在市面上的净水片只是单一的消毒杀菌,本发明既可以杀菌,也可以去除悬浮杂质和除臭,处理得到的水质更好。
(5)聚谷氨酸具吸附及螯合性,可以和重金属离子形成合螯合物,可吸附染料、蛋白质、金属离子等。再加上其生物可分解特性,不致于造成二次公害,因此为一良好的水处理材料。
(6)本发明使用的聚谷氨酸是食品级的,安全性更高。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,应该明白的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其进行限定。
实施例1
按如下配比:
该环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂组分包括稳定性二氧化氯粉剂、食品级聚谷氨酸以及泡腾片辅料,其中,1g泡腾片中稳定性二氧化氯粉剂每片含量为1200mg,聚谷氨酸的含量为0.2g,余量为泡腾片辅料;泡腾片的辅料配方是:柠檬酸45%,NaHCO342%。制粒选取PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)质量分数为10%的乙醇溶液(乙醇体积分数为75%)作为粘合剂,压片时添加3%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)作为润滑剂;泡腾片剂的制备过程中,湿度环境为25%。
对各原料进行干燥、粉碎处理,然后,混合制粒、压片,即可。一片可以处理一公斤水体。
实施例2

该环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂组分包括稳单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉、食品级聚谷氨酸以及泡腾片辅料,其中,1g泡腾片中单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉每片含量为1000mg,聚谷氨酸的含量为0.3g,余量为泡腾片辅料;泡腾片的辅料配方是:柠檬酸47%,NaHCO341%。制粒选取PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)质量分数为10%的乙醇溶液(乙醇体积分数为75%)作为粘合剂,压片时添加2%%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)作为润滑剂;泡腾片剂的制备过程中,湿度环境为40%。
对各原料进行干燥、粉碎处理,然后,混合制粒、压片,即可。一片可以处理一公斤水体。

1.一种环境友好型的净水消毒泡腾片剂及其制备方法,该净水消毒泡腾片剂组分包括消毒剂、食品级聚谷氨酸以及泡腾片辅料,其中,聚谷氨酸的含量为0.2-0.3g,余量为泡腾片辅料;泡腾片的辅料配方是:柠檬酸45-55%,NaHCO3 40-45%;制粒选取PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)质量分数为10%的乙醇溶液(乙醇体积分数为75%)作为粘合剂,压片时添加2%~3%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)作为润滑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:消毒剂为稳定性二氧化氯粉剂或单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉,1g泡腾片中稳定性二氧化氯粉剂每片含量为800-1200mg或单过硫酸氢钾消毒粉每片含量为500-1000mg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:泡腾片剂的制备过程中,湿度环境为25-40%。
