A grid layered ice cream extruding device comprises a first material storage tank (10), a second material storage tank (20), a material delivering shaft (30), a moulding device (40), a moulding cover (50), and a driving assembly (60), which can drive the material delivering shaft (30) to rotate. The first material storage tank (10) is provided with a first cavity (12). The second material storage tank (20) is provided with a second cavity (22). The material delivering shaft (30) goes through the first material storage tank (10) and the second material storage tank (20) and is provided with a material delivering cavity (32), a material outlet, and a material delivering opening (34), which is communicated with the material delivering cavity (32) and the first cavity (12). The material delivering shaft (30) is drivable and is connected to the moulding device (40). The moulding device (40) is provided with a discharge end and a feed end that is connected to the material delivering shaft (30). The moulding cover (50) is arranged on one side that is close to the discharge end of the moulding device (40).
