Abstract

一种防止液体按压瓶中的液体残留的装置,具体的说就是一种无残留液体按压瓶系统。利用水往低处流的原理,将瓶底做成向底部外凹锥形,使液体集中在锥形瓶底的底部。把吸管插到锥形瓶底的中心部位,用按压式吸液器通过吸管把瓶中的液体彻底吸出来,然后供人使用。

无残留液体按压瓶系统
本发明涉及的是人在日常生活中为防止液体按压瓶中液体残留的装置,具体的说就是一种无残留液体按压瓶系统。
目前,公知的市面上出售的生活用各类按压瓶装液体用品,在使用过程中均存在部分液体残留在瓶中的底部问题,一是造成浪费和使用起来不方便;二是残留液体对生态环境造成污染。因此,在实际生活中不能有效的节约和保护生态环境。
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术中的不足之处。而提供的一种充分提高液体的使用率和无残留的无残留液体按压瓶系统。
本专利的目的是这样实现的,利用水往低处流的原理,将瓶底做成向底部外凹锥形,使液体集中在锥形底部。把吸管插到锥形瓶底的中心部位,用按压式吸液器通过吸管把瓶中的液体彻底吸出来,然后供人使用。
本发明专利的有益效果是,液体的使用率高、无残留、不浪费、环保、使用方便,利用领域广泛,易于普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
在图1中,出液管(1)与按压式吸液器(2)连接,按压式吸液器(2)固定在液体瓶口(3)上,按压式吸液器(2)与吸液管(4)连接,吸液管(4)插在锥形瓶底(5)的中心,液体(6)装在液体瓶(7)里。
在图2中,出液管(1)固定在盖(2)上,储液筒(8)固定在盖(2)上,活塞(7)固定在储液筒(8)上,排气阀门(3)与弹簧(4)链接,弹簧(4)与进液阀门(5)链接,储液筒(8)与吸液管(6)链接。
在图3中,吸液口(2)与吸液管(1)相连,出液口(3)与吸液管(1)相连。
在图4中,瓶口(1)与瓶体(2)相连,锥形瓶底(3)与瓶体(2)相连。

Claims (2)

1.一种无残留液体按压瓶装置,其特征是:利用水往低处流的原理,将瓶底做成向底部外凹锥形,使液体集中在锥形瓶底的底部。把吸管插到锥形瓶底的中心部位,用按压式吸液器通过吸管把瓶中的液体彻底吸出来的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直接将瓶中含有的液体彻底吸出装置,其特征是:
(一)锥形瓶底
瓶底的材质:1.塑胶原料、玻璃、金属铜、铝或铁制成。
形状结构:参照图5,为锥形形式。
其特征是:1.锥形瓶底的锥形夹角在∠135°——∠170°之间。
