本发明涉及一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳及其使用方法,包括一呈筒状的凳座和设置于凳座上方开口处的凳面,所述凳座内部从上至下经一隔板形成一上部空腔和一下部空腔;所述上部空腔中部设有一远红外灯,所述远红外灯周侧还设有一反射罩,所述凳面上正对所述远红外灯处还开设有一开口;所述远红外灯与控制模块电连,所述控制模块内置于所述凳座内;所述下部空腔中部设有一空气过滤装置。本发明的有益效果在于通过在室内配备具有理疗和空气净化功能的理疗凳,对人体进行理疗,同时可以对空气进行杀菌,实用便捷,而且不影响理疗凳的美观,提高室内的空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,尤其涉及一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳及其使用方法。
背景技术
凳子在家居生活中随处可见,一般都放置于室内。现有的凳子一般用于供用户休息,有些还配备有按摩的功能,但是结构比较复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供了一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳及其使用方法,实现净化空气理疗的效果。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳,包括一呈筒状的凳座和设置于凳座上方开口处的凳面,所述凳座内部从上至下经一隔板形成一上部空腔和一下部空腔;所述上部空腔中部设有一远红外灯,所述远红外灯周侧还设有一反射罩,所述凳面上正对所述远红外灯处还开设有一开口;所述远红外灯与控制模块电连,所述控制模块内置于所述凳座内;所述下部空腔中部设有一空气过滤装置。
进一步的,所述空气过滤装置包括一与所述凳座内壁卡接的滤筒、自下而上铺设于滤筒内的PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和活性炭滤网。
进一步的,所述滤筒的底部沿周侧设有若干个与滤筒内部相连通的进风口;所述凳座的底部沿周侧还间隔设有若个槽口。
进一步的,所述隔板沿水平向外延伸与所述凳座内壁固定连接,所述隔板中部垂直向上部空腔延伸设有一上卡筒,所述远红外灯设置于所述上卡筒内上方,所述控制模块设置于所述上卡筒内下方; 所述隔板中部垂直向下部空腔还延伸设有下卡筒, 所述下卡筒下端内壁设有与滤筒外侧壁配合卡接的卡齿。
进一步的,所述上部空腔一侧还固定设置有一负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器固定于所述隔板上,所述隔板上开设有若干个用于空气流通的流通孔;所述滤筒上方且位于负离子发生器的下方还设有一风扇,所述风扇和负离子发生器与所述控制模块电连;所述凳座上部外壁沿周侧均匀布设有若干个第一出气口。
进一步的,所述凳面呈圆形状,且所述凳面的直径大于所述凳座的直径;所述凳面上还沿圆周方向自内向外开设有若干个第二出气口。
进一步的,所述控制模块还连接有一用于设定远红外灯开启时间的定时模块。
本发明还提供一种如上述所述的具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将远红外理疗凳设置于室内;
步骤S2:通过控制模块自动开启远红外灯,通过控制模块设定开启的时间,进行室内杀菌;
步骤S3:开启负离子发生器,同时开启风扇,进行室内空气的净化;
步骤S4:设定开启时间到达之后自动关闭远红外灯,同时关闭负离子发生器和风扇。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下有益效果:通过设置于凳座内远红外灯在用户休息过程中进行理疗,而且远红外灯具有杀菌作用,在潮湿的天气时开启可以减小细菌的数量。另外通过设置于凳座内的空气过滤装置和负离子发生器可以净化空气,提供室内空气的质量。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1~2所示,本发明实施例提供一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳,包括一呈筒状的凳座1和设置于凳座1上方开口处的凳面2,所述凳座1内部从上至下经一隔板8形成上部空腔12和下部空腔13;所述上部空腔12中部设有一远红外灯3,所述远红外灯3周侧还设有一反射罩4,所述凳面2上正对所述远红外灯3处还开设有一开口;所述远红外灯3与控制模块14电连,所述控制模块14内置于所述凳座1内;所述下部空腔中部设有一空气过滤装置。
在本实施例中,所述空气过滤装置6包括一与所述凳座1内壁卡接的滤筒60、自下而上铺设于滤筒60内的PP棉滤网62、HEPA高效滤网63和活性炭滤网64。空气经空气过滤装置6进行过滤,对室内的空气进行净化。
在本实施例中,所述滤筒60的底部沿周侧设有若干个与滤筒60内部相连通的进风口61;所述凳座1的底部沿周侧还间隔设有若个槽口11。空气经凳座1底部的槽口11进入空气过滤装置6,通过空气过滤装置6的多层过滤后,从凳座1上部流入至室内,循环进行空气的过滤,提高室内空气的质量。
在本实施例中,所述隔板8沿水平向外延伸与所述凳座1内壁固定连接,所述隔板8中部垂直向上部空腔12延伸设有一上卡筒82,所述远红外灯设置于所述上卡筒内82上方,所述控制模块14设置于所述上卡筒内82下方; 所述隔板8中部垂直向下部空腔13还延伸设有下卡筒81, 所述下卡筒81下端内壁设有与滤筒60外侧壁配合卡接的卡齿。通过下卡筒81与滤筒60上部外壁上卡齿交错连接,实现滤筒固定于凳座1内部,结构简单易于实现。
在本实施例中,所述上部空腔12一侧还固定设置有一负离子发生器5,所述负离子发生器5固定于所述隔板8上,所述隔板8上开设有若干个用于空气流通的流通孔;所述滤筒上方且位于负离子发生器5的下方还设有一风扇7,所述风扇7和负离子发生器5与所述控制模块14电连;所述凳座1上部外壁沿周侧均匀布设有若干个第一出气口10。负离子发生器5是一种生成空气负离子的装置,该装置将输入的直流或交流电经EMI处理电路及雷击保护电路处理后,通过脉冲式电路,过压限流;高低压隔离等线路升为交流高压,然后通过特殊等级电子材料整流滤波后得到纯净的直流负高压,将直流负高压连接到金属或碳元素制作的释放尖端,利用尖端直流高压产生高电晕,高速地放出大量的电子(e-),而电子无法长久存在于空气中(存在的电子寿命只有nS级),立刻会被空气中的氧分子(O2)捕捉,从而生成空气负离子。实验研究表明:生态级小粒径负氧离子更易透过人体血脑屏障,起到医疗保健的作用。
在本实施例中,所述凳面2呈圆形状,且所述凳面2的直径大于所述凳座1的直径;所述凳面2上还沿圆周方向自内向外开设有若干个第二出气口20。通过风扇7将负离子发生器5产生的负离子经第一出气口10和第二出气口20流入至室内。
在本实施例中,所述控制模块14还连接有一用于设定远红外灯3开启时间的定时模块。
本发明还提供一种如上述所述的具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将远红外理疗凳设置于室内;
步骤S2:通过控制模块14自动开启远红外灯3,通过控制模块14设定开启的时间,进行室内杀菌;
步骤S3:开启负离子发生器5,同时开启风扇7,进行室内空气的净化;
步骤S4:设定开启时间到达之后自动关闭远红外灯3,同时关闭负离子发生器5和风扇7。
综上所述,本发明提供的具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳及其使用方法,结构简单,可以进行理疗,同时可以对空气进行杀菌,实用便捷,而且不影响理疗凳的美观,提高室内的空气质量。

1.一种具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳,其特征在于:包括一呈筒状的凳座和设置于凳座上方开口处的凳面,所述凳座内部从上至下经一隔板形成一上部空腔和一下部空腔;所述上部空腔中部设有一远红外灯,所述远红外灯周侧还设有一反射罩,所述凳面上正对所述远红外灯处还开设有一开口;所述远红外灯与控制模块电连,所述控制模块内置于所述凳座内;所述下部空腔中部设有一空气过滤装置;所述空气过滤装置包括一与所述凳座内壁卡接的滤筒、自下而上铺设于滤筒内的PP棉滤网、HEPA高效滤网和活性炭滤网;所述隔板沿水平向外延伸与所述凳座内壁固定连接,所述隔板中部垂直向上部空腔延伸设有一上卡筒,所述远红外灯设置于所述上卡筒内上方,所述控制模块设置于所述上卡筒内下方;所述隔板中部垂直向下部空腔还延伸设有下卡筒, 所述下卡筒下端内壁设有与滤筒外侧壁配合卡接的卡齿;所述上部空腔一侧还固定设置有一负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器固定于所述隔板上,所述隔板上开设有若干个用于空气流通的流通孔;所述滤筒上方且位于负离子发生器的下方还设有一风扇,所述风扇和负离子发生器与所述控制模块电连;所述凳座上部外壁沿周侧均匀布设有若干个第一出气口;所述凳面呈圆形状,且所述凳面的直径大于所述凳座的直径;所述凳面上还沿圆周方向自内向外开设有若干个第二出气口;所述控制模块还连接有一用于设定远红外灯开启时间的定时模块。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的具有空气净化功能的远红外理疗凳的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将远红外理疗凳设置于室内;
步骤S2:通过控制模块自动开启远红外灯,通过控制模块设定开启的时间,进行室内杀菌;
步骤S3:开启负离子发生器,同时开启风扇,进行室内空气的净化;
步骤S4:设定开启时间到达之后自动关闭远红外灯,同时关闭负离子发生器和风扇。
