本发明公开了一种绝缘除冰电缆,包括护套,护套外表面设有除冰布,除冰布粘接在护套上,除冰布厚度大于护套厚度,护套内表面粘接在一绝缘材料层上,绝缘材料层厚度小于护套厚度,其内表面设有硅氧烷聚合物结构层,硅氧烷聚合物结构层内填充有防水材料,其内表面包覆防火棉结构体设置,防火棉结构体不止一个,其沿硅氧烷聚合物结构层环形均匀排列设置,其包覆一金属管设置,金属管内置导体,本发明的绝缘除冰电缆层与层之间连接紧密,制造成本低,使用效果显著,电缆传输效率高,自身具有一定的刚度,抗扭曲性强,可有效去除电缆表面的冰层,增大了电缆的使用安全性,减少了受损率及更换频率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种绝缘除冰电缆。
背景技术
输电线路覆冰导致的故障一直是国内外电力系统严重的自然灾害之一,在现有超高压输电线巡检机器人机构中,这些机构的结构复杂,重量大,能耗多,在行走时安全保护性差,同时对线路损害程度大,因此难以应用于市级的超高压输电线路行走除冰作业。2008 年春节前后,我国南方大部分省区遭遇了罕见的雪灾,此次灾害过程已经造成浙江、江苏、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃、青海、新疆和新疆生产建设兵团等17 个省( 区、市、兵团) 不同程度受灾,灾害还直接造成农作物
受灾面积1.01 亿亩;倒塌房屋14.9 万间,损坏房屋60.2 万间,以及近百人伤亡,因灾直接经济损失达到326.7 亿元。尤其是因雪灾导致电力设施损毁,使南方多数城市乡村因停电陷入寒冷黑暗,给这些地方群众的生产生活造成了极大不便,铁路停运,生产停产,拉闸限电。这一切都是因为雪灾使电力生产下降,特别是因电力设施损毁导致的。由此,需要加大对此问题的重视,但大多电缆只是或多或少对其作了一定的防护措施,而自身性能极不稳定,造成更换及报废率增加。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种层与层之间连接紧密,制造成本低的绝缘除冰电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的绝缘除冰电缆,包括护套,护套外表面设有除冰布,除冰布粘接在护套上,除冰布厚度大于护套厚度,护套内表面粘接在一绝缘材料层上,绝缘材料层厚度小于护套厚度,其内表面设有硅氧烷聚合物结构层,硅氧烷聚合物结构层内填充有防水材料,其内表面包覆防火棉结构体设置,防火棉结构体不止一个,其沿硅氧烷聚合物结构层环形均匀排列设置,其包覆一金属管设置,金属管内置导体。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述除冰布与导体之间的距离至少为20um。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述除冰布厚度在4-5um之间。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述导体采用铝包铜结构。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述金属管采用抗氧化材料制成。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述护套由PVC材质制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明的绝缘除冰电缆层与层之间连接紧密,制造成本低,使用效果显著,电缆传输效率高,自身具有一定的刚度,抗扭曲性强,可有效去除电缆表面的冰层,增大了电缆的使用安全性,减少了受损率及更换频率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的本发明绝缘除冰电缆的优选实施例,包括护套2,护套2外表面设有除冰布1,除冰布1粘接在护套2上,除冰布1厚度大于护套2厚度,护套2内表面粘接在一绝缘材料层3上,绝缘材料层3厚度小于护套2厚度,其内表面设有硅氧烷聚合物结构层4,硅氧烷聚合物结构层4内填充有防水材料,其内表面包覆防火棉结构体5设置,防火棉结构体5不止一个,其沿硅氧烷聚合物结构层4环形均匀排列设置,其包覆一金属管6设置,金属管6内置导体7。
所述除冰布1与导体7之间的距离至少为20um。这样不会对导体7造成损坏,使用寿命更长。
所述除冰布1厚度在4-5um之间。除冰效果好,不影响线缆本身。
所述导体7采用铝包铜结构。使用效果更佳,抗变形能力强,传输速率更快。
所述金属管6采用抗氧化材料制成。避免产生氧化的问题。
所述护套2由PVC材质制成。防护性强,具有一定的防渗水能力。
本发明的绝缘除冰电缆层与层之间连接紧密,制造成本低,使用效果显著,电缆传输效率高,自身具有一定的刚度,抗扭曲性强,可有效去除电缆表面的冰层,增大了电缆的使用安全性,减少了受损率及更换频率。护套2外表面设有除冰布1,除冰布1粘接在护套2上,除冰布1厚度大于护套2厚度,除冰效果好;护套2内表面粘接在一绝缘材料层3上,绝缘材料层3厚度小于护套2厚度,其内表面设有硅氧烷聚合物结构层4,硅氧烷聚合物结构层4内填充有防水材料,其内表面包覆防火棉结构体5设置,兼具绝缘、防水及防火作用,增强了电缆使用安全性,能有效避免在不小心燃烧时对环境造成的污染。

1.一种绝缘除冰电缆,包括护套,其特征在于:护套外表面设有除冰布,除冰布粘接在护套上,除冰布厚度大于护套厚度,护套内表面粘接在一绝缘材料层上,绝缘材料层厚度小于护套厚度,其内表面设有硅氧烷聚合物结构层,硅氧烷聚合物结构层内填充有防水材料,其内表面包覆防火棉结构体设置,防火棉结构体不止一个,其沿硅氧烷聚合物结构层环形均匀排列设置,其包覆一金属管设置,金属管内置导体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘除冰电缆,其特征在于:所述除冰布与导体之间的距离至少为20um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘除冰电缆,其特征在于:所述除冰布厚度在4-5um之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘除冰电缆,其特征在于:所述导体采用铝包铜结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘除冰电缆,其特征在于:所述金属管采用抗氧化材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘除冰电缆,其特征在于:所述护套由PVC材质制成。
