Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile terminals, in particular to a connecting and fixing device of a mobile terminal and a flexible circuit board.
Background
In most electronic products, such as mobile phones, tablet computers, and the like, a flexible circuit board (FPC) is generally connected to a main board through a connector. At present, a low-cost front lock connection Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connector is often used to connect the FPC and the motherboard.
Fig. 1 shows a fixing structure of a flexible circuit board in a mobile phone in the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, in the prior art, a front-lock ZIF connector 101 includes a latch 111, the latch 111 of the front-lock ZIF connector 101 is located at the front section of the whole connector 101, after assembly, an FPC102 is inserted into the latch 111 of the connector, and the latch 111 locks the FPC 102.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a connecting and fixing device of a mobile terminal and a flexible circuit board, which is used for solving the problem that an FPC is easy to separate after the FPC is fixed by a front-lock ZIF connector in the prior art.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a connection fixing device for a flexible circuit board, including: a stationary housing;

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mobile terminal includes a connector 01, a flexible circuit board 03, and a fixed housing 02, and the fixed housing 02 is fastened to an outer side of the connector 01.
The fixed shell 02 can be a body shell of an electronic and electrical device such as a tablet personal computer, a mobile phone and the like, and also can be a special fixed shell, namely, the fixed shell is preferably directly made of the body shell inside the body shell, so that the structure is simpler.
The connector 01 may be a front lock ZIF connector, but is not limited thereto.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the connector 01 includes: the flexible circuit board bearing groove 11 and the top of the flexible circuit board bearing groove 11 are provided with tongues 12 for fixing the flexible circuit board 03. Specifically, the flexible circuit board carrying slot 11 may include two portions, a top portion and a bottom portion, which are fixedly connected by a side wall.
The end of the flexible circuit board 03 is inserted into the flexible circuit board carrying groove 11 and accommodated between the top and bottom of the flexible circuit board carrying groove 11.
After the end of the flexible circuit board 03 is inserted into the flexible circuit board carrying groove 11, the reinforcing boards on both sides of the flexible circuit board 03 are clamped at the notch of the flexible circuit board carrying groove 11, and the tongue piece 12 is pressed on the top of the flexible circuit board 03 to fix the flexible circuit board 03 in the connector.
Referring to fig. 4, the tongue piece 12 of the connector 01 is rotatable about the rotation shaft 13 (the track shown by the dotted line is the rotation track of the tongue piece 12), and after the end of the flexible circuit board 03 is inserted into the flexible circuit board receiving groove 11, the tongue piece 12 is rotated and locked to the flexible circuit board 03.
As shown in fig. 5, one end of the flexible circuit board 03 may be a T-shaped end, i.e., both sides have reinforcing plates 31 protruding outward.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the fixed housing 02 includes a conductive piece 22, a first end 24 of the conductive piece 22 is a suspended conductive portion, and two protruding ribs 23 are respectively disposed on outer sides of two sides of the conductive piece 22. The rib 23 projects toward the inside of the fixed housing 02.
The second end of the conductive sheet 22 may be coupled with the main body portion of the stationary housing 02.

On the other hand, if the flexible circuit board 03 deforms outwards, the reinforcing plate 31 will generate an outward pushing force on the rib 23, and the pushing force is transmitted to the first end 24 of the conducting piece 22 through the cantilever structure of the conducting piece 22, so that the conducting portion generates a pressing force to the tongue piece 12, and the tongue piece is fastened to the flexible circuit board 03 more.
The mobile terminal provided by the embodiment comprises a fixed shell, an FPC and a connector, wherein the connector comprises a flexible circuit board bearing groove, a tongue piece is arranged at the top of the flexible circuit board bearing groove, a conducting piece is arranged on the fixed shell, the first end part of the conducting piece is in a suspended state, two raised rib positions are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two side edges of the conducting piece, the fixed shell is buckled and arranged on the outer side of the connector, the suspended end of the conducting piece is positioned on the top of the tongue piece to press the tongue piece, the two raised rib positions are clamped and arranged on two sides of the flexible circuit board bearing groove on the connector and are abutted against the outer side of a reinforcing plate of the flexible circuit board, so that the force transmission of the conducting piece can not only cause the conducting piece to press the tongue piece to further press the flexible circuit board when the flexible circuit board is deformed, but also cause the rib positions to act on the reinforcing plate of the flexible, thereby driving the tongue piece to be locked.
The conductive piece 22 on the fixed housing 02 may be integrally formed with the fixed housing 02, and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the inside of the main body 21 of the stationary housing 2 is provided with a groove 04, and the conductive sheet 22 is located in the groove 04. Can play a better limiting role.
Specifically, the second end 25 of the conductive piece 22 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the groove 04.

Optionally, the conductive sheet 22 is provided with a through hole 26, so that the conductive sheet 22 is lighter and easier to deform when the conductive portion is stressed to conduct force, thereby better locking the flexible circuit board and preventing the flexible circuit board from being detached.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a connection fixing device for a flexible circuit board, which may be a part of the mobile terminal, and referring to fig. 2 to 7, the connection fixing device for a flexible circuit board includes a fixing housing 02, where the fixing housing 02 may be a body housing of an electronic device such as a tablet computer, a mobile phone, and the like, or may be a dedicated fixing housing, that is, inside the body housing, and preferably, the body housing is directly used as the fixing housing, so that the structure is simpler.
The fixed housing 02 includes a conductive piece 22, a first end 24 of the conductive piece 22 is a suspended conductive portion, and two protruding ribs 23 are respectively disposed on outer sides of two sides of the conductive piece 22.
The rib 23 projects toward the inside of the fixed housing 02.
The fixing housing may be fastened to an outer side of the connector 01, and cooperate with the connector 01 to fix the flexible circuit board.
The specific structure of the fixed housing 02 is the same as that described in the previous embodiments, and the implementation principle and technical effects thereof are not described herein again.

5. A connection fixing device of a flexible circuit board, comprising: a stationary housing;
the fixed shell comprises a conductive sheet, a first end part of the conductive sheet is a suspended conductive part, and two raised rib positions are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two side edges of the conductive sheet;
the fixed shell is buckled on the outer side of a connector of the mobile terminal, the first end of the conductive sheet is located at the top of a tongue piece at the top of a flexible circuit board bearing groove of the connector, and the two raised rib positions are clamped on two sides of the flexible circuit board bearing groove.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein the main body of the fixed housing is provided with a groove, and the conductive sheet is positioned in the groove;
