实施例1一种中药组合物，由以下重量百分比的成分组成：桑葚15g、红枣 10g、茯苓12g、龙眼肉 15g、三七花 5g、荷叶 6g、桑叶 4g、薏仁米 8g；制备时，将各组分粉碎至80目细粉，即得。
实施例2一种中药组合物，由以下重量百分比的成分组成：桑葚12g、红枣8g、茯苓5g、龙眼肉 10g、三七花 10g、荷叶 10g、桑叶 6g、薏仁米 5g；制备时，将各组分洗净，加入组分总质量6倍的纯净水，100-110℃热水提取3小时，过滤，取滤液浓缩，得浸膏，进一步制备成颗粒剂或片剂。
实施例3一种中药组合物，由以下重量百分比的成分组成：桑葚10g、红枣 6g、茯苓10g、龙眼肉 12g、三七花 12g、荷叶 8g、桑叶 2g、薏仁米 10g。
