According to the method for acquiring the equipment state information, whether the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server or not is judged, and when the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server, the local instruction library is determined to be the first instruction library; if the judgment result is inconsistent, the cloud instruction library is obtained from the cloud server, the cloud instruction library is determined to be the first instruction library, and the local instruction library is backed up, so that the network bandwidth and the network flow can be saved for the intelligent television, and the bandwidth resource waste caused by the fact that the intelligent television directly obtains the cloud instruction library from the cloud server to serve as the first instruction library in a blind manner is avoided; in addition, before the information control strategy is acquired from the cloud server, whether the equipment state information can be acquired by calling the cloud instruction library is judged, so that the success rate of reporting the current state information by the smart television is greatly improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth method for acquiring device status information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process for acquiring an information control strategy by an intelligent television. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the process of "the smart television acquiring the information control policy from the cloud server" may specifically include:
s401: and sending a strategy acquisition request to the cloud server, wherein the strategy acquisition request carries an identifier of the equipment.
S402: receiving the information control strategy sent by the cloud server; and presetting the mapping relation between the identifier of the equipment and the information control strategy on the cloud server.
According to the method for acquiring the equipment state information, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mapping relation between the identification of different equipment and different information control strategies is preset in the cloud server, so that the intelligent television can acquire the information control strategy corresponding to the intelligent television by sending the strategy acquisition request carrying the identification of the equipment to the cloud server, the process of acquiring the information control strategy by the intelligent television is simplified, and the efficiency of acquiring the information control strategy by the intelligent television is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a method for acquiring device status information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process that the smart television reports the current state information of the smart television to the cloud server so that the cloud server can dynamically operate and manage the smart television. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
s501: the smart television starts an application installed on the smart television.
S502: the intelligent television judges whether the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server is consistent with the version of the local instruction library of the intelligent television. If yes, go to S503, otherwise go to S507.
S503: the smart television determines that the local instruction library is the first instruction library.
S504: the smart television acquires the information control strategy from the cloud server.
S505: and the intelligent television calls a first instruction library according to the information control strategy to acquire the current state information of the equipment.
S506: and the smart television reports the current state information to the cloud server according to the information control strategy.
S507: the smart television determines that the cloud instruction library is the first instruction library, acquires the cloud instruction library from the cloud server, and backs up the local instruction library. S508 is performed.
S508: the intelligent television judges whether the state information of the equipment can be acquired by calling the cloud instruction library. If so, then S504-S506 are executed, otherwise, S509 is executed.
S509: the smart television determines the local instruction library as a new first instruction library, acquires the information control strategy from the cloud server, recalls the new first instruction library according to the information control strategy, acquires current state information of the equipment, and then executes S506.
The specific processes of S501-S509 may refer to the method embodiments of fig. 1 to fig. 4, and the implementation processes and beneficial effects thereof are similar and will not be described again here.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a first apparatus for acquiring device status information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus may be implemented by software, hardware or a combination of software and hardware, and optionally, the apparatus may be a stand-alone device, such as a smart television, or an apparatus integrated in a smart television. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus may include: the system comprises an instruction library acquisition module 10, a strategy acquisition module 11, an information acquisition module 12 and a sending module 13.
Specifically, the instruction library obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain a first instruction library of a latest version, where the first instruction library is used to indicate a type of device state information that needs to be obtained by a device;
the policy acquisition module 11 is configured to acquire an information control policy from a cloud server;
the information acquisition module 12 is configured to call the first instruction library according to the information control policy to acquire current state information of the device;
a sending module 13, configured to report the current state information to the cloud server according to the information control policy;
the information control strategy is used for indicating the time for calling the first instruction library and reporting the scene of the current state information.
The device for acquiring device state information provided by the embodiment of the present invention may implement the method embodiments described above, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a second apparatus for acquiring device status information according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 6, further, the instruction library obtaining module 10 specifically includes: a judging unit 101 and a first determining unit 102.
Specifically, the determining unit 101 is configured to determine whether a version of a local instruction library is consistent with a version of a cloud instruction library on the cloud server;
a first determining unit 102, configured to determine that a local instruction library is the first instruction library when the determining unit 101 determines that the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the instruction library obtaining module 10 may further include a second determining unit 103, and the apparatus may further include a determining module 14.
Specifically, the second determining unit 103 is configured to, when the determining unit 101 determines that the version of the local instruction library is inconsistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server, obtain the cloud instruction library, determine that the cloud instruction library is the first instruction library, and backup the local instruction library.
A judging module 14, configured to judge whether the device state information can be acquired by calling the first instruction library;
the policy obtaining module 11 is specifically configured to obtain the information control policy from the cloud server when the determining module 14 determines that the device state information can be obtained by calling the first instruction library; or,
the policy obtaining module 11 is further configured to determine the local instruction library as a new first instruction library when the determining module 14 determines that the device state information cannot be obtained by calling the first instruction library, and obtain the information control policy from the cloud server.
The device for acquiring device state information provided by the embodiment of the present invention may implement the method embodiments described above, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, the information control policy includes a time for calling the first instruction library and a time for reporting the current state information;
or,
the information control strategy comprises the time for calling the first instruction base and the condition for reporting the current state information;
or,
the information control strategy comprises the time for calling the first instruction base, the time for reporting the current state information and the condition for reporting the current state information.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a third apparatus for acquiring device status information according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, further, the policy obtaining module 11 specifically includes:
a sending unit 111, configured to send a policy acquisition request to the cloud server, where the policy acquisition request carries an identifier of a device;
a receiving unit 112, configured to receive the information control policy sent by the cloud server; and presetting the mapping relation between the identifier of the equipment and the information control strategy on the cloud server.
The device for acquiring device state information provided by the embodiment of the present invention may implement the method embodiments described above, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.

Claims (4)

1. A method for acquiring device status information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a first instruction library of the latest version, wherein the first instruction library is used for indicating the type of equipment state information required to be acquired by equipment;
acquiring an information control strategy from a cloud server, calling the first instruction base according to the information control strategy, and acquiring current state information of equipment;
reporting the current state information to the cloud server according to the information control strategy;
the information control strategy is used for indicating the time for calling the first instruction library and reporting the scene of the current state information;
the obtaining of the first instruction library of the latest version specifically includes:
judging whether the version of a local instruction library is consistent with the version of a cloud instruction library on the cloud server;
if the local instruction library is consistent with the first instruction library, determining that the local instruction library is the first instruction library;
the judging whether the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server further comprises:
if the version of the local instruction library is inconsistent with the version of a cloud instruction library on the cloud server, acquiring the cloud instruction library, determining that the cloud instruction library is the first instruction library, and backing up the local instruction library;
before the obtaining of the information control policy from the cloud server, the method further includes:
judging whether the equipment state information can be acquired by calling the first instruction library;
if yes, acquiring the information control strategy from the cloud server;
if not, determining the local instruction library to be backed up as a new first instruction library, and acquiring the information control strategy from the cloud server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information control policy comprises a time to invoke the first instruction base and a time to report the current state information;
or,
the information control strategy comprises the time for calling the first instruction base and the condition for reporting the current state information;
or,
the information control strategy comprises the time for calling the first instruction base, the time for reporting the current state information and the condition for reporting the current state information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the information control policy from the cloud server specifically includes:
sending a policy acquisition request to the cloud server, wherein the policy acquisition request carries an identifier of equipment;
receiving the information control strategy sent by the cloud server; and presetting the mapping relation between the identifier of the equipment and the information control strategy on the cloud server.
4. An apparatus for acquiring device status information, comprising:
the command library acquisition module is used for acquiring a first command library of the latest version, and the first command library is used for indicating the type of equipment state information required to be acquired by equipment;
the strategy acquisition module is used for acquiring an information control strategy from the cloud server;
the information acquisition module is used for calling the first instruction library according to the information control strategy to acquire the current state information of the equipment;
the sending module is used for reporting the current state information to the cloud server according to the information control strategy;
the information control strategy is used for indicating the time for calling the first instruction library and reporting the scene of the current state information;
the instruction library obtaining module specifically includes:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server or not;
the first determining unit is used for determining that the local instruction library is the first instruction library when the judging unit judges that the version of the local instruction library is consistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server;
the instruction library obtaining module further comprises:
the second determining unit is used for acquiring the cloud instruction library, determining that the cloud instruction library is the first instruction library and backing up the local instruction library when the judging unit judges that the version of the local instruction library is inconsistent with the version of the cloud instruction library on the cloud server;
the device further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the equipment state information can be acquired by calling the first instruction library;
the policy obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain the information control policy from the cloud server when the determining module determines that the device state information can be obtained by calling the first instruction library; or,
the policy obtaining module is further configured to determine the local instruction library to be backed up as a new first instruction library when the judging module judges that the device state information cannot be obtained by calling the first instruction library, and obtain the information control policy from the cloud server.
