背景技术
在现代建筑室内装饰中,采用墙布作为墙壁饰面材料,具有便捷、美观、时尚、大气的特点,随着居民生活水平的提高,对室内家居环境越来越重视,从过去仅仅注意价格、实用,到现在追求个性、健康与环保,大众的消费行为越来越理性,现有的墙布底层一般采用PVC涂层作为底层,然而PVC因透气性差,会发生霉变,在生产、使用及废弃处理时,会产生有害物质,对人体会产生一定的危害。
现有技术存在的不足:
(1)常规的植绒布牢固度不够牢固,装饰用很易被磨破;
(2)底布与背面不干胶很难粘合易脱落;
(3)环保很难达到要求,甲醛含量高,有异味;
(4)防水、防油、抗污综合等级较低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,以实现以下发明目的:

墙布的尺寸及布局有特殊规定,错落有致,能直接拼接。
本发明制备的组合墙布的效果指标如下:
(1)本发明制备的组合墙布,厚度2-4mm、幅宽1.5-2m;
(2)本发明制备的组合墙布,牢固度高,方便快捷,装饰用不容易被磨破;耐磨次数taber1000-5000次不破损;马丁代尔耐磨次数6-8万次;本发明制备的墙布,干摩擦牢度、湿摩擦牢度、溶剂摩擦牢度、耐水色牢度、耐光色牢度为3-5级;
(3)本发明制备的组合墙布,不易脱落,剥离强力10N以上;
(4)本发明制备的组合墙布,环保,甲醛含量低,甲醛含量低于20ppm,用于室内装饰后,甲醛含量<0.07mg/m3,无异味;
(5)本发明制备的组合墙布,防水等级为3-5级,防油等级为3-5级,抗污等级为3-5级;
(6)本发明制备的组合墙布,具有抗静电效果,墙布表面电荷密度为1.0-1.8μC/m2,半衰期为0.25-0.34/s,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制率为98.0-99.3%; 对大肠杆菌抑制率为98.1-99.2%;对白色念珠菌抑制率为92.4-95.7%。

实施例4 粘合剂涂覆厚度因素分析实验
采用实施例1所述的制备方法,只改变预涂粘合剂和二次涂胶步骤中的粘合剂的涂覆厚度,进行双因素分析实验。

通过上述因素分析实验,通过制备的墙布的性能指标,筛选出预涂粘合剂的涂覆厚度优选为0.09-0.11mm;二次涂胶步骤中的粘合剂的涂覆厚度,优选为0.2-0.4mm;
更进一步,预涂粘合剂的涂覆厚度优选为0.1mm;二次涂胶步骤中的粘合剂的涂覆厚度,优选为0.3mm。

1.一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述方法,包括制备静电植绒面料、功能性后整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制备静电植绒面料,包括预涂粘合剂;所述预涂粘合剂,使用量为40-60g/㎡,涂覆厚度为0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制备静电植绒面料,包括二次涂粘合剂;所述二次涂粘合剂,使用量为300-400g/㎡,涂覆厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂,为丙烯酸水性环保粘合剂,固体含量为40-60%; pH值3-6,粘度3000-8000cps。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制备静电植绒面料,包括静电植绒;所述静电植绒,尼龙纤维绒毛的植入重量为120~220g/㎡,尼龙纤维绒毛的植入数量为:8千万~5亿根纤维/㎡。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述尼龙纤维绒毛,绒毛粗细度1.5-30D,绒毛长度1-3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:
所述功能性后整理,包括涂覆后整理剂;所述后整理剂中,三防液含量为40-60g/L,柔软剂含量为8-12g/L;所述三防液,为有机氟树脂;所述柔软剂为硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制备静电植绒面料,还包括进无纺布;所述无纺布,材质为涤纶,克重为60~120g/㎡。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制备静电植绒面料,还包括烘干和焙烘;所述烘干:温度为85~120℃;所述焙烘,温度为130~160℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用的直接粘贴组合墙布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述功能性后整理,还包括烘干和焙烘;所述烘干,100℃温度下烘干10min;
所述焙烘,160℃温度下焙烘3min。
