Abstract
本发明公开了高频X射线发生器,包括密封的X射线管壳,X射线管壳的侧壁上具有管套窗口,所述X射线管壳内设有X射线管管芯,所述X射线管壳连接出液管道、冷却交换机以及进液管道,所述进液管道进口外侧设置有两个容纳部,两个所述容纳部内分别设置有灭菌剂和碳酸钠溶液,所述容纳部上设置有两个高度不同的泵头,所述进液管道进口处倾斜设置有一端与所述进液管道侧壁转动连接的滤网,所述滤网与两个所述泵头贴合。该种高频X射线发生器能够在管道内形成较多水垢和微生物时通过自动向管道内释放灭菌液和除垢剂清除管道内的水垢以及微生物,从而防止X射线发生器过热损坏。

技术领域
本发明属于X射线发生器技术领域,具体是高频X射线发生器。
背景技术
高频X射线发生器是医生在诊断病人牙齿状况的常用设备,现有的高频X射线发生器通过向被检者照射X射线,并且对透射了被检者的X射线进行检测,由此得到由被检者内的X射线吸收系数构成的投影数据。
X射线管是在医疗CT器械上一直是一个比较重要和贵重的一个部件,但在目前实践过程中,该部件属于易耗品,容易损坏,X射线管在使用时需要循环水冷却,冷却水在长期使用过程中容易在管道中形成水垢以及微生物,造成管道堵塞水流速度减缓,同时导致热传递效率降低,影响X射线管的散热,进而导致X射线管过热损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供高频X射线发生器,该种高频X射线发生器能够在管道内形成较多水垢和微生物时通过自动向管道内释放灭菌液和除垢剂清除管道内的水垢以及微生物,从而防止X射线发生器过热损坏。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:高频X射线发生器,包括密封的X射线管壳,X射线管壳的侧壁上具有管套窗口,所述X射线管壳内设有X射线管管芯,所述X射线管壳连接出液管道、冷却交换机以及进液管道,所述进液管道进口外侧设置有两个容纳部,两个所述容纳部内分别设置有灭菌剂和碳酸钠溶液,两所述容纳部上分别设置有一个泵头,两所述泵头高度不同,所述进液管道进口处倾斜设置有一端与所述进液管道侧壁转动连接的滤网,所述滤网与两个所述泵头贴合。采用这种结构在长期使用过程中微生物不断滋生,管道内不断结垢,在没有水垢和微生物时水流动对滤网产生推力与泵头的反弹力平衡,在滤网上附着水垢和微生物时水对滤网的推力增加,从而推动泵头下压,两个容纳部内的灭菌剂和碳酸钠喷出溶于水中清除管道内的微生物和水垢,在滤网上的水垢和微生物除去之后水对滤网的推力减少,滤网恢复到初始位置,采用这种结构实现水管内水垢和微生物的自动清除。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述灭菌剂为过氧乙酸。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用这种结构在长期使用过程中微生物不断滋生,管道内不断结垢,在没有水垢和微生物时水流动对滤网产生推力与泵头的反弹力平衡,在滤网上附着水垢和微生物时水对滤网的推力增加,从而推动泵头下压,两个容纳部内的灭菌剂和碳酸钠喷出溶于水中清除管道内的微生物和水垢,在滤网上的水垢和微生物除去之后水对滤网的推力减少,滤网恢复到初始位置,采用这种结构实现水管内水垢和微生物的自动清除。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,高频X射线发生器,高频X射线发生器,包括密封的X射线管壳1,X射线管壳1的侧壁上具有管套窗口2,所述X射线管壳1内设有X射线管管芯3,所述X射线管壳1连接出液管道4、冷却交换机5以及进液管道6,所述进液管道6进口外侧设置有两个容纳部7,两个所述容纳部7内分别设置有灭菌剂和碳酸钠溶液,两所述容纳部7上分别设置有一个泵头8,两所述泵头8高度不同,所述进液管道6进口处倾斜设置有一端与所述进液管道6侧壁转动连接的滤网9,所述滤网9与两个所述泵头8贴合。采用这种结构在长期使用过程中微生物不断滋生,管道内不断结垢,在没有水垢和微生物时水流动对滤网产生推力与泵头的反弹力平衡,在滤网上附着水垢和微生物时水对滤网的推力增加,从而推动泵头下压,两个容纳部内的灭菌剂和碳酸钠喷出溶于水中清除管道内的微生物和水垢,在滤网上的水垢和微生物除去之后水对滤网的推力减少,滤网恢复到初始位置,采用这种结构实现水管内水垢和微生物的自动清除。所述灭菌剂为过氧乙酸。

1.高频X射线发生器,包括密封的X射线管壳(1),X射线管壳(1)的侧壁上具有管套窗口(2),所述X射线管壳(1)内设有X射线管管芯(3),所述X射线管壳(1)连接出液管道(4)、冷却交换机(5)以及进液管道(6),其特征在于:所述进液管道(6)进口外侧设置有两个容纳部(7),两个所述容纳部(7)内分别设置有灭菌剂和碳酸钠溶液,两所述容纳部(7)上分别设置有一个泵头(8),两所述泵头(8)高度不同,所述进液管道(6)进口处倾斜设置有一端与所述进液管道(6)侧壁转动连接的滤网(9),所述滤网(9)与两个所述泵头(8)贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频X射线发生器,其特征在于:所述灭菌剂为过氧乙酸。
