本发明涉及实验仪器领域，尤其是一种密封过滤装置。
背景技术
在化学实验中有很多液体不能与空气直接接触，否则易出现氧化变质等现象针对这些液体的过滤，现有技术中还没有相关的专用设备。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封过滤装置。
本发明公开的密封过滤装置，包括漏斗、漏斗密封盖和滤液瓶，所述漏斗密封盖设置于漏斗上面，所述漏斗密封盖顶部设置有进液口，所述进液口上设置有阀门，所述滤液瓶顶端开口为玻璃管结构，所述漏斗底部通过橡胶管与滤液瓶顶端开口相连接，所述漏斗密封盖上还设置有上通气孔，所述滤液瓶上部设置有下通气孔，所述上通气孔与下通气孔通过管道相连接。
优选地，上通气孔与下通气孔之间的管道上设置有补偿气囊。
本发明的有益效果是：该密封过滤装置可以在隔绝空气的情况下进行过滤，有效保证滤液质量。

下面对本发明进一步说明。
本发明公开的密封过滤装置，包括漏斗1、漏斗密封盖2和滤液瓶3，所述漏斗密封盖2设置于漏斗1上面，所述漏斗密封盖2顶部设置有进液口5，所述进液口5上设置有阀门6，所述滤液瓶3顶端开口为玻璃管结构，所述漏斗1底部通过橡胶管4与滤液瓶3顶端开口相连接，所述漏斗密封盖2上还设置有上通气孔7，所述滤液瓶3上部设置有下通气孔8，所述上通气孔7与下通气孔8通过管道相连接。
其操作过程如下：
按上述结构组装好过滤装置后，首先将漏斗密封盖2打开，在漏斗1中铺好滤纸，然后关闭漏斗密封盖2，打开下通气孔8，然后通过进液口5向过滤装置内通惰性气体或者氮气，通气2分钟后，先连接好上通气孔7和下通气孔8，关闭进液口5的阀门6。然后将要过滤的液体通过管道与进液口5连接，将其导入漏斗1内，由于漏斗1内气压与滤液瓶3内气压一致，因此液体会在重力作用下完成过滤。在通惰性气体，导入液体等操作过程中，密封过滤装置内气压会发生变动，因此，作为优选方式，上通气孔7与下通气孔8之间的管道上设置有补偿气囊9，补偿气囊9可以使密封过滤装置内气压与外界大气压一致，从而提高密封性能。补偿气囊9中可实现充满惰性气体，在排空气时，则直接打开进液口5的阀门6，挤压补偿气囊9即可排除过滤装置内空气。

1.密封过滤装置，其特征在于，包括漏斗(1)、漏斗密封盖(2)和滤液瓶(3)，所述漏斗密封盖(2)设置于漏斗(1)上面，所述漏斗密封盖(2)顶部设置有进液口(5)，所述进液口(5)上设置有阀门(6)，所述滤液瓶(3)顶端开口为玻璃管结构，所述漏斗(1)底部通过橡胶管(4)与滤液瓶(3)顶端开口相连接，所述漏斗密封盖(2)上还设置有上通气孔(7)，所述滤液瓶(3)上部设置有下通气孔(8)，所述上通气孔(7)与下通气孔(8)通过管道相连接；
所述上通气孔(7)与下通气孔(8)之间的管道上设置有补偿气囊(9)。
