本发明公开了一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩，包括：口罩本体、挂耳绳和金属支撑条，所述挂耳绳连接在所述口罩本体的左右两端，所述口罩本体呈长方形结构，所述金属支撑条有四根，包括：位于所述口罩本体长度方向上的上下两根、和位于所述口罩本体宽度方向上的左右两根，所述四根金属支撑条均为软质钛合金支撑条，所述口罩本体的中部还设有可向外撑开的褶皱，所述口罩本体内部设有空腔，所述空腔内填充有活性炭颗粒。通过上述方式，本发明可通过弯折软质钛合金支撑条可将口罩本体的形状调整至与佩戴者脸型相匹配，同时在口罩本体中部设有可向外撑开的褶皱，使脸部与口罩间留有空腔，从而使口罩提高防护性能的同时也能提高佩戴舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品领域，特别是涉及一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩。
背景技术
医用口罩一般由口罩本体和拉紧带组成，目前医用口罩本体的材料一般为棉布，但是棉布易滋生细菌，同时现有的医用口罩基本为长方体平面结构，且口罩的尺寸、形状不能根据佩戴者脸型进行调整，因此口罩与面部的贴合度不够理想，要么太宽松使口罩的防护性能降低，要么贴合得太紧密，使佩戴者呼吸阻力大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩，能够解决现有医用口罩存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩，包括：口罩本体、挂耳绳和金属支撑条，所述挂耳绳连接在所述口罩本体的左右两端，所述口罩本体呈长方形结构，所述金属支撑条有四根，包括：位于所述口罩本体长度方向上的上下两根、和位于所述口罩本体宽度方向上的左右两根，所述四根金属支撑条均为软质钛合金支撑条，所述口罩本体的中部还设有可向外撑开的褶皱，所述口罩本体内部设有空腔，所述空腔内填充有活性炭颗粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述挂耳绳上还设有长度调节扣。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述口罩本体是由多层医用无纺布制成的口罩本体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述四根金属支撑条均为扁条状结构，其宽度均为1-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明在口罩本体的四周设置软质钛合金支撑条，通过弯折软质钛合金支撑条可将口罩本体的形状调整至与佩戴者脸型相匹配，同时在口罩本体中部设有可向外撑开的褶皱，使脸部与口罩间留有空腔，从而使口罩提高防护性能的同时也能提高佩戴舒适性。

一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩，包括：口罩本体1、挂耳绳2和金属支撑条3，所述挂耳绳2连接在所述口罩本体1的左右两端，所述口罩本体1呈长方形结构，所述金属支撑条3有四根，包括：粘贴固定在所述口罩本体1长度方向上的上下两根、和粘贴固定在所述口罩本体1宽度方向上的左右两根，所述四根金属支撑条3均为软质钛合金支撑条，强度高、且可以自由弯折出不同形状，所述口罩本体1的中部还设有可向外撑开的褶皱5，所述褶皱5可以使口罩本体1与佩戴者的脸部之间留有空腔，从而不使佩戴者感到呼吸沉闷，能显著提高佩戴舒适度，此外所述口罩本体1内部设有空腔，所述空腔内填充有活性炭颗粒，所述活性炭颗粒具有优异的吸附性能，能够有效阻止外部细菌进入到口罩内。
优选地，所述挂耳绳2上还设有长度调节扣4，可以自由调节挂耳绳2的尺寸长度，提高佩戴舒适性。
所述口罩本体1是由多层医用无纺布制成的口罩本体1，成本低，隔尘阻菌性能好。
所述四根金属支撑条3均为扁条状结构，其宽度均为1-3mm。
本发明揭示了一种可调形状的医用抑菌口罩，在口罩本体的四周设置软质钛合金支撑条，通过弯折软质钛合金支撑条可将口罩本体的形状调整至与佩戴者脸型相匹配，同时在口罩本体中部设有可向外撑开的褶皱，使脸部与口罩间留有空腔，从而使口罩提高防护性能的同时也能提高佩戴舒适性。
