Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to any type of mobile terminal, and is not limited to a slide type mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal 100 as shown in fig. 1 may be configured to operate with communication systems such as wired and wireless communication systems and satellite-based communication systems that transmit data via frames or packets.
A communication system in which a mobile terminal according to the present invention is operable will now be described with reference to fig. 2.
Such communication systems may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication system includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and the like. By way of non-limiting example, the following description relates to a CDMA communication system, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of systems.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication system may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that a system as shown in fig. 2 may include multiple BSCs 275.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a Base Transceiver Subsystem (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the system. In fig. 2, several Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is to be understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. The location information module 113 as shown in fig. 1 is generally configured to cooperate with the satellites 300 to obtain desired positioning information. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication system, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and communication system, various embodiments of the present invention are proposed.
Referring to fig. 3, a first embodiment of a wireless lan access apparatus according to the present invention provides a wireless lan access apparatus, including:
and the selection module 10 is configured to obtain a base station to be selected by screening according to the signal strength and the preset condition, which are received by the mobile terminal and sent by each wireless local area network base station.
The invention carries out screening according to the received Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) signals, automatically starts the Wireless Local Area network access function of the mobile terminal after obtaining the effective base station, accesses the Wireless Local Area network, does not need the mobile terminal to start the Wireless Local Area network access function all the time, does not need the manual operation of a user, and realizes the automatic access of the Wireless Local Area network. The wireless local area network access device may be configured in a mobile terminal.
As an implementation manner, first, when the wlan function of the mobile terminal is in a closed state, the selection module 10 obtains the signal strength of each base station according to the signal sent by each wlan base station received by the mobile terminal, and obtains the base station to be selected by screening according to a preset condition.
In this embodiment, the preset condition is to perform priority ranking on each base station according to the signal strength, and the base station with the priority ranking within the preset range is the base station to be selected. Of course, the preset condition may also be other screening conditions, and may be flexibly configured according to actual needs.
Specifically, when the wlan function of the mobile terminal is in an off state, the mobile terminal actually receives the bs signal and processes the bs information at any time no matter the user is walking or standing still with the mobile terminal.
At this time, the selection module 10 obtains the signal strength of each base station according to the signal sent by each wlan base station received by the mobile terminal.
Then, the selection module 10 performs priority ranking on each base station according to the signal strength of each base station, so that the base station with the strongest signal has the highest priority and the base station with the worst signal has the lowest priority, and thus, the selection module 10 obtains a base station queue arranged according to the priority and the priority ranking of each base station.
Then, the selection module 10 selects a base station with a priority ranking within a preset range as a base station to be selected according to the base station queue, for example, selects a base station with the highest priority ranking three times as the base station to be selected.
Thus, the selection module 10 obtains the base station to be selected. It should be noted that there may be one or more candidate base stations obtained by screening.
And the verification module 20 is configured to verify whether the candidate base station is a valid base station according to a preconfigured record table and the signal strength of the candidate base station.
After the candidate base station is obtained, the verification module 20 verifies whether the candidate base station is a valid base station according to the preconfigured record table and the signal strength of the candidate base station.
As an implementation manner, according to the record table, the verification module 20 obtains a signal strength effective range corresponding to the base station to be selected; and if the signal intensity of the base station to be selected meets the effective range of the signal intensity, judging the base station to be selected as an effective base station.
Note that the log table describes effective ranges of signal strengths of the respective wireless lan base stations to which the mobile terminal has currently connected.
Specifically, the verification module 20 queries a pre-configured record table, and searches for a signal strength effective range corresponding to the candidate base station.
If the valid range of the signal strength corresponding to the candidate base station is not found in the record table, the verification module 20 determines that the current mobile terminal is connected to the candidate base station, and determines that the candidate base station is an invalid base station.
If the valid range of the signal strength corresponding to the candidate base station is successfully found in the record table, the verification module 20 determines whether the signal strength of the candidate base station is within the valid range of the signal strength corresponding to the candidate base station.
If the signal strength of the candidate base station is within the valid range of the corresponding signal strength, the verification module 20 determines that the signal strength of the candidate base station satisfies the valid range of the corresponding signal strength, and the candidate base station is a valid base station.
If the signal strength of the candidate base station is not within the valid range of the corresponding signal strength, the verification module 20 determines that the signal strength of the candidate base station does not satisfy the valid range of the corresponding signal strength, and the candidate base station is an invalid base station.
Thereby, the authentication module 20 obtains the authentication result of the valid base station. One or more effective base stations may be obtained.
And the starting module 30 is configured to control the mobile terminal to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the base station to be selected if the base station to be selected is an effective base station.
After the verification result of the valid base station is obtained, if the valid base station exists in the current base station to be selected, the starting module 30 controls the mobile terminal to start the wireless local area network access function.
After the wlan access function is turned on, since the current active base stations are all base stations to which the mobile terminal has been connected, and account information of the wlan logging in the base station is stored in the record table, the turning-on module 30 may access the wlan according to the account information of each wlan configured in advance.
Therefore, automatic access of the wireless local area network is realized.
In this embodiment, the selection module 10 obtains a base station to be selected by screening according to the signal strength and the preset condition sent by each wlan base station received by the mobile terminal; then, the verification module 20 verifies whether the base station to be selected is an effective base station according to the preconfigured record table and the signal strength of the base station to be selected, so as to remove the base station with poor signal strength and poor wireless local area network; if the base station to be selected is a valid base station, that is, the signal strength of the base station to be selected is within the acceptable range, the start module 30 controls the mobile terminal to start the wireless local area network access function, and access the wireless local area network corresponding to the base station to be selected, so that the automatic access of the wireless local area network is realized. According to the embodiment, the wireless local area network access function does not need to be started all the time by the mobile terminal, automatic screening can be carried out according to the wireless local area network base station received by the terminal, and the wireless local area network access function of the mobile terminal is automatically started to access the wireless local area network after an effective usable base station is obtained, so that the automatic access of the wireless local area network is realized. Moreover, the effective base station obtained by screening can be accessed to the effective wireless local area network after the wireless local area network access function is opened, and the network access efficiency is improved. According to the embodiment, the mobile terminal is automatically accessed to the common wireless local area network, manual operation of a user is not needed, the electric quantity of the mobile terminal cannot be wasted, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention provides a wlan access device, based on the first embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention, the starting module 30 is further configured to,
if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, acquiring the position of the mobile terminal; judging whether the mobile terminal is positioned in the effective position range of the effective base station or not according to the record table and the position of the mobile terminal; and if the mobile terminal is positioned in the effective position range of the effective base station, controlling the mobile terminal to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention described above in that: the embodiment verifies the position of the mobile terminal, thereby improving the access success rate of the wireless local area network.
If the base station to be selected is a valid base station, the start module 30 may determine that a wlan base station that the mobile terminal has accessed at present exists, and at this time, in order to further improve the success rate of wlan access, the location of the mobile terminal is obtained.
When the position of the mobile terminal is obtained, the positioning can be carried out through a base station or a data service. In order to accurately position the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can be positioned through the data service, and more accurate position information can be acquired.
In this embodiment, the record table further records the effective location ranges of the wlan base stations to which the current mobile terminal has been connected. The valid location range is used to determine whether the current mobile terminal has ever connected to the valid base station in the vicinity of the current location.
After the current position of the mobile terminal is obtained, the starting module 30 queries the effective position ranges corresponding to the current effective base stations in the record table.
Then, the start module 30 determines whether the current mobile terminal is located within the valid location range according to the current location of the mobile terminal.
If the current position of the current mobile terminal is within the effective position range of any effective base station, the starting module 30 determines that the mobile terminal is within the effective position range of the effective base station; if the current position of the current mobile terminal is not within the effective position range of any effective base station, the starting module 30 determines that the mobile terminal is not within the effective position range of the effective base station.
Thereby, the opening module 30 obtains a position determination result of the mobile terminal.
After the position determination result of the mobile terminal is obtained, if the mobile terminal is located in the effective position range of an effective base station, the mobile terminal is once connected to the effective base station near the current position, and accesses the wireless local area network, that is, the current effective base station is available historically.
Therefore, it can be considered that the active base station can currently provide the access function of the wireless lan as well, and the network status is available. Then, the starting module 30 starts the wlan access function of the mobile terminal to access the wlan corresponding to the active base station. Thereafter, the mobile terminal can obtain network data based on the accessed wireless local area network, and provide network service for the user.
Further, as an implementation manner, if the current location of the current mobile terminal is not within the effective location range of any effective base station, the mobile terminal never connects the effective base station obtained by screening near the current location, that is, the location of the current mobile terminal is suspicious and is not within the history range of the user. The start module 30 determines that the wlan of each active base station is unavailable and does not turn on the wlan function.
In this embodiment, if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, the starting module 30 determines whether the mobile terminal is located within the effective position range of the effective base station according to the current position of the mobile terminal; the start module 30 starts the wlan access function only when the mobile terminal is located within the effective position range of the effective base station, and accesses the wlan corresponding to the effective base station. Therefore, the situation that the wireless local area network access function is started outside the effective position range of the effective base station, the wireless local area network cannot be successfully accessed, and the use experience of a user on network data is influenced is avoided. The availability of the effective base station is further verified through the position information, the access success rate of the wireless local area network is improved, and the user experience is further optimized.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention provides a wlan access device, based on the second embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention, the starting module 30 is further configured to,
if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, acquiring the data service state of the mobile terminal; if the data service of the mobile terminal is in a closed state, controlling the mobile terminal to access a wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station; and if the data service of the mobile terminal is in an open state, acquiring the position of the mobile terminal.
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention described above in that: the embodiment only verifies the position information when the data service of the mobile terminal is in the open state, thereby reducing the workload and reducing the resource occupation of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, after the determination result of the candidate base station is obtained, if an effective base station exists in the current candidate base station, that is, the current mobile terminal can receive an effective available wlan base station signal, the data service state of the mobile terminal is obtained.
If the data service of the current mobile terminal is in a closed state, since the user does not use the network data at this time, the opening module 30 controls the mobile terminal to open the wireless local area network access function, access the wireless local area network, and provide the network data service for the user.
When the data service of the mobile terminal is in an open state, the user may be currently using the data service, and in order to avoid influencing the user experience, the open module 30 acquires the position of the mobile terminal, further confirms the availability of the current effective base station through the position information, and only after the verification is passed, opens the wlan access function to access the wlan. Thereafter, the mobile terminal may provide network services to the user through the accessed wireless local area network. At this time, further, the data service may be closed after the wireless lan is accessed.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal does not start the data service, the start module 30 may directly and automatically start the wlan access function to access the wlan; when the mobile terminal starts the data service, the start module 30 needs to verify the position of the mobile terminal, and only when the position of the mobile terminal meets the effective position range of the effective base station, the start module 30 automatically starts the wireless local area network access function to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station, so that the success rate of accessing the wireless local area network is improved, the influence on the use of network service by a user is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the wlan access apparatus according to the present invention provides a wlan access apparatus, based on any of the embodiments shown in fig. 3, the wlan access apparatus further includes:
an obtaining module 40, configured to obtain the accessed wlan information, the signal strength of the connected base station, and the location of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is connected to the base station of the wlan for the first time.
The present embodiment is different from the first, second, and third embodiments of the wlan access device of the present invention described above in that: in this embodiment, a record table is configured in advance according to a wlan base station to which a mobile terminal is first connected, and is used for verifying the base station when automatically accessing the wlan.
Specifically, as an embodiment, when the mobile terminal is connected to the base station of the wireless local area network for the first time and accesses the wireless local area network, the obtaining module 40 obtains the accessed wireless local area network information, the signal strength of the currently connected base station, and the location of the mobile terminal.
The wireless local area network information comprises a currently accessed wireless local area network name and login account information, and is used for automatically logging in the wireless local area network without manually inputting an account and a password by a user; the signal strength of the currently connected base station may be identification information of the currently connected base station, such as a base station number, which correspondingly records the signal strength corresponding to the currently connected base station; the position of the mobile terminal is obtained by positioning the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal accesses the wireless local area network, and the accurate position of the mobile terminal can be obtained in a GPS mode and the like.
A configuration module 50, configured to configure the effective location range of the connected base station according to the location of the mobile terminal, and configure the effective signal strength range of the connected base station according to the signal strength of the connected base station.
After obtaining the current position of the mobile terminal and the signal strength of the connected base station, the configuration module 50 configures the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the current connected base station.
Specifically, the configuration module 50 configures the effective location range of the connected base station according to the current location of the mobile terminal and a preset rule. For example, the preset rule may be a range within 10 meters of the radius from the current position as the center.
The configuration module 50 configures the effective range of the signal strength of the connected base station according to the signal strength of the connected base station and a preset rule. The preset rule may be to configure the effective range of the signal strength according to a preset value based on the current signal strength. For example, if the signal strength of the currently connected base station is N and the preset value is 1, the effective range of the signal strength of the currently connected base station is [ N-1, N +1 ].
The configuration module 50 thus obtains the effective location range and the effective signal strength range of the connected base stations.
A recording module 60, configured to fill the accessed wlan information, the effective location range of the connected base station, and the effective signal strength range into the record table.
After acquiring the accessed wireless local area network information, the effective position range of the connected base station and the effective range of the signal strength, the recording module 60 fills the obtained information into the record table.
As a specific application scenario, referring to fig. 11, information of each base station of each wireless lan accessed by the mobile terminal is described in a record table. For example, the mobile terminal has logged into the WLAN1 through base station 1 and base station 2, respectively. When the WLAN1 is logged in through the base station 1, obtaining an effective position range 1 according to position 1 configuration, and obtaining a signal strength effective range 1 according to signal strength configuration of the base station 1; when the WLAN1 is logged in through the base station 2, the valid location range 2 is obtained from the location 2 configuration, and the valid signal strength range 2 is obtained from the signal strength configuration of the base station 2.
The record table can record base stations of a plurality of wireless local area networks and related configuration information. Meanwhile, the number of base stations recordable by each WLAN can be configured, and when the recorded base station data reaches a preset value, the new base station of the WLAN is not recorded any more. Furthermore, the clearing time of the base station information can be configured, and if the base station information is not connected again within the preset time, the record of the base station is deleted.
Thus, a record table for recording information of each wireless lan base station is obtained.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal is connected to the base station of the wireless lan for the first time, the obtaining module 40 obtains the accessed wireless lan information, the signal strength of the connected base station, and the location of the mobile terminal; the configuration module 50 configures an effective location range of the connected base station according to the location of the mobile terminal, and configures an effective signal strength range of the connected base station according to the signal strength of the connected base station; then, the recording module 60 fills the accessed wlan information, the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the connected base station into a record table, and determines whether the automatic connection is possible when receiving the signal of the base station again.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the wlan access apparatus according to the present invention provides a wlan access apparatus, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the wlan access apparatus further includes:
a searching module 70, configured to search the connected base station in the record table when the mobile terminal is connected to a base station of a wireless local area network.
A determining module 80, configured to determine that the mobile terminal is connected to the connected base station for the first time if the connected base station is not found in the record table; and if the connected base station is found in the record table, judging whether the current position of the mobile terminal is located in the effective position range of the connected base station.
The present embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment of the wlan access device of the present invention described above in that: in this embodiment, when the mobile terminal connects to the base station of the same wlan again, if the mobile terminal connects to the base station at a new location, the effective location range of the base station is increased.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is connected to a base station of the wireless lan, the searching module 70 searches the record table for the connected base station.
If the currently connected base station is not found in the record table, the determining module 80 determines that the base station is connected for the first time, and the obtaining module 40, the configuring module 50, and the recording module 60 record the information of the base station.
If the currently connected base station is successfully found in the record table, the determining module 80 obtains the current position of the mobile terminal, and determines whether the mobile terminal is currently located within the effective position range of the connected base station recorded in the record table according to the current position of the mobile terminal.
An updating module 90, configured to, if the current location of the mobile terminal is not within the effective location range of the connected base station, increase the effective location range of the connected base station according to the current location of the mobile terminal, and update the record table.
If the current position of the mobile terminal is not within the effective position range of the connected base station, the updating module 90 configures the effective position range according to the current position of the mobile terminal, adds the effective position range to the record table, expands the effective position range of the current connected base station, and updates the record table.
In this embodiment, when the coverage area of the wlan base station is large, the user may adjust the location of accessing the wlan, and this embodiment implements updating and supplementing of the effective location range, so that the automatic access of the wlan can follow the habit of the user even if adjusted, and is closer to the actual application requirement of the user, thereby improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 6, a first embodiment of a wireless local area network access method according to the present invention is a wireless local area network access method, which can be specifically implemented by the first embodiment of the wireless local area network access apparatus, and the wireless local area network access method includes:
and step S10, screening to obtain a base station to be selected according to the signal strength and the preset conditions sent by each wireless local area network base station received by the mobile terminal.
As an implementation manner, first, when the wlan function of the mobile terminal is in a closed state, the signal strength of each base station is obtained according to the signals sent by each wlan base station received by the mobile terminal, and the base stations to be selected are obtained by screening according to preset conditions.
At this time, the mobile terminal obtains the signal strength of each base station according to the received signals sent by each wireless local area network base station.
Then, the mobile terminal performs priority ranking on each base station according to the signal strength of each base station, so that the base station with the strongest signal has the highest priority and the base station with the worst signal has the lowest priority, and therefore a base station queue arranged according to the priority and the priority ranking of each base station are obtained.
Then, the mobile terminal selects a base station with a priority ranking within a preset range as a base station to be selected according to the base station queue, for example, a base station with the highest priority ranking three times is selected as the base station to be selected.
Therefore, the base station to be selected is obtained. It should be noted that there may be one or more candidate base stations obtained by screening.
And step S20, verifying whether the base station to be selected is a valid base station according to a pre-configured record list and the signal strength of the base station to be selected.
And after the base station to be selected is obtained, the mobile terminal verifies whether the base station to be selected is an effective base station according to a pre-configured record list and the signal intensity of the base station to be selected.
As an implementation manner, according to the record table, obtaining a signal intensity effective range corresponding to the base station to be selected; and if the signal intensity of the base station to be selected meets the effective range of the signal intensity, judging the base station to be selected as an effective base station.
Note that the log table describes effective ranges of signal strengths of the respective wireless lan base stations to which the mobile terminal has currently connected.
Specifically, the mobile terminal queries a pre-configured record table, and searches for a signal strength effective range corresponding to the base station to be selected.
If the signal intensity effective range corresponding to the base station to be selected is not found in the record table, the current mobile terminal is judged to be connected with the base station to be selected, and the base station to be selected is judged to be an invalid base station.
If the signal intensity effective range corresponding to the base station to be selected is successfully found in the record table, whether the signal intensity of the base station to be selected is within the corresponding signal intensity effective range is judged.
And if the signal intensity of the base station to be selected is within the effective range of the corresponding signal intensity, judging that the signal intensity of the base station to be selected meets the effective range of the corresponding signal intensity, and taking the base station to be selected as an effective base station.
And if the signal intensity of the base station to be selected is not in the corresponding signal intensity effective range, judging that the signal intensity of the base station to be selected does not meet the corresponding signal intensity effective range, and determining that the base station to be selected is an invalid base station.
Thereby, the verification result of the valid base station is obtained. One or more effective base stations may be obtained.
And step S30, if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, controlling the mobile terminal to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station.
And after the verification result of the effective base station is obtained, if the effective base station exists in the current base station to be selected, controlling the mobile terminal to start the wireless local area network access function.
After the wireless local area network access function is started, because the current effective base stations are all the base stations which are connected with the mobile terminal, and the account information of the wireless local area network for logging in the base station is stored in the record table, the mobile terminal can access the wireless local area network according to the account information of each wireless local area network which is configured in advance.
Therefore, automatic access of the wireless local area network is realized.
In this embodiment, a base station to be selected is obtained by screening according to the signal strength and preset conditions sent by each wireless local area network base station received by the mobile terminal; then, according to a pre-configured record list and the signal intensity of the base station to be selected, verifying whether the base station to be selected is an effective base station or not, and removing the base station with poor signal intensity and poor wireless local area network; and if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, namely the signal intensity of the base station to be selected is within an acceptable range, controlling the mobile terminal to start the wireless local area network access function, accessing the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station, and realizing the automatic access of the wireless local area network.
7, a second embodiment of the wlan access method according to the present invention provides a wlan access method, which can be specifically implemented by the second embodiment of the wlan access apparatus. Based on the above-mentioned embodiment shown in fig. 6, the step S30 includes:
and step S31, if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, acquiring the position of the mobile terminal.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment of the wlan access method of the present invention described above in that: the embodiment verifies the position of the mobile terminal, thereby improving the access success rate of the wireless local area network.
If the base station to be selected is an effective base station, it can be determined that a wireless local area network base station which the mobile terminal has accessed at present exists, and at this time, in order to further improve the success rate of wireless local area network access, the position of the mobile terminal is obtained.
When the position of the mobile terminal is obtained, the positioning can be carried out through a base station or a data service. In order to accurately position the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can be positioned through the data service, and more accurate position information can be acquired.
Step S32, determining whether the mobile terminal is located in the effective location range of the effective base station according to the record table and the location of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the record table further records the effective location ranges of the wlan base stations to which the current mobile terminal has been connected. The valid location range is used to determine whether the current mobile terminal has ever connected to the valid base station in the vicinity of the current location.
After the current position of the mobile terminal is obtained, the mobile terminal inquires the effective position range corresponding to each effective base station in the record table.
And then, judging whether the current mobile terminal is positioned in the effective position range or not according to the current position of the mobile terminal.
If the current position of the current mobile terminal is within the effective position range of any effective base station, judging that the mobile terminal is within the effective position range of the effective base station; and if the current position of the current mobile terminal is not within the effective position range of any effective base station, judging that the mobile terminal is not within the effective position range of the effective base station.
Thereby, a position determination result of the mobile terminal is obtained.
And step S33, if the mobile terminal is located in the effective position range of the effective base station, controlling the mobile terminal to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station.
Then, the mobile terminal starts the wireless local area network access function and accesses the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station.
And judging that the wireless local area network of each current effective base station is unavailable and not opening the wireless local area network function.
In this embodiment, if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, whether the mobile terminal is located within an effective position range of the effective base station is determined according to the current position of the mobile terminal; and only when the mobile terminal is positioned in the effective position range of the effective base station, the wireless local area network access function is started to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station.
8, a third embodiment of the wlan access method according to the present invention provides a wlan access method, which can be specifically implemented by the third embodiment of the wlan access apparatus. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 7, before the step S31, the method further includes:
step S34, if the base station to be selected is an effective base station, acquiring the data service state of the mobile terminal; if the data service of the mobile terminal is in a closed state, the step S33 is executed; if the data service of the mobile terminal is in the open state, the process proceeds to step S31.
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment of the wlan access method of the present invention described above in that: the embodiment only verifies the position information when the data service of the mobile terminal is in the open state, thereby reducing the workload and reducing the resource occupation of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, after the determination result of the candidate base station is obtained, if an effective base station exists in the current candidate base station, that is, the current mobile terminal can receive an effective available wlan base station signal, the data service state of the mobile terminal is obtained.
If the data service of the current mobile terminal is in a closed state, the mobile terminal is controlled to start the wireless local area network access function to access the wireless local area network because the user does not use the network data at the moment, and the network data service is provided for the user.
When the data service of the mobile terminal is in an open state, the user may be using the data service currently, and in order to avoid influencing the user experience, the position of the mobile terminal is obtained, the availability of the current effective base station is further confirmed through the position information, and only after the verification is passed, the wireless local area network access function is opened to access the wireless local area network. Thereafter, the mobile terminal may provide network services to the user through the accessed wireless local area network. At this time, further, the data service may be closed after the wireless lan is accessed.
In the embodiment, when the mobile terminal does not start the data service, the wireless local area network access function can be directly and automatically started to access the wireless local area network; when the mobile terminal starts the data service, the position of the mobile terminal needs to be verified, and only when the position of the mobile terminal meets the effective position range of the effective base station, the wireless local area network access function is automatically started to access the wireless local area network corresponding to the effective base station, so that the success rate of accessing the wireless local area network is improved, the influence on the use of network service by a user is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 9, a fourth embodiment of the wlan access method according to the present invention provides a wlan access method, which can be implemented by the wlan access apparatus. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, fig. 7 or fig. 8 (this embodiment takes fig. 6 as an example), before step S10, the method further includes:
step S40, when the mobile terminal is connected to the base station of the wireless local area network for the first time, acquiring the accessed wireless local area network information, the signal strength of the connected base station, and the location of the mobile terminal.
The present embodiment is different from the first, second, and third embodiments of the wlan access method of the present invention described above in that: in this embodiment, a record table is configured in advance according to a wlan base station to which a mobile terminal is first connected, and is used for verifying the base station when automatically accessing the wlan.
Specifically, as an embodiment, when the mobile terminal is connected to a base station of the wireless local area network for the first time and accesses the wireless local area network, the accessed wireless local area network information, the signal strength of the currently connected base station, and the position of the mobile terminal are acquired.
Step S50, configuring the effective location range of the connected base station according to the location of the mobile terminal, and configuring the effective signal strength range of the connected base station according to the signal strength of the connected base station.
And after the current position of the mobile terminal and the signal strength of the connected base station are obtained, configuring the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the current connected base station.
Specifically, the effective location range of the connected base station is configured according to the current location of the mobile terminal and a preset rule. For example, the preset rule may be a range within 10 meters of the radius from the current position as the center.
And configuring the effective range of the signal intensity of the connected base station according to the signal intensity of the connected base station and a preset rule. The preset rule may be to configure the effective range of the signal strength according to a preset value based on the current signal strength. For example, if the signal strength of the currently connected base station is N and the preset value is 1, the effective range of the signal strength of the currently connected base station is [ N-1, N +1 ].
Thereby, the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the connected base station are obtained.
Step S60, filling the accessed wireless local area network information, the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the connected base station into the record table.
After the accessed wireless local area network information, the effective position range of the connected base station and the effective range of the signal intensity are obtained, the obtained information is filled into a record table.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal is connected to the base station of the wireless lan for the first time, the accessed wireless lan information, the signal strength of the connected base station, and the location of the mobile terminal are obtained; configuring an effective position range of a connected base station according to the position of the mobile terminal, and configuring a signal intensity effective range of the connected base station according to the signal intensity of the connected base station; then, the accessed wireless local area network information, the effective position range and the effective signal strength range of the connected base station are filled into a record table for judging whether the automatic connection can be carried out or not when the signal of the base station is received again.
Further, referring to fig. 10, a fifth embodiment of the wlan access method according to the present invention provides a wlan access method, which can be specifically implemented by the fifth embodiment of the wlan access apparatus according to the present invention.
